Get Lost With Yunjin Kim
There are worse people to be stranded on a deserted island with than Yunjin Kim. The South Korean beauty is one of the castaways on the hit ABC series "Lost" and she's posing on the beach (how fitting!) for the cover of Stuff Magazine.
Kim tells Stuff that the scripts for "Lost" are as closely guarded as you might expect: "Actors are the last ones to get the scripts. Sometimes we get them a couple of days before the shoot. If there's a really big secret, they leave it out of the script, and we have to call the producers and hear it over the phone. Each page of the script has my name on it, so if they see it on eBay, I'm going to get a phone call."
She also tells the popular men's magazine she's afraid of scaring people who get on a plane with her: "I hate getting recognized on the plane, because I think, 'What if the person gets nervous just because I'm on the plane?'"
Kim's issue of Stuff Magazine is on newsstands this week.

Real "Lost" Event Focuses on Fake Candy Bars
Beginning today in New York City, free Apollo Bars will be given out to fans at various events across the country. The Apollo Candy Company, a subsidiary of the Hanso Group, manufactures and distributes Apollo Bars.
If none of this makes any sense to you, then you obviously don't watch "Lost."
The show is taking its "Lost Experience" -- a series of websites that help to further the back story of the hit ABC show -- even further with its first event held by a fictitious company from the show. You can check out the full schedule of events in various cities at www.apollocandy.com.
Last month at Comic-Con in San Diego, a woman calling herself Rachel Blake crashed a press conference featuring some "Lost" producers and co-stars. Rachel Blake is a hacker/activist whose mission is to bring down the Hanso Foundation.
Confused yet?
Anyway, if simply watching a TV show each week is more your thing, the third season of "Lost" premieres October 4 at 9PM ET/PT.

Matthew Fox to the Rescue
Another week, another little "Lost" tidbit for you to decipher.
Cameras caught Matthew Fox in Hawaii yesterday filming a scene for the show's third season. In it, Fox's character, Dr. Jack Shephard, comes running to the aid of a child in a playground. Fox can be scene performing what looks like the Heimlich maneuver.
Because everything happens for a reason on "Lost," we have to ask -- who is the kid? More importantly, who is the mom? What is Jack doing at a playground? Why isn't it October 4 yet???? Okay, we're fine now.
All these questions will be answered in due time, perhaps on October 4 at 9PM ET/PT, when season three of "Lost" premieres.
Just a Little "Lost"
If you're like us, you can't wait until "Lost" returns -- October 4, if you haven't already marked your calendar. And if you are as addicted to the show as we are, you'll take whatever info you can get -- even if it's only 10 seconds long.
Cameras spotted Matthew Fox, who plays Dr. Jack Shephard on the show, in Hawaii where he's currently filming the third season of the hit show. You'll notice Fox is dressed in hospital scrubs -- so he's probably filming a flashback scene. He was headed back to his trailer after shooting a scene in a medical center on the island.
The show has wrapped up most of Fox's character's back story -- we saw what drove his dad to drink and why his wife left him -- so maybe these flashback scenes will raise some new questions. Personally, we're curious who Jack's wife left him for -- Desmond, perhaps?
Another New Castaway for "Lost"
Kiele Sanchez will join the cast of "Lost" for the hit show's third season.
Rodrigo Santoro and Elizabeth Mitchell were previously announced as new cast members. Word is Sanchez's character will be a potential love interest for Santoro's character.
Sanchez previously starred in the WB series, "Related."
"Lost" and "The Office" Branching Out
What do you do when you can't wait for your favorite television show fix? Well now you can cruise the Internet or your mobile phone and download the latest mini episode of the show.
While networks as a whole are struggling with the loss of viewers to the internet. Forward thinking shows and networks like "The Office", "Lost" and HBO are expanding their shows beyond the traditional media.
What Were They Watching!?!?
Today's Emmy nominations announcement was supposed to mark a turning point in Emmy history. The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences revised the nomination process to ensure, in part, that some new faces got nods. Did they succeed? There certainly a was a lot of turnover this year, but the new nominees still leave a lot to be desired.
The list of those that didn't get recognized is surprising, for both good and bad reasons. Here are the five things that stood out most to us:
Forget last year...
"Lost," James Spader, Felicity Huffman and Patricia Arquette were all major winners last year - and not nominated this year. Kiefer Sutherland is the only lead actor nominated from last year in the drama category. Tony Shalhoub is the only lead actor nominated from last year in the comedy category.
Michelle Rodriguez's Four-Hour Jail Stint
TMZ has learned Michelle Rodriguez's 60-day DUI jail sentence turned into four hours and 27 minutes behind bars -- a byproduct of overcrowding and budget problems in LA's jails.
The 'Lost' star checked herself into jail last Thursday to begin a 60-day sentence for DUI-related probation violations. At the time, the star said she would serve her time, then flee the country for France.
Rodriguez Gets Jail Time -- Again
'Lost' star Michelle Rodriguez has been sentenced to 60 days in jail for violating her probation.
Rodriguez was arrested in December on suspicion of drunk driving in Honolulu. That came six months after she pleaded no contest in Los Angeles to hit and run, drunken driving, and driving with a suspended license. She was placed on probation for the LA incident.

%u2018Lost%u2019 Actor Delivers State Senate Invocation
One of the actors of the ABC series "Lost" left behind his star power to promote a different type of strength among local lawmakers -- harmony and hope.
Dressed in a simple gray suit draped with a single strand of maile leaves, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, a devout Buddhist, quietly delivered the traditional, daily prayer before the state Senate on Tuesday.
"I thank you very much, deeply, from the root of my heart because I believe this is what my mission is in life to share this practice and to create dialogue with others," Akinnuoye-Agbaje said.
Akinnuoye-Agbaje plays the character of Mr. Eko, a former African drug lord who had taken on the identity of a Roman Catholic priest. The series is filmed in Hawaii.
Akinnuoye-Agbaje read the 23rd Psalm, which is also the title of the "Lost" episode during which Eko's violent past and struggle for redemption are revealed.
Akinnuoye-Agbaje was invited to deliver the invocation by Sen. Fred Hemmings, R-Lanikai-Waimanalo, after the senator saw the episode featuring Eko's story.
Though the show has been sweeping up awards, including a Golden Globe last month for best television drama series, Akinnuoye-Agbaje called his appearance before the Hawaii Legislature "the pinnacle" of his career.
"This to me is the greatest reward because it's based upon my faith," he said in an interview following the invocation.
