Wanna eat like Tom Brady?! Now's your chance ... 'cause the 7x Super Bowl winners supermodel wife, Gisele Bündchen, is releasing a health and wellness cookbook based on the Brady family diet.

So ... avocado ice cream anyone?!

The 41-year-old partnered with United Talent Agency (UTA) and wrote the book around recipes her and her Buccaneers QB husband -- along with their kids -- eat on a routine basis.

Unfortunately, those of you who want to eat like the Brady Bunch will have to wait until 2024 when the book is released.

Brady's diet is truly fascinating. He didn't eat even eat a strawberry (a STRAWBERRY!) until he was in his 40s.

A few years back Brady detailed his diet in 'The TB12 Method' book ... including that "delicious, but much healthier" avocado dessert.

In fact, Tom's then-personal chef mentioned 80% of what Brady's family ate was vegetables.

But, whatever he's doin' seems to be working ... TB's going into his 23rd season as an NFL player, and is generally regarded as the greatest player of all time.

Instagram model Liziane Gutierrez is doing her part to help the people of Ukraine, with boots on the ground to help the military deliver medicine and medical equipment to hospitals in need.

Gutierrez tells us she connected with a charity group shortly after the war started, and arrived in Poland last week. Over the weekend, she made the trip to Chervonohrad, Ukraine -- about 2 hours away -- and has been working with the military to deliver the vital supplies to hospitals.

As for what the shipments include -- Liziane says it's everything from pain meds to syringes and even an ultrasound machine -- all from Austria.

She says the hospitals are still fully functioning, for the most part, but the city streets of Chervonohrad are entirely empty -- as most residents have fled.

Hailey Bieber was hospitalized with a brain condition that doctors think may be COVID-related ... sources close to Hailey tell TMZ.

We're told Hailey was admitted to a Palm Springs area hospital a few days ago after suffering a "medical emergency." We're told it affected the way she moved, and the symptoms are typical for much older people. Hailey is 25.

Our sources say doctors ran a battery of tests and are looking to see if the symptoms involve COVID. As we reported, Justin came down with COVID a few weeks ago and has since recovered. As you know, Justin had to postpone his Vegas concert after coming down with the virus.

We're told Hailey has been released from the hospital and doctors are still trying to determine what caused the issues.

Our sources say she's now doing ok.

A model ran face-first into a pole during Paris Fashion Week ... landing her in the hospital for some stitches and forcing her to creatively hide the aftermath on stage.

Playmate Victoria Fuller is creating a virtual community in the world of NFTs -- using her own artwork -- and she's bringing a bunch of other Playboy models along for the digital ride.

Odell Beckham Jr.'s special February just got a whole lot more memorable -- the NFL superstar announced his model GF, Lauren Wood, gave birth to their first child last week!!

OBJ said the baby, Zydn, was born on Feb. 17 -- just four days after the L.A. Rams wideout won Super Bowl LVI.

"THE biggest blessing I've ever had in my life arrived here on earth!" Beckham wrote in a lengthy social media post.

"The words, I can't even put together for the overwhelming emotions that ran thru me … a moment I will never forget and cherish forever. Zydn was born n at that moment I knew my life changed for the better."

Beckham, who also praised Wood in the message, attached several adorable pictures of him and Wood cuddling with the baby.

The two -- who have been dating for several years -- announced the pregnancy back in November.

Beckham also announced he underwent successful surgery on Tuesday to repair the ACL he tore during the Super Bowl against the Cincinnati Bengals.

OBJ said the road to recovery has already begun -- and then he promised to return in 2022 "better than ever before."

Sofia tells us she'll model and promote 4 products for the brand -- makeup, hair, fragrances and skincare. She'll work with both her team and the team over at L'Oreal to work on brand strategy and the best way for her to push the products.

The partnership makes a lot of sense, Sofia says she loves hair, makeup, taking photos ... and the rollout will also happen on her social media pages.

Sofia has certainly had a big week ... Victoria's Secret announced Wednesday that she was their first model with Down's syndrome as part of the more inclusive "The VS Collective."

It looks like Chrissy Teigen and John Legend are in the process of having another baby, but this time via surrogate.

Chrissy posted a pic of needles and capsules and it appears the backdrop is some sort of medical office. It has the makings of an egg-retrieval procedure.

Her caption was even more revealing ... "Here we go again."

As you know, in September 2020, Chrissy and John lost Jack, who did not survive after being born 20 weeks into her pregnancy because of complications.

Chrissy told her fans last year she and John couldn't have another baby through natural childbirth.
