'Love & Hip Hop' star Tommie Lee has been indicted on multiple child abuse charges -- and the details of the alleged assault on her kid are horrific.

According to the indictment filed by the state of Georgia -- and obtained by TMZ -- Tommie Lee went to her young daughter's middle school this past October and allegedly disrupted the class, slapped her daughter on the hands with her purse strap, slapped her across the face, dragged her down the hall by her hair ... and threw her into a metal locker.

Tommie faces 7 charges in the indictment, and 3 of 'em are felonies. The rest are misdemeanors. If she's convicted on all seven ... prosecutors tell us Tommie could be locked up for up to 54 years.

We broke the story ... Tommie was arrested twice in connection to this case -- once for the alleged assault, and again less than 24 hours later for violating a court order to stay away from her kid ... whom we're told she went to see less than 3 hours after being released from jail.

She's been in and out of jail (and back again) repeatedly over the past couple years now -- all while appearing on "Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta." Tommie reportedly said she'd be quitting the show.

Makes sense ... she's got bigger fish to fry right now.

Katt Williams' ex-GF, Hazel-E, is ringing in the New Year with a new man -- starting fresh with football star Lucky Whitehead.

The cute new couple hit up Ruth's Chris Steak House in Virginia on New Year's Eve, wining and dining on surf and turf as they snuggled up in a booth. You can tell they're definitely loving each other's company.

After the meal, Lucky showed Hazel the wild side of his hometown of Manassas, VA by partying the night away at Breakers Sky Lounge.

It's a new relationship, but the former 'L&HH' star was already feeling Lucky's vibe ... doing some grinding on her hunky new bae.

Hazel and Katt dated for 2 years before breaking up in March 2016 ... the exes recently tried to rekindle their romance, getting back together and splitting again after only 3 weeks.

We're told Lucky -- who played for the Dallas Cowboys and the NY Jets -- recently slid into Hazel's DMs and she decided to give him a chance. So far, so good.

Safaree and Erica Mena will head straight to the bank after walking down the aisle ... because we've learned the couple is fielding some insane offers to live stream their wedding.

A rep for Safaree, KD McNair, tells TMZ ... the couple has already received a $350,000 offer to live stream their nuptials! We're told a mainstream digital platform reached out after hearing about Safaree's elaborate Christmas Eve proposal.

Our sources say Safaree and Erica haven't accepted the offer yet, because they're still fielding other bids, but they're definitely interested in showcasing their wedding.

Safaree and Erica have huge social media followings -- 3.8 million Instagram followers for her and 2.1 mil for him -- and we're told the 'Love & Hip Hop' stars believe streaming their wedding makes more sense than a TV special. People will be able to like and comment during the live stream.

Ah, the sweet sounds of wedding bells and cash registers.

"Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star Tresure Price thinks the cop who arrested her for DUI had a personal vendetta ... or really hates reality TV and took it out on her.

Tresure tells TMZ ... she believes the cop who pulled her over last week in Atlanta, recognized her from the show and gave her an extra hard time because of it -- she alleges the officer even got "a little rough" with her.

Price claims she passed the officer's field sobriety test, but was still cuffed and thrown in the back of a squad car ... without being buckled up.

We broke the story ... as Tresure was being hauled to the station, the cop had to slam on her brakes and the 'L&HH' star was propelled forward. She tells us her face smashed into the cage as a result, leaving her with whiplash, bruises and a nasty knot on her forehead.

Price insists she wasn't intoxicated, and suggests the cop escalated her traffic violation into something greater ... simply because she's a TV personality.

For the record, cops say Tresure bombed the field sobriety tests and refused a Breathalyzer ... and there's no mention of an officer getting physical with her.

Regardless, she's lawyered up.

Atlanta PD tells TMZ ... Tresure has not filed a complaint regarding her arrest, and they would advise her to do so if she feels one of their officers acted inappropriately.

"Love & Hip Hop Atlanta" star Tresure Price had no idea her night was about to get even worse after getting busted for DUI ... with a trip to the hospital following a bumpy ride in the back of a cop car.

It all went down last week in the ATL after cops say they saw Price run a red light. According to a police report, obtained by TMZ, Price drove several blocks before finally pulling over. Cops say Price reeked of booze, though she insisted she only had a shot of vodka and a lemon drop martini.

Cops administered a field sobriety test ... which she bombed. She was cuffed and arrested for DUI, reckless driving and failure to obey. But, the night was just beginning for Price.

On their way to the police station, the arresting officer said he had to slam on his brakes to avoid hitting someone on a bicycle who came outta nowhere. Cops say he could hear Price slide forward in the back seat but couldn't tell if she hit the cage.

According to the police report, Price complained of face, nose, cheek and chest pain ... and said she was going to press charges and/or sue over her injuries. Cops then drove her to the hospital.

She later posted bail.

Ex-'Love & Hip Hop' star Benzino is not mincing words ... he's adamant racists are behind the serious drug charges he's facing but vows to fight back.

Benzino wanted to address the story we broke ... that cops busted him in Cobb County, GA -- in January 2017 -- and hit him with a slew of charges: felony possession of THC oil gummies, felony possession of 6 MDMA pills and misdemeanor possession of less than an ounce of weed.

He's facing up to 15 years in prison, but Benzino calls the charges trumped up from "one of the most racists counties, not just in Georgia, but in America." He still believes cops had no right to raid his penthouse, even though a judge ruled cops legally obtained a search warrant.

Ex-'Love & Hip Hop' star Benzino is in the battle of his life right now, but nobody knew it.

We've learned Benzino was arrested back in January 2017 and charged with felony possession of THC oil gummies (22 grams), felony possession of 6 MDMA pills and misdemeanor possession of less than an ounce of weed.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, cops executed a search warrant at the producer's ATL apartment and found the drugs in drawers and on the kitchen counters. He was arrested and posted $12k bail. Benzino's legal team argued the search was illegal, but a judge ruled cops searched the pad legally.

Fast forward to now ... we're told Benzino's legal team will learn Wednesday in court when the case is headed to trial ... which could be as soon as next month, if he doesn't cop a plea.

If convicted, Benzino could face up to 15 years behind bars.

Forget the 'Hotline' -- Pretty Ricky member, turned 'L&HH' star, Baby Blue allegedly put a guy in line at the ER when a fight broke out while shooting the reality show.

Eyewitnesses tell TMZ ... Baby Blue brawled with a guy named Dante Wednesday in Miami. Dante was helping BB's ex-fiancee, Michelle Carolus, move her stuff out of Blue's house. We're told Michelle -- who's one of the Double Dose Twins -- recently called off their engagement and wanted to bolt ASAP.

Blue wasn't cool with that, and our sources say things got physical and after the fight, Dante was left with a nasty gash. It was so bad, he needed to go to the hospital for stitches.

Cops were called, but law enforcement sources tell us both men were gone by the time they got there.

Sources close to the production tell us VH1 crew members were present to shoot a confessional with BB, but were not rolling when things got violent.

Just when Tommie Lee thought she was about to be released from custody, she was hauled right back into the pokey ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Tommie was set to be released from Georgia's Cobb County Jail with an ankle monitor on Nov. 7, but the "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star got rearrested the same day for violating probation in her DUI case.

The violation was the result of getting arrested TWICE within 24 hours for allegedly stalking her daughter and slamming the child into a school locker back in October.

If you're wondering why you haven't seen Tommie out on the scene ... we're told she's been cooling her heels in jail in Fulton County -- where she got the DUI -- for 28 days now.

We're told she'll get a 2nd shot at release later this month.

'Love & Hip Hop' star Lyrica Anderson tells us her health got so bad after giving birth to her son, she felt like she was about to die.

Lyrica says after welcoming her and A1's baby boy, Ocean Zion Bentley, into the world Friday ... her health quickly deteriorated. She says things got so bad, doctors had to give her toothbrushes to itch her skin. Yikes!

Lyrica was still in her hospital bed as she updated us on all the scary things that started happening to her after the birth. The list is long and, honestly, might act as birth control for the squeamish.

As for his workout plan ... Jas says he's got Ray training in the gym 5 days a week and doing cardio 6 to 7 days a week. He's also had Ray J cut out most of his liquor, wine and junk food.

Safaree's finally getting cozy with someone post-Nicki Minaj ... the rapper was spotted out and holding hands with Erica Mena.

Sources close to the 'Love & Hip Hop' stars tell TMZ ... Safaree and Erica recently started dating and ... were seen walking hand-in-hand IN MATCHING FUR COATS at the Jazz-Nets game Wednesday night at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn.

We're told there were immediate fireworks ... and while they're not officially boyfriend/girlfriend yet, they're well on their way to that status. Safaree had been hinting for a while now about finding love ... posting clues on his Instagram story he's riding with a new chick.

'Love & Hip Hop' star Lyrica Anderson finally put a monster rumor to rest over whose baby she's carrying, and now ... she's ready to spill the rest of the tea(l) with mommy shots.

Here are Lyrica's first maternity photos after a rough season of 'L&HH: Hollywood' -- where she faced accusations of cheating on her husband, A1, with Nicki Minaj's ex, Safaree Samuels. A1 and his immediate fam demanded a very-preggo Lyrica take a paternity test, which was revealed in last week's reunion episode. Turns out ... A1 IS the father. OHHHH!

Safaree doubled down during the reunion episode, denying he'd ever slept with Lyrica ... despite seemingly admitting to Ray J earlier in the season that they had, in fact, smashed. Those words never actually came out of Safaree's mouth, but he let Ray put 'em there for him without protest.

"Love & Hip Hop: Miami" star Amara La Negra is totally behind Spice's decision to go white face for her album, because she believes Spice had a noble purpose and executed it brilliantly.

Amara tells TMZ, the haters who have lashed out at Spice are all wet for attacking Spice over a photo that was designed to mock those who believe light-skinned African American women are more beautiful than their dark-skinned counterparts.

As we reported, the imagery goes hand-in-hand with Spice's track, "Black Hypocrisy" on her mixtape that includes the lyrics, “(‘Cause) I was told I would reach further/If the color of my skin was lighter/And I was made to feel inferior/Cause society said brown girls prettier.”

And THAT right there is why Amara's in Spice's corner ... 'cause Amara herself has clashed with others trying to define her beauty. You'll remember "Love & Hip Hop: Miami" cast member Young Hollywood was on the receiving end of death threats after suggesting Amara get "a new look."

In short ... Amara says she gets it and supports Spice, because sometimes you gotta shake people to call attention to your cause.

Spice posted a pretty shocking image of herself with super light skin Monday along with a message about her new mixtape.

A rep for Spice tells us there's a track on the mixtape called "Black Hypocrisy" -- thus the look.

Spice also deleted all her other posts ... which puts the spotlight on the new pic.

Fans were clearly not digging it, saying, "Wow I can't believe this, Spice! What the F**K have you done?" Another wrote, "Girl you look crazy af."

Tommie Lee got her dumb ass hauled into jail Wednesday night for stalking of her own daughter ... just 24 hours after Tommie allegedly slammed the child into a school locker the day before.

The "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star outdid herself, even by her own low standards, by getting arrested TWICE within 24 hours. The first bust came Tuesday night when she was booked for battery, aggravated assault and child cruelty. Cops say Tommie unloaded on one of her daughters at the child's middle school in Cobb County, GA.

Tommie posted a $27k bond and was released Wednesday morning at 4:40 AM -- but she was also slapped with a court order to stay away from the daughter.

Apparently, she just couldn't stick with that program. She violated the order by making contact with her daughter within 3 hours of getting out of jail.
