Charlie Sheen Gets Clipped

Charlie Sheen found time in between court dates in Aspen to take in a Los Angeles Clippers game last night.

The Clips lost to LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers. And so much for trying to low-key it -- Charlie's face was plastered on the Jumbotron.

Lots of drama for Charlie. Last Friday, the set of "Two and a Half Men" was cleared after what sources say was a threat to Jon Cryer -- we're told something with his ex.

L.A. Clippers -- Our Guys Weren't at Lamar's Party

The Lakers-Clippers cross town rivalry may extend to bachelor parties -- because the L.A. Clippers organization is vehemently denying that its players attended Lamar Odom's shindig last night ... even though a few Clip-squaders were at the same restaurant at the same time.

Moments ago, reps from the Clippers told us the 5 players we saw coming and going from STK last night were only at the restaurant for a Clippers team dinner ... a dinner that happened to be scheduled for the exact same time and place as Lamar's party.

So even though we asked Clipper player Marcus Camby "how was the party" -- and he responded, "It was cool" ... he must've been talking about the Clippers' "dinner" party ... and not the stripperless, midgetless bachelor party going on in the same place.

So sleep well Clippers fans ... once again your team was left out of the party everyone wanted to be at.

Lakers Legend Claims Clippers Steered by Racist

Former legendary L.A. Laker Elgin Baylor has just filed a lawsuit against the L.A. Clippers and the NBA, claiming he's the victim of rampant racial discrimination.

In the lawsuit, filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, Baylor -- who was unceremoniously dismissed as VP and General Manager last October -- claims the team has "egregious salary disparities" based on race. Baylor claims he was told to "induce African American players to join the Clippers, despite the Clippers' reputation of being unwilling to fairly treat and compensate African American players." Baylor says the owner, Donald Sterling, has a "pervasive and ongoing racist attitude."

Baylor cites the case of NBA player Danny Manning, where Sterling allegedly said, "I'm offering a lot of money for a poor Black kid." The suit claims Sterling repeatedly referred to the team as "poor Black kids" and "he wanted a White coach directing the Clippers." Sterling is being sued as well.

Baylor says he personally got stiffed, only being paid $350,000 a year since 2003, when a "Caucasian head coach was given a 4 year, 22 million dollar contract."

Here's the best part. The suit says, "At all relevant times mentioned here, Mr. Baylor was an African American male over the age of 40."
