Casi al mismo tiempo, Jeannie presentó su respuesta a la petición de divorcio de Jeezy, dando a entender que él podría haberla engañado y que tendría consecuencias en virtud de su acuerdo prenupcial. The talk show host submitted a response to Jeezy's request for a hearing to figure out a temporary custody schedule in their ongoing divorce case, and according to her latest filing -- obtained by TMZ -- she says his accusation that she's interfering with his ability to spend time with their 1-year-old Monaco is false.

Jeannie also says she's been more than accommodating when it comes to Jeezy asking for time with their daughter ... giving him all the dates he's asked for, and giving him an extended period of time with her over the Christmas holiday.

Jeannie says she 100% wants Jeezy to be involved in their daughter's life -- but says safety is her #1 concern ... and in these docs, she claims it's completely reasonable for safety to be on her mind.

Jeannie's attorneys write ... "It is essential to clarify that Ms. Jenkins’ insistence on reasonable safety measures being put in place, such as safely securing and locking away all firearms that have been unsecured in the past, as well as having familiarity and properly trained caregivers is absolutely not gatekeeping, but rather a responsible effort to prioritize their daughter’s well-being."

Her legal team adds, "These requests are grounded in Ms. Jenkins’ genuine concern for the parties’ daughter’s safety and security, especially when under the care of others and traveling across the country, and are reasonable protective measures, not an attempt to restrict Mr. Jenkins’ access to their daughter."

Around the same time Jeannie filed her response to Jeezy's divorce petition -- when she seemed to imply he might've cheated, and that it would have consequences under their prenup -- he filed new docs himself ... in which he alleged she was keeping him from seeing Monaco on a consistent basis.

Like we said ... Jeannie's calling BS on that, and instead of a hearing on temporary custody -- she's asking the judge here to just send them to mediation to work this out themselves, noting she feels like they're strong candidates for that option.

If you're unfamiliar with Mindy's family dynamic ... it's a little complicated, especially considering her romantic history with B.J. At this point, though, he's part of MK's brood.

Mindy actually has two children, but nobody knows who their dad is -- as she's kept his identity under wraps. With that said, there's been speculation that B.J. himself might, in fact, be the father ... but Mindy has said he's simply her children's godfather ... and nothing more.

Darius McCrary was arrested last month for failure to pay child support ... this according to jail records obtained by TMZ.

The "Family Matters" star -- who is dad to two daughters and one son -- was booked on November 27 on a felony count of failure to pay child support.

According to court docs, he had an outstanding arrearage of $52,788.04 as of March 12, 2019.

McCrary pled not guilty at his arraignment, and the judge set his bond conditions at $13,197.01 and being monitored by a GPS device.

Online records show he still remains behind bars.

This isn't the first time Darius has been accused of failing to pay child support ... he was arrested back in 2015 on a similar charge before coughing up around $5,500 in back support.

Two years later, the struggling actor claimed he only made $500 during the previous year ... rendering him unable to pay child support to help out his then-estranged wife, Tammy Brawner.

"Love & Hip Hop: Miami" cast member Vonshae Taylor-Morales had a rocky year amid a split from her hubby Gunplay ... but a new relationship has her going into 2024 on Cloud 9.

Fans have noticed Vonshae popping out with a mystery man these past few weeks, and the reality star tells TMZ Hip Hop his name is Franck Njonkou Seudio -- a 26-year-old multi-millionaire businessman from Africa, and they've been dating for one month.

Vonshae tells us she had been depressed during the Gunplay fiasco -- the rapper was arrested for DV back in August -- but says she's now in a great state of mind.

She and Franck first met when he DM'ed her a few weeks after Gunplay got arrested, and their first date consisted of going for pizza and a casual walk in Florida.

Things have been clicking so far -- Vonshae tells us Franck owns multiple businesses that sprawl across media, e-commerce, Airbnb properties and cars. Plus, she says Mr. Lover-Lover is also fluent in French and has already expressed his wishes to marry her and adopt her 9-month-old daughter!!!

Vonshae says Franck has no issues with her staying at home, raising her child and spending his money -- he's paid for Vonshae's legal bills and also handled her child's medical bills.

Franck was originally studying to be a pharmacist tech after moving to Miami but figured the business route was the best way to get paid.

In the case of her old relationship, Vonshae admits she'll always love Gunplay, but says he's not the same person she married in August 2022, so she's moved on -- even if he hasn't.

Martin Lawrence made Christmas wishes come true for a group of underprivileged kids in Los Angeles ... bringing presents and taking them for a fun day at the go-kart track.

The actor/comedian played Santa Claus for 125 kids Wednesday, taking them to K1 Speed indoor go-karts in Burbank ... where they were joined by some celebrity guests.

Martin's annual charity event, benefitting underprivileged youth and kids in the foster system, also drew Jo Koy, Kid Cudi, Polo G, rapper Chip Tha Ripper, MC Lyte, King Bach, Affion Crockett, former NFL stud Willie McGinest and comic Benji Brown.

In addition to go-kart racing and getting presents from their Christmas lists, the kids got to play arcade games and they chowed down on Raising Cane's chicken fingers and Randy's Donuts.

TMZ obtained video and photos from the event, and it looks like everyone was in the Christmas spirit.

A student from Marjory Stoneman Douglas High in Florida -- where a mass shooting took place a few years ago -- was met with pure brutality by his own peers ... as seen in this shocking video.

Several clips depicting a recent fight among students at MSDHS are making the rounds online, and in all of them ... you can see one kid getting jumped by multiple other teens who are ganging up on him and pummeling him with blows.

Eventually, you see him get picked up by at least a few students ... who then throw him back on the ground, and he lands awkwardly on his neck and head -- instantly going limp.

Of course, a crowd formed around the chaos ... and most of the students cruelly stood by and watched.

But, some did attempt to check on the boy -- who appeared completely unconscious -- and they rolled him over on his back. You can hear someone ask if he's breathing, but others are more entertained by the fact he was KO'd.

The video is rightly sparking outrage in the community, which already went through utter devastation in 2018 when Nikolas Cruz claimed the lives of 17 people.

There's been speculation this might've taken place on school grounds, in one of the parking lots, but the school principal tells TMZ ... that's not the case.

Michelle Kefford says this took place at a nearby park, and did indeed involve students from Marjory Stoneman Douglas. In a note sent to parents, she adds ... "While this park is not a school or district-operated property, the safety of our students is always our priority, and we are working with law enforcement to help identify those involved."

She continues, "Due to the open investigation, I am not able to provide additional details, but I want to assure you this situation is being taken seriously. Please do remind your students to say something if they see something. As always, thank you for your support."
