Lamar and Khloe Livin' in Sin!
TMZ has learned Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian are not legally married ... and they won't be until a prenup is signed.
We've learned two high-powered family law attorneys are already squaring off, trying to hash out the prenup Odom wants as a condition to marriage. Neal Hersh is doing his bidding, while Lisa Meyer is repping Khloe. We're told the negotiations -- which began last Friday -- are already contentious.
Our sources say the couple will tie the knot -- legally -- once the prenup is inked.

Khloe's Wedding Hair -- $4,500 For Nothin'
So it's Khloe's wedding day and she wants a straightforward 'do -- some curls, a few extensions, a little added volume -- no problem. That will be $4,500 please ... not including tip ... for a wedding that isn't even real.
According to her stylist Roy Arbib at Shampoo in LA, Khloe wanted to "keep it simple" ... so it's only natural that her wedding hair cost more than a used Honda -- or $4,500 to be exact. And that didn't include the $500 tip she left on her way out.
The swanky salon -- usually closed on Sundays -- opened up just for the bride-to-be and her three friends, who were styled for $1,000.
Good thing she kept things simple.

The Starting Lineup for Lamar & Khloe's Wedding
Los Angeles Lakers and reality stars were aplenty at yesterday's nuptials between Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian.

Khloe's Wedding -- Francis In, Brody Out
With his girlfriend suing Joe Francis for $1 million, we were kinda hoping for a showdown between Brody Jenner and the Girls Gone Wild head honcho at Khloe's wedding -- only problem, Brody never showed.
Though he is the bride's step-brother, Jenner was noticeably absent from the rushed nuptials -- and when we got him earlier in the day at LAX, he said he was leaving L.A. for NY.
Joe -- who almost threw the groom a "midget" filled bachelor party -- still went.

Lamar Odom -- You Got to Have Faith
Lamar Odom thinks marriage is about "faith" and "trust" -- so that postnup he's been working on must be him having faith and trust in his lawyers.
We got L.O. walking into his rehearsal dinner in Santa Monica last night where we asked him if he thought it was a good idea to marry someone he's only known for a month. As he put it, "People get divorced after being married for 18 years ... You never know."
Dude has a point -- but still, a month is a tad quick.

Lamar Odom's Kids -- No Shows at Wedding
Lamar Odom's baby mama tells TMZ the two kids she shares with L.O. won't be at his wedding to Khloe Kardashian.
Liza Morales also tells us she did not have a meltdown, contrary to some reports, but admits, "Yes, the circumstances over the last few weeks have been upsetting but none of my actions publicly or from the privacy of my home could be classified as a meltdown. I have maintained a brave face for my children who are my main concern and I remain strong for them."
She went on to say she has "the support of my family and friends and Lamar's family have been nothing but supportive of me and the kids during this difficult time. I wish Lamar nothing but happiness we all deserve to be happy."
Taking the high road -- never a bad thing .... but the kids still ain't going to the wedding.

Lamar Wants Prenup -- But There's a Problem
TMZ has learned -- although Lamar Odom thinks love conquers all -- he decided to hedge his bets with a prenup. But there's a big complication.
Odom has lawyered up and so has Khloe. The problem is ... they have to get married on Sunday and there isn't enough time to hash out the details of a prenuptial agreement.
Why, you ask, isn't there enough time? We've learned they must get married on Sunday because one of the Kardashian reality shows is footing the $1 million bill for the wedding, but the deal is that the wedding must be shot this Sunday.
So we're told Lamar wants a postnup -- meaning the agreement will be hashed out and hopefully signed after Sunday's event.
Now here's the intrigue. There's talk that Sunday's wedding might not be the real deal -- it could be a non-binding ceremony. It's common with a postnup that bride and groom would not officially tie the knot until after they sign the document. What they typically do sign before the ceremony is an acknowledgment that it's not really an official wedding, to prevent misunderstandings down the road.
And speaking of problems ... we're told lawyers for Odom and Kardashian are already arguing and hitting road blocks.
