English pop music icons Curt Smith and Roland Orzabal were both in their early 20s when they became international celebrities after their sophomore album "Songs From The Big Chair" topped the Billboard charts in 1985 with smash singles like "Shout," "Head Over Heels" ... and the classic "Everybody Wants To Rule The World."

While both musicians were credited with lending their vocals to the classic tunes ... slicked back Curt Smith (left) held down the bass tracks, while the curly-haired Roland Orzabel (right) laid down so sweet guitar riffs and standout solos.

Texas-raised rocker Jaret Reddick has a long history in the music industry and is best known for being the lead singer and guitarist of the Y2K pop-punk band Bowling For Soup ... even landing at number four on the Billboard Top 40 chart with the standout single "1985" and "Stacy's Mom" on their album "A Hangover You Don't Deserve."

Reddick continues to share the stage with his longtime bandmates and friends Chris Burney as the backup singer and lead guitarist, as well as, Gary Wiseman holding it down in the back on the drums.

Figure skater Dorothy Hamill was only 19 years old when she carved herself into the hearts and minds of viewers around the world -- after she stunned the judges and won the gold medal with her grace and beauty -- while representing team USA in figure skating at the XII Winter Olympic Games held in Austria back in 1976.

Dorothy competed against some of the greats of her time at XII including Wendy Burge as the DH's USA teammate, Christine Errath from team East Germany taking home the bronze medal and Dianne De Leeuw from team Netherlands taking home the silver medals.

Iowa born athlete Kurt Warner was thrust into the spotlight his very first year as a starting quarterback for the St. Louis Rams as he led the offense on what was called "The Greatest Show On Turf" ... which culminated in their win over the Tennessee Titans (23-16) at Super Bowl XXXIV and even scored Warner the honor of being named Super Bowl MVP.

The Lombardi Trophy-winning offense was packed with high-profile platers including running Hall Of Famer Marshall Faulk and the clutch catching wide receivers Isaac Bruce and Torry Holt.

Warner's success was so inspiring his story was made into a film in 2021 called 'American Underdog.'

Los Angeles local Travis Fine was in his early 30s when he locked down the role of the caring Nurse John -- who ultimately falls in love with Susanna but gets moved to the men's ward after acting on his urges -- in the 1999 drama "Girl, Interrupted."

Travis Fine shared the movie with some top-notch actors including Angelina Jolie as the rebellious patient, Lisa, Elisabeth Moss as the innocent cat enthusiast, Polly a.k.a. Torch ... and of course Winona Ryder as the young woman diagnosed with borderline personality disorder, Susanna.
