We got Christy leaving PUMP in WeHo and she was thrilled to give us an update on her recent operation. ICYMI ... Christy and her co-star, Tonya Banks, recently decided to get a little lady parts tune-up.
We thought the procedure would put her out of commission for a while -- admittedly, we're not doctors -- but Christy proudly says that's not the case. In fact, she says the procedure's enhanced her OMGs and put a stop to a more, um ... embarrassing situation.

We're told the top finishers got prizes sent to their rooms, and based on the size of Amy's splash, it's no surprise she didn't win ... but she did come in third!
It's unclear what prize she got, but the reality show mom def won some respect for going for it.

A clash has been a brewin' between the casts of "Little Women: Atlanta" and its Dallas sister show thanks to a bunch of online trash talking, and -- no surprise -- things got real physical.
The fight broke out between Atlanta's Sam Ortiz and Dallas' Caylea Woodbury during a talent showcase being thrown by Ms. Juicy for the new season of 'LW:ATL.'
Caylea, who raps under the alias Lil Twrk, came up from the Big D with her rapper BF D'Quan Cage to participate, but things got outta hand.
The casts from the 2 cities have been going at it for awhile, and while D'Quan gets points for chivalry, someone's not leaving with a dry eye ... or rather, just dry.

One of the stars of "Little Women: LA" is taking a bunch of doctors to court for a BIG payday ... 'cause she claims they screwed up her neck in surgery.
Christy Gibel just sued some M.D.s from a surgery center in Beverly Hills called 90210 Surgery Medical Center as well as Cedars-Sinai and other private practices, claiming the whole lot screwed up a spinal cord surgery she underwent with them in 2016.
In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Christy says she went under last November for a procedure called an anterior discectomy and spinal cord decompression, and during a couple post-op visits ... the doctors overseeing the matter misled her despite worsening symptoms.
She says she felt her left eye drooping, and her tongue swelling, and was unable to speak for a while -- all of which she says she was told would subside over time ... but it didn't. She also claims they admitted her jugular vein was nicked during surgery.
The reality star is suing for negligence and asking for an unspecified amount in damages and medical costs related to the alleged botched surgery. We've reached out to 90210 and Cedars ... so far, no word back.

The "Little Women: Dallas" reunion went full Maury Povich when Bri Barlup revealed her ex, Wooda, is the guy who knocked her up ... and he ain't happy about it.
The reunion doesn't air until December, but we're told the taping ended with Wooda storming off the set. Producers brought him out as a surprise guest, and he was blindsided by Bri's baby bombshell.
We're told there was a chance the father was another dude Bri had been dating after they broke up ... so Wooda is demanding a paternity test. The exes already have a kid, 3-year-old Malik.
As for Bri, we're told she's ecstatic about keeping her baby daddy count at 1.

Remember, Bri is several months pregnant, but you can see it didn't slow her flow during production. We know what you're thinking, but we're told this isn't just a lame plotline for the show -- the ladies are dead serious about hip-hop.
They've even reached out to Snoop Dogg and Wiz Khalifa to collab, but no word back. Yet.

Tempers are flaring on the set of 'Little Women: Couples Retreat' after a white cast member called a black cast member a "monkey ass."
TMZ got this clip of Lifetime's "Little Women: LA" spin-off where Lila is basically asking to get dropped ... by repeatedly hurling the racial slur against Tonya Banks.
There's some tense moments of posturing and threats, before someone gets knocked off her high horse -- or high chair, in this case. Production sources tell us the loser in this scrap suffered a minor head injury and had to be hospitalized while shooting in Puerto Rico.

It all went down at a restaurant in May, and as luck would have it ... show cameras were rolling. Minnie and her mother, Tammie, were pissed Juicy didn't believe Minnie was pregnant and had miscarried.
It got so heated ... Tammie, who is NOT a little person, decided to go HAM with the chicken. The clip, which airs in Wednesday's episode, is an instant classic.
Juicy wasn't amused -- she got a temporary restraining order against Tammie after the incident, but a judge later dismissed the case. Still, Juicy refused to film with Minnie and her mom for a month afterward ... and there's still bad blood.

Sources connected to Briana and her husband, Matt Ericson, tell us their kid arrived Wednesday at a San Diego hospital ... tipping the scales at 5 lbs, 3 oz. We're told they're keeping the name under wraps for now.
The birth came 4 and a half weeks early, but we're told everything went smoothly. As we reported ... Briana was briefly hospitalized when she experienced early contractions 6 months into the pregnancy.
This is their first child together. Mazel!
'Little People, Big World' Divorce We Even Split The Family Photo Album
"Little People, Big World" stars Amy and Matt Roloff's divorce was a VERY even split ... right down to the family pics they collected over 27 years of marriage.
The Roloffs' divorce was finalized in late April. Neither is getting spousal support and their 4 kids are all grown -- so no issue with child support.
Each gets to keep half a stake in their Oregon family farm and the pumpkin salsa company -- which are featured on the show.
There's a special section in the docs about family photos ... it's a 50/50 split and they have to make copies of all the originals and share 'em with one another. Matt also made off with his 2 classic VW Bugs.
The new season of 'LPBW' premiered Tuesday night, and so far it's been the most civil onscreen breakup ... we'll see if it continues that way.

Expectant "Little Women: LA" star Briana Renee is in the danger zone after going into labor only 6 months into her pregnancy ... TMZ has learned.
Briana's husband, Matt Ericson, rushed her to a hospital Monday night in Murrieta, CA after she experienced severe pains that had her worried about the baby. It turns out those pains were contractions, and now doctors are closely monitoring Briana.
We're told there's serious concern because premature births are typically far more risky for little people. Doctors have Briana on round-the-clock bed rest, and meds to slow the contractions because it's just too soon.
The show is currently shooting, but we're told production is on hold ... since cameras are banned at the hospital.
