English Actor John Rhys-Davies is best known for his role as the ax-wielding dwarf, Gimli -- who helps to destroy the One Ring and navigate Middle-earth while dropping some epic one-liners-- in the early 2000s 'Lord Of The Rings' film trilogy including 'The Fellowship Of The Ring,' 'The Two Towers' and 'The Return Of The King.'

Rhys-Davies is cast alongside an impressive lineup of actors including Orlando Bloom as the fast-firing Elf, Legolas, Viggo Mortensen as the sword-swinging Aragorn, Sean Astin as the hobbit homie, Samwise Gamgee ... and of course, Elijah Wood as the ring-totting hero, Frodo Baggins.

English artist Gary Numan (real name Gary Anthony James Webb) gained international fame in the early '80s with his new wave sound and catchy lyrics on songs like "Cars," "M.E." and "Metal" from his 1979 debut solo album The Pleasure Principle.

Gary Numan followed up his first awesome album with a massive catalogue of his signature synth sound ... but never hit the same success as his first futuristic album.

Numan continues to write and record and can still be spotted on stage touring ... and even has live dates planned for the 2021 year.

Illinois athlete Daniel Ruettiger (or better known as Rudy) made a name for himself when he finally took the field as a defensive end on the Notre Dame college football team ... making the final tackle of the game ... and ended the season being carried off the field on his teammates' shoulders in a tear-jerking show of solidarity on November 8, 1975.

Daniel's story was so powerful it was the inspiration for the 1993 film "Rudy" which included actors like Jon Favreau as the college buddy Dennis "D-Bob" McGowan, Ned Beatty as the hard-working father, Charles S. Dutton as the pep-talking groundskeeper, Fortune ... and of course Sean Astin as the scout teammate with a heart of gold, Rudy.

Daniel Ruettiger continues to inspire people ... but now as a motivational speaker.

Australian actress Ada Nicodemou is best known for playing the hare-raising hottie, Dujour (also known as The White Rabbit) -- who helps lure Neo from his dark and dingy hacker-home to go out to a rave -- in the epic 1999 action movie, "The Matrix."

Child actor Hailey Anne Nelson was only 8 years old when she landed the role of the little shoe-tossing Jenny -- who lives in the picturesque town of Spectre with her father the Mayor -- in Tim Burton's 2003 tall tale "Big Fish."

Hailey Anne Nelson was cast alongside an impressive batch of actors including Missi Pyle as the welcoming Spectre blondie, Mildred, a little Miley Cyrus as the witch-hunting, Ruthie, Helena Bonham Carter as the older version of Jenny and the all-seeing-eyeball Witch ... and of course Ewan McGregor as the big fish himself, Ed Bloom.

Michigan-born actor Christopher Showerman is best known for his role as the vine-swinging king of the jungle, George -- who battles to balance his responsibilities in the wild and his family life with a wife and son -- in Disney's 2003 follow-up film, "George of the Jungle 2."

Chris Showerman stages the screen time with Julie Benz as his city-dweller wife, Ursula and Angus T. Jones (of "Two and a Half Men" fame) as his pint-size son, George Jr.

Fun fact: There's a running gag throughout the movie around the obvious change from Brendan Fraser's iconic character in the first film and Showerman's role in the sequel.

Illinois internet sensation Keenan Cahill was only 15 years old when he became a viral sensation for his one-of-a-kind lip sync skills to iconic songs like "Party In The USA," "Bad Romance," "DJ Got Us Fallin' In Love Again" and even "Don't Stop Believin'."

New York musician Brendan B. Brown shot to stardom as the lead singer and guitarist of his band, Wheatus ... after they released the hit single, "Teenage Dirtbag," back in 2000 ... and was even featured in the 2000 teen movie, "Loser," featuring Jason Biggs and Mena Suvari.

Wheatus went on to release more music over the next two decades with albums like "Hand Over Your Loved Ones," "Too Soon Monsoon," "Pop, Songs And Death" and "The Valentine" ... but never reached the same success that the band experienced with "Teenage Dirtbag."

Wheatus -- with Brendan B. Brown as the only remaining OG band member -- is celebrating the 20th anniversary of their debut album and are streaming performances on their patreon page.

California based actress and musician Daniella Monet (real name Daniella Monet Zuvic) gained mediocre fame in the early 2000s after she landed small roles on shows like "Zoey 101," "iCarly" and "Listen Up" ... but Monet's stardom really began to shine after her breakout role as the entertainment-driven big sister Trina Vega on the 2010 Nickelodeon show "Victorious."

Daniella Monet wasn't the only starry-eyed artist attending Hollywood Arts ... she was cast alongside some other epic up-and-coming actors including Ariana Grande as the kooky sidekick, Cat Valentine ... and of course Victoria Justice as Trina's younger sister and Hollywood hopeful, Tori Vega.

New York natives and identical twins Nicole and Natalie Albino were only 20 years old when they shot to stardom in 2004 as Nina Sky after their hit single Move Ya Body became the banger of the summer and landed at number 4 on the Billboard Hot 100 charts ... paving the way for their debut album "Nina Sky."

Jason Gann starred alongside a cool cast of actors on the American version of the show including Fiona Gubelmann as the dog owner and hot blonde next door, Jenna ... and of course, Elijah Wood as the pet-friendly lawyer, who crushes on Jenna and has some hilarious hallucinations with Wilfred, Ryan Newman.

Gann wasn't just an actor on the shepherd show ... Jason was also credited with writing and producing the dark comedy.

Child actor and Pennsylvania-native Robert J. Steinmiller Jr. (now goes by Bob Steinmiller) was only a teenager when he shot to stardom after playing the brave young boy, Jack Leary -- who deals with life in his dysfunctional family and navigates through his strange neighborhood -- in the 1993 Marshall Herskovitz film, "Jack the Bear."

Robert J. Steinmiller Jr. shared the big screen with some awesome actors including Miko Hughes as the younger brother, Dylan Leary ... and of course, Danny DeVito as the defective dad, John Leary.

Steinmiller is also known for playing Chuckie in the 1991 canine movie, "Bingo."

Brooklyn-based singer and actor Ellen Greene is best known for her role as the blonde-bob babes and shop assistant, Audrey -- who is the love interest (and meal interest) of the skid row plant shop -- in the plant-based 1986 musical, "Little Shop of Horrors."

Ellen Greene was cast alongside an epic group of actors in the film adaptation of the broadway botany hit including Steve Martin as the nitrous huffing boyfriend and dangerous dentist, Dr. Orin Scrivello ... and of course Rick Moranis as the alien plant feeding florist and Audrey's forever love, Seymour Krelborn.

New York City-native Mercedes Ruehl gained fame in the '80s when she landed the role of the distraught mother, Mrs. Baskin -- who wields a knife and chases her big son out of the house and later threatens him on the phone -- in the classic 1988 over-grown comedy, "BIG."

Mercedes Ruehl shared the screen with stars like Robert Loggia as the toy giant, Mr. MacMillan, John Heard as the paddle ball-cheating Paul Davenport, Elizabeth Perkins as the ravishing Susan Lawrence ... and of course, Tom Hanks as the larger-than-life Josh Baskin.

That same year Mercedes solidified herself as a star after she was in the film, "Married To The Mod," as the gangster wife, Connie Russo.
