Psalm West is already part of the Kardashian empire, because he's about to fire up his own business ... and he's just 14 days old.

Kim Kardashian filed for trademark protection under her company so Psalm's name can be used for hair accessories, including barrettes, bands, bows, clips, ties, ornaments, pins, scrunchies, chopsticks, twisters and wraps.

The legal docs also include hair extensions and ornamental novelty pins.

And, it goes on ... entertainment services, personal appearances, skin care, probiotic supplements, toy figures and doll accessories, computer software, clothing, baby bottles, furniture, strollers, beverageware, swaddling blankets ... and on and on.

As long as we're talking ... skin moisturizers, lotions, creams, bubble bath, fragrances, body powders, shower gels, body oils, skin serums, nail polish, nail polish remover, nail care preparations ... and on and on.

Okay ... there's more -- puppets, puzzles, toy jewelry, toy cameras, toy food, bath toys, baby gyms, playground balls, electronic action toys, baby bouncers, baby changing tables, baby walkers, pillows, mirrors, cushions, picture frames and playpens.

We forgot to mention baby carriers, cosmetic bags, toiletry cases, duffle bags, umbrellas, clocks, watches, key chains, calendars, books, photo albums, stationery, stickers, writing utensils and collectible trading cards.

Now, this is sort of interesting ... it seems every time a Kardashian/Jenner has a baby, they file the trademark protections for their newborns, yet rarely do they actually launch businesses with their names. Two possibilities -- one, that they are blocking others from using their kids' names, and 2 -- that at some point in the future the kids may start businesses and they don't want to be blocked out.

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian thought long and hard on a name for their fourth child together ... and the proud parents are going with Psalm !!!

It makes a lot of sense ... Kanye's Sunday Service -- where he performs gospel and his own hits with a live band and choir -- has become a massive success, and his Coachella performance was one for the ages. And what do they sing at church services ... psalms!

Kim tweeted a text exchange from Kanye which read, "Beautiful Mother's Day. With the arrival of our fourth child. We are blessed beyond measure."

As for Mother's Day ... Kanye played a special Sunday Service show which included his and Kim's kids along with other members of the family and the children of family friends.

Kim says Psalm looks like Chicago's twin brother. He joins older sister North and big bro Saint as the sixth member of Kim and Kanye's growing family.

As you know ... KK and KW welcomed their new kid into the world last week, and he weighed in at 6 lb and 9 oz.

As we first told you... Kim and Kanye hired a new surrogate to carry their 4th kid to term -- but not because they were unhappy with the last one -- she was simply unavailable this time. The woman, who was in her early 20s, had a kid of her own back in December ... less than a year after popping out baby Chicago. So, the couple had to find another surrogate, whose profile still remains a mystery.

The surrogate went into labor while Kourtney and Kris Jenner were taping an episode of 'Ellen' with all the Kardashian kids. Kim was supposed to be there, but she obviously skipped the taping to attend a more pressing matter. It's pretty crazy, even Kris didn't know she was about to have another grandchild!!!

Kim's got a ton on her plate with the newest addition. She's actively studying to become a lawyer and recently helped with the release of 17 prisoners in the last 90 days. Not to mention she's a social media mogul, runs a cosmetics line and stars on "Keeping Up with The Kardashians."

Kim and Kanye used a leftover embryo they created to bring Psalm into the world.

9:36 AM PT -- Sources close tell us baby #4 was born Thursday and weighed 6 lb. 9 oz.

5/10 9:05 AM PT -- The new baby West has arrived. Kim just tweeted, "He's here and he's perfect!" She continued, "He's also Chicago's twin lol I'm sure he will change a lot but now he looks just like her."

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are about to be the proud parents of a brand spankin' new baby boy -- their surrogate's in labor!!!

Kourtney and Kris Jenner taped an episode of 'Ellen' Thursday with all of the Kardashian kids ... including Kim and Kanye's. Kourtney acknowledged Kim was supposed to be on the show but couldn't make it because there were urgent matters to attend to ... i.e., labor! And, get this, we're told Kris didn't even know.

Our sources say Mom and Dad were at the hospital Thursday night with the surrogate. Don't know for sure if they'll be in the delivery room, but she was the last time around for the birth of Chicago.

As we reported ... KW and KK hired a new surrogate to carry their fourth kid to term -- not because they were dissatisfied with the last one ... she was simply unavailable. The woman -- who was in her early 20s -- had her own child this past December ... less than 12 months after popping out baby Chicago. As a result ... the couple had to go with another surrogate.

This new surrogate's profile never became clear ... but ya gotta imagine Mom and Dad went with someone who was equally capable.

Kim and Kanye used a leftover embryo they created to bring this newest baby to life. He'll join three siblings -- North, Saint and Chi -- as the sixth member of the family.

As you know ... Kim's got a full plate. Aside from studying to become a lawyer and running of beauty empire, she's dedicating much of her time to prison reform, helping first free Alice Marie Johnson and Matthew Charles. Just last week, she helped free a man given a life sentence.

Kim Kardashian has 3 children, not 4, despite reports her surrogate has given birth.

There are stories circulating the surrogate just gave birth to a boy, a story that may have been fueled by one of Kim's posts Monday, in which she displayed a text from Kanye saying, "This is your life. Married with four kids. Get people out of jail. Cover of Vogue. Go to church every week with your family. Dreams come true."

Our Kardashian sources say it's not so. That said, we're told the surrogate is expected to give birth sometime this week.

As you know, the 4th baby will join the brood, with 5-year-old North, 3-year-old Saint and 1-year-old Chicago.

Kim's gonna be juggling a lot of babies. She's in the throes of studying for the Baby Bar. And, she's knee deep in fighting for prison reform, and she's been extremely successful at it.

Even on baby no. 4, Kim Kardashian's still finding ways to make baby showers unique -- and SUPER zen -- by loading up her GFs on CBD everything, baby!!!

Kim admitted during Saturday's event ... she was "freaking out" because she and Kanye West are expecting their newest baby's arrival -- by surrogate -- within a couple weeks. So, since she needed to chill out, Kim thought, "What better way to celebrate than to have a little CBD?"

As they say ... the crowd went wild. Guests -- including Paris Hilton -- got to concoct their own CBD-infused body oils and bath salts ... before chilling out with a sound bath.

Kim also gave all her peeps in attendance, blue Yeezy slides that even Paris rocked ... and there were blue accent decorations -- all celebrating baby #4, who, as we reported, is a boy.

She also might have dropped a BIG hint on the kid's name when she zoomed in on a name on the wall, Robert Harut (Armenian) means he has risen. Robert would also be a homage to her late dad.

North and her cousin, Penelope Disick were also there for the shower ... we're assuming they passed on the CBD and went with a juice box.

When baby boy West arrives ... Kim and Kanye will have a strong poker hand ... 2 pairs -- 2 girls, North and Chicago, and 2 boys, Saint and ... TBA Kardashian-West.

Khloe Kardashian sent her fiancé Tristan Thompson into a deli for a sandwich run Saturday afternoon while she sat tight in her Range Rover.

Khloe, who's about 7 months pregnant, was behind the wheel as Tristan made the trek into Lovi's deli in Calabasas.

Tristan is strictly a spectator for NBA All-Star Weekend this year. He's not playing at any events. He was wearing a pair of throwback 1996 All-Star shorts.

As for Khloe, she's due sometime in late March or early April.

As far as we know, the couple didn't hit up any of the festivities over the weekend, although Tristan did hit up a Rémy Martin MVP Weekend Party Friday night at The Avenue nightclub to watch Travis Scott perform.

Some people forget to take out the trash or call their mothers, but Kim Kardashian's one of those people who forgets to share a half naked selfie.

Kim's back to covering her nipples and did it with the help of an itsy bitsy black bikini. Her hair's shorter too, for those who notice.

She captioned the selfie, "Forgot to post this last night," and we'll give her a pass since she's juggling a lot these days after welcoming daughter Chicago via surrogate only a couple weeks back.

Kylie Jenner resurfaced into the world Saturday ... and it's hard to believe she gave birth 10 days ago.

Kylie and BFF Jordyn Woods were in Calabasas when the photog snapped these pics. We're told they were headed to a meeting in L.A.

It looks like she has a flat stomach. True ... she's wearing black and has a fanny pack around her waist, but still ... bouncing back this way after less than 2 weeks seems almost superhuman.

Little Stormi was nowhere to be seen in the pics.

TMZ broke the story of Kylie's pregnancy back in September, and she all but disappeared from sight during her pregnancy ... a pregnancy she didn't publicly acknowledge until after the baby was born.

Hours after announcing she and Kanye West had a new baby girl -- via surrogate -- Kim posted this ridiculously hot shot of herself with "#momofthree."

Based on her tongue-in-cheek post, we'd say the new mom is in a great mood.

Still no announcement on a name of the new addition to the fam -- but they had a sweet celebration Tuesday, courtesy of a cake delivery from Grandma Kris.

Kim Kardashian was in the hospital delivery room when her surrogate gave birth ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the birth tell us, Kim was at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. when the surrogate was in labor and, when the baby was born, she was the first person to have skin-to-skin contact with the baby. We're told it was the family's trusted Dr. Paul Crane, who delivered the baby.

We're told Kanye was in the delivery room, but behind a curtain. He came out after the baby was born and held his daughter for the first time.

Kris Jenner and Kim's sisters were also at the hospital, but they were not in the delivery room.

We're told the surrogate was able to have some contact with the baby after the delivery, but was almost immediately under the care of Kim and Kanye.

The baby was born without complications. She weighed in at 7 lbs 6 oz. Still no word on the baby's name.

TMZ was first to post the story after Kim announced on her app that the surrogate gave birth at 12:47 AM Monday.

Tristan Thompson was gloating New Year's Eve about his soon-to-be baby mama and how fantastic she looks just 3 months before giving birth to their child.

Tristan and Khloe Kardashian were in a limo in Cleveland when he turned a cellphone camera on them and commented on the progress of her pregnancy ... and he gives her high marks.

Tristan underscored Khloe's reveal ... that she's due sometime around March. Kim's surrogate is due sometime this month. It's unclear when Kylie is due, but she's definitely pregnant despite her silence.

He revealed early on ... they're having girl.

Khloe Kardashian is like the David Copperfield of pregnancy ... now you see her baby bump, other times you don't.

A dressed-down Khloe pulled up to an L.A. studio Tuesday, and her growing baby bump was visible ... even through a pretty hefty sweater.

It's a stark contrast from the image she posted from sister Kim's baby shower just this past weekend when there seemed to be no trace of her rising bun in the oven.

At least Khloe's ditched her heels for slippers. Chanel slippers, of course.

Kim Kardashian celebrated the impending birth of baby #3.

Lots of celebs and fam showed, including Kylie, Kendall, Khloe, Chrissy Teigen, Jen Atkin ... and of course, North West.

The theme was "Tea for 3" ... and it was fancy -- high tea, and finger food. The grounds were laced with cherry blossoms.

TMZ broke the story ... Kim has a surrogate this time around because of serious medical issues that plagued her last pregnancy. The baby is due in January ... and it's a girl.
