Tyra Banks is slashing the price of her Beverly Hills home by a cool million after not being able to sell the place for months.

The former "America's Next Top Model" host is selling her Spanish-style mansion for $6.5 million. It's been on the market since September, when she listed it for $7.75 mil. It's not a huge loss, considering she bought the pad for only $3 million.

Tyra's expanded the family so maybe she's looking for a bigger pad -- although this one has 4 bedrooms and 7 baths.

Ex-Playboy Playmate Ashley Mattingly called the police on a man she says angrily showed up at her home after a year of flooding her with calls and texts.

Ashley, Miss March 2011, tells TMZ ... a guy named Joey claimed to be a DJ and contacted her about doing a club appearance, which she ultimately turned down. Ashley claims Joey kept reaching out anyway -- and even left her a sterling silver Tiffany necklace on Easter.

But according to the police report filed by Ashley, and obtained by TMZ, he showed up at her Orange County home last month and took back the necklace. Ashley called police to report a "stalking," but Joey was gone by the time cops got there.

Ashley wanted the incident documented, but didn't want to press charges.

Joey admits taking back the necklace, but says he's no stalker. Police reviewed text messages and say they didn't see anything threatening.

We got the OG supermodel Thursday at LAX, and she told us the media misinterpreted her words when she said this year's S.I. Swimsuit cover girl Ashley's look was ... not healthy in the long run.

The guy who wrote the article about Gronk spent some time embedded with the NFL star and described his life the following way:

Jess Adams was helping a photographer friend Saturday with a clothing shoot in Malibu. Jess, who's appeared on "Community," says it was her first time working with a drone.

It had all the makings of a perfect shot ... on a rocky bluff, waves crashing, the wind blowing and what Jess says was her "seductively eye-f******" the drone camera lens. And then ... WHAM!!

Jess doesn't think it was a piloting error ... rather the drone rode a gust of wind directly into her face.

She suffered a few scrapes and bruises, but still got checked out in the ER. Jess is handling it like a champ, saying ... "If you're gonna get hit in the face with a drone better at least be able to watch it and die laughing."
