Mohamed Hadid is still living large on a precarious Bel-Air hill, exposing his neighbors to a disaster -- even after the city ordered him to partially tear it down ... according to his furious neighbors.

Four of them are suing Gigi and Bella Hadid's dad for not following through with the terms of his plea deal. The city cracked down on Mohamed in 2015 over his so-called 'Starship Enterprise' mega-mansion, which was illegally built out to 30,000 sq. feet.

Prosecutors charged him, and he ended up pleading no contest ... and getting 3 years probation, community service and fines. He also agreed to hire an engineer to create a plan to stabilize the hillside because neighbors were freaking out about possible mudslides.

In the lawsuit, the 4 neighbors say the city hasn't done any follow-up to reduce the ginormous pad's footprint.

The all-time greatest come-up is complete -- Jeremy Meeks has a baby boy with his girlfriend, Chloe Green, and the kid's name might say a lot about their relationship.

The billionaire heiress and her man -- formerly known as the "Hot Felon" -- announced the birth of Jayden Meeks-Green, who was born May 29. They both posted a close-up shot of Jayden gripping Mom and Dad's fingers.

Yes, the kid's last name is hyphenated, and yes ... Chloe's name gets the last word. At least for now. As we reported, we kinda knew it was gonna be a boy based on the baby gear they stocked up on back in February.

Jeremy and Chloe started dating just about a year ago, not too long after he was released from a California prison and launched his modeling career.

As for the last name -- it's possible they'll drop the hyphen if Jeremy and Chloe get married. Then again, Mom is heir to the Topshop fortune, so ...

We got a sneak peak of Kate bustin' out on the July/August cover as America's No. 1 beauty. We're told the cover was shot in Israel's Negev Desert -- where temps can hit 118 degrees -- and Upton gave off some serious Marilyn Monroe vibes.

Kendall Jenner is living her best (single) life -- kickin' it with NBA star Ben Simmons one day ... and locking lips with Gigi and Bella Hadid's brother the next.

Kendall was spotted smack-dab in the middle of a heavy makeout sesh early Tuesday morning with Anwar Hadid at a CFDA Awards after-party in NYC. You can tell it's him from the bleach blonde hair he was sporting at the event. Plus, Kendall took a photo of his tattooed hands herself.

Eyewitnesses tell us Kendall was hangin' with Anwar at Socialista New York for about 2 hours -- kissing, cuddling and drinking with the youngest Hadid sibling the whole time. She ended up heading back to her hotel by herself around 4 AM or so ... no Anwar in sight.

Remember, Kendall was on a bike riding date with her rumored new flame, Ben, the day before in L.A. They've been hanging together a lot lately ... post-Blake Griffin. As for Anwar, we're told he and his gf split last month.

And, get this ... nearly two years ago, Kendall posted a pic with Hadid -- when he was just 17 and Kendall was 20 -- and the caption, "dibs?"

Brazil's toughest competitors are showing just how seriously they take the beautiful game -- and we're not referring to Pelé or Ronaldinho.

Miss BumBum's 27 contestants for 2018 did what Brazilians do -- pose with soccer balls -- for a photo shoot to promote the annual pageant ... as well as the upcoming World Cup. Brazil's a 2-seed, if you're as interested as these ladies clearly are.

So, how does meticulously grading dozens of hot chicks compare to driving a race car at ridiculously high speeds?

"I feel like it has to top it, for sure. The challenge of judging that many beautiful ladies is pretty difficult."

Chrissy Teigen and John Legend are now a family of four after Teigen pretty much said their second kid had arrived.

She announced her pregnancy over Instagram back in November and later posted that they were expecting a boy. The couple already has a daughter, Luna, who is two.

Of course, Draya is a swimsuit tycoon, who runs the Mint Swim bikini company ... and also happens to be dating Washington Redskins star Orlando Scandrick.

No signs of Scandrick in Miami though ... he spent the weekend in Los Angeles running a high school passing league tournament.

Liziane Gutierrez -- the woman who accused Chris Brown of punching her in a Vegas hotel -- is lucky to be alive after a botched liposuction procedure that put her in a medically induced coma for several days.

Gutierrez flew to Istanbul last week to have a gastric balloon inserted into her stomach. We're told after an evaluation, docs decided that procedure was too risky -- so they went with liposuction instead.

We're told when she woke from the procedure, Liziane could barely breathe and docs discovered she'd developed a blood clot in her lung, so they decided to place her in a coma. A friend of Liziane's took to her Instagram page to let her fans know something had gone very wrong during the surgery.

Gutierrez tells us she was in the coma from Wednesday until Monday, when docs finally felt she was healthy enough ... she says she's still dizzy, but happy to be alive.

Gutierrez settled with Brown for the alleged punch after a nearly 2-year-long legal battle. Sources close to the model said it was for as much as $70k, but sources close to Brown heavily disputed that.
