Cardi B is back in action, because she took to the streets with 2 of her kids on a shopping trip, and it's super sweet!

Cardi, 6-year-old Kulture and 3-year-old Wave hit up a store in NYC and zeroed in on some Hello Kitty hair ties.

The mother of 3 -- the newborn wasn't there -- was playing to the photogs, telling Kulture to smile for the cameras.

Renowned voice actor David Graham, who is best known for voicing Grandpa Pig on the beloved children's series "Peppa Pig," has died ... a former colleague confirmed.

The X account for Gerry Anderson, the creator of "Thunderbirds" -- in which Graham voiced various characters for the British science fiction series and its spinoffs -- broke the sad news to fans on Friday.

The message read ... "We're incredibly sad to confirm the passing of the legendary David Graham. The voice [of] Parker, Gordon Tracy, Brains and so many more. David was always a wonderful friend to us here at Anderson Entertainment. We will miss you dearly, David. Our thoughts are with David's friends and family."

Carly Gregg, the 15-year-old girl accused of murdering her mother, is displaying some odd courtroom behavior ... getting a bad case of the giggles while sitting at the defense table.

Check it out ... the Mississippi teen was dressed in a conservative navy blue ensemble as her trial resumed Thursday. Her defense attorneys flanked her on both sides, donning serious expressions during the trial ... though, Carly seemed to get a kick out of the proceedings, as she fought back some laughter.

While it's unclear what exactly prompted Carly's giggles, the video shows her female lawyer writing something on a pad ... which appears to be what sparked the shocking response from the teen.

A 15-year-old Mississippi girl has been charged with murdering her mom -- and the events leading up to the fatal shooting were caught on camera -- as well as the victim's chilling screams mixed with gunfire.

Check out the footage ... which begins with Carly Gregg in a Nirvana shirt lurking around her house. At one point, Gregg peeked her head into the kitchen while holding something behind her back, later revealed to be a .357 Magnum handgun.

She then strolled out of frame into another part of the residence before several gunshots could be heard along with her mom, Ashley Smylie, yelling in pain.

Alanna Zabel claims in a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, she was Lauren's yoga instructor from 2007-2010. Zabel says in 2022, she reached out to LS, sharing a book concept about a cat that flies to Mars. She says she contacted Lauren in part because they had previously discussed a partnership to write a children's book -- "Dharma Kitty Goes to Mars."

According to the suit, proceeds from the book would go to Bezos Earth Fund and Bezos Academy.

The family of accused Apalachee High School shooter Colt Gray is calling out bullying at the hands of the suspect's father, Colin Gray.

A relative of Colt's mother said the Gray patriarch felt his 14-year-old was too "tender" and began calling him names -- "sissy" and "bitch" -- to underscore his disdain ... this according to the NY Post.

The relative claims Colin bought his son an AR-15 style rifle for XMAS to "toughen him up." The rifle is the weapon Colt allegedly used when he shot up his high school, leaving 4 dead and 9 injured.

5:00 PM PT -- Tyrese was released from custody Monday after his attorney Tanya Mitchell Graham filed an appeal of the judge's ruling ... according to law enforcement sources.

We're told the appeal means Tyrese did not have to pay the $73K before he was released. That does not mean he no longer owes the back child support, it's just delayed, for now. It's the same legal maneuver Tyrese and his attorney made last year when the judge ordered him to pay up the child support.

Tyrese Gibson is in custody for failing to pay the amount of child support ordered by the court ... TMZ has learned.

The singer/actor -- and dad to 5-year-old Soraya with ex-wife Samantha Lee -- was in Fulton County court Monday morning to face the judge in the ongoing child support battle, and the hearing did NOT go well for Tyrese.

Judge Kevin Farmer was clearly fed up with Tyrese's refusal to pay the $10K/month Farmer ordered him to start paying way back in April 2023 -- so, today he held Tyrese in contempt of court, the bailiff put him in handcuffs and marched him out of the courtroom.
