Justin Bieber caught a few ZZZZZs in the studio last night ... and he did so cuddled all up on Selena Gomez.

This continues the latest reunion of the entity known as Jelena. As TMZ first reported, the two hung out on Monday night at Bootsy Bellows for a friend's birthday ... and Justin recently Instagrammed a photo of them with the caption, "Our love is unconditional."

Our sources say Selena's family is worried about her reconciliation with Bieber and feel it's no coincidence she threw an all-out rager at her house right when she's getting back together with Bieber.

The pic was taken on Shots ... a selfie app.

Selena Gomez had a rager at her house Tuesday night ... and it got so out of hand cops were called.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Selena's Hidden Hills, CA neighbors were so pissed off at the loud noise coming from her house at around 11:30 PM ... they called police. The cops responded and warned Selena and company to turn down the volume or else.

One neighbor tells TMZ ... the noise was so ear-crushing her windows were rattling.

Sources connected with Selena and her family tell us ... the singer has told her kinfolk she's back with Justin Bieber because he's cleaned up his act. But they tell us ... they don't think it's coincidental at all that in the last few days ... she's spent a late, late night at a Hollywood club with Bieber and had an out-of-control party on a Tuesday night.

Selena made it seem like a chill evening, posting the photo below on her Instragram with the caption, "Tacos, live music and candles ☺️ such a beautiful night with beautiful people."

Short story ... Selena's family and close friends don't think Bieber is safe territory.

Selena Gomez is back on the Bieber train ... clutching and grabbing onto him on Monday night after a day of Malibu fun.

Earlier in the day ... Selena was riding bitch with Justin on his Can-Am Spyder 3-wheeler as they cruised along the beach with a group of friends.

You may recall ... Bieber Instagrammed last week, "Our love is unconditional."

Miley Cyrus used her concert stage to wage a very public war against Selena Gomez ... singing her song "FU" while holding a cardboard cutout of the "Spring Breakers" star's face.

Cyrus was performing in Milan on Sunday when she spotted someone in the crowd holding the Gomez cutout. She snatched it up and sung with it for a bit ... before winding up and tossing it away.

It's unclear what Miley's beef with Selena is ... but there was nothing subtle about her message. We do know Miley and Justin Bieber hung out a little bit last summer.

If Orlando Bloom and Selena Gomez were upset when their wife and boyfriend respectively got all snuggly with each other ... they seem to have had the last laugh.

Orlando and Selena were chilling outside of the Chelsea Handler concert Saturday in L.A. ... but when a photog started snapping pics, Bloom quickly bounced.

Selena made the cut official, and public ... by unfollowing Kendall and Kylie on Instagram. She also deleted all her Coachella selfies with the sisters.

The Insta-purge continued ... with Bieber and a bunch of others getting dropped -- and, in fact, she's currently following ZERO people.

We're told Selena is determined to stay on the straight and narrow -- focusing on music and, get this ... going to church almost daily.

Makes ya think ... must've been one helluva party at Coachella.

Even Justin Bieber's hideous hat choices can't keep Selena Gomez away -- the two got up close and personal at Coachella this weekend, despite the fact that Bieber was literally dressed like a newborn baby at the beach.

Wearing sunglasses and a bonnet, Bieber stood beside Gomez during Jhene Aiko's set on Sunday -- and we're told they were hanging together all day. At one point, we're told Selena was sitting on Justin's lap.

It's definitely Justin in the photo too -- earlier in the day, he was wearing the exact same humiliating outfit onstage with Chance the Rapper.

Justin Bieber ordered a little late night delivery to his recording studio last night ... in the form of one Selena Gomez ... and she seemed REAL unsteady.

Bieber was spotted outside the Hit Factory in Miami, when a woman came sauntering up with Selena on her arm. Selena appeared to be holding onto the woman tightly, but once she got to the door, she was operating on her own power. Watch the video ... her eyes are closed as she walks in.

They've been in a recording studio recently, working on a song called "Unfamiliar."

Selena Gomez is the latest victim of the revolving door we call the criminal justice system ... because the man who jumped her fence Friday had JUST been convicted and jailed for breaking into her house this past week.

Che Cruz pled no contest this past Wednesday to Unauthorized Entry of a Dwelling -- Selena's home. He was sentenced to 45 days in L.A. County Jail and ordered to stay clear of Selena and her home for 3 years.

TWO DAYS LATER -- because of jail overcrowding -- he was released. He then made a beeline for Selena's Calabasas estate where he jumped the fence and someone made a 911 burglary call. He was arrested for trespassing.

1:20 P.M. PDT -- Police tell TMZ the suspect has been arrested for trespassing. It's not known if Selena was at home during the incident.

12:44 P.M. PDT -- Law enforcement tells TMZ the suspect has been detained and is currently being questioned about what he was doing at Selena's home.

Cops swarmed around Selena Gomez' Calabasas home Friday morning after someone reported a suspicious person ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

Someone at the scene tells TMZ ... a man jumped a fence onto her property but it appears he was not a burglar ... more like a trespasser.

Selena has had her problems with unwelcome visitors. A guy was convicted in February after trespassing at her old house. He was sentenced to 120 days in jail.

And on March 31st ... another man was arrested on Selena's property while she was home. The guy rang the doorbell and asked the person who opened the door if Selena was home. He had broken into her guest house and was arrested for burglary and trespassing. It's unclear if he's still in custody.

Dr. James Naismith is rolling over in his grave ... because the beloved sport he invented was desecrated in Miami yesterday when Justin Bieber and Austin Mahone put aside their Selena Gomez beef and played pick up basketball ... in LEATHER PANTS!!!

According to our sources, Bieber and Mahone got together at the Hit Factory studio in Miami thanks to YMCMB ballers Birdman and Mack Maine. The two had previously beefed over Selena Gomez ... Bieber was pissed Austin and Selena went to Disneyland together ... Mahone claimed he and Gomez were just friends.

The photos were snapped when the pair took a break from recording to play hoops (and do a little skateboarding) in the parking lot outside the studio.

Selena Gomez is the proud new owner of an anti-Bieber fortress, TMZ has learned.

Real estate sources tell TMZ, the deal closed last week -- Selena threw down roughly $3 million for a 5-bedroom 7,200 sq. ft. Calabasas mansion, located minutes away from the Kardashian empire in Hidden Hills (great for lunch dates with Kendall Jenner).

We're told Selena didn't have many demands while house shopping -- but she refused to budge on one thing ... the home could NOT be in The Oaks ... aka Justin Bieber's old hood.

Selena Gomez is being dragged into Justin Bieber's legal messes -- she was just subpoenaed to testify in one of Bieber's photog-beating lawsuits ... but the upside, Selena's legs LOOKED FANTASTIC.

Sources connected to the case tell TMZ ... the summons is for a deposition in a lawsuit filed by an L.A. pap who claims Bieber karate kicked him in the stomach back in 2012.

The pap says Selena was right there, so they want her under oath, giving a blow-by-blow. But we're told even more important is her pillow talk with Justin -- revealing his bitter feelings and short trigger when it comes to paparazzi.

Selena is becoming a popular witnesses. The photog in the Miami beating case also wants to question her under oath. She wasn't there for the alleged attack, so it's all about pillow talk.

But again ... what it really comes down to is ... she has great legs.

Justin Bieber can run, but he can't hide -- the lawyer who deposed him last week wants to force the singer to answer the Selena Gomez questions he rudely dodged last week ... and then have Bieber punished for acting like a self-entitled jackass.

As we reported, Bieber stormed out of his Miami deposition stemming from his photog-beating lawsuit -- after the pap's attorney tried to ask if he's dating Selena. Bieber cut him off, saying, "Don't ask me about her! Do not ask me about her!" and took off.

The lawyer has now filed court docs, insisting he was entitled to ask Bieber about Selena -- because she was present during another alleged photog attack in 2012 ... and what transpired then is relevant to the current case because it shows Bieber has a pattern of aggression toward photogs.

But really, it appears the lawyer wants to establish Bieber and Selena are close -- in the event Selena tries to discredit the photog's case at a later deposition. If Selena and Justin are dating, Selena could be considered a biased witness ... and therefore not credible.

The lawyer wants a judge to force Bieber to answer his Selena questions.

Selena Gomez allegedly knows all about Justin Bieber's predisposition for violence -- especially violence directed at paparazzi -- and that's why the lawyer for the photog who's suing the singer asked about her.

Attorney Mark DiCowden, who grilled Justin like a cheeseburger last Friday in Miami ... claims in new legal docs he asked Justin about Selena because she had witnessed Justin attacking a photog in May, 2012.

It's pretty clear the lawyer claims the attack is relevant in showing Justin's M.O. ... so he says the questions about Selena were appropriate. As you know, Justin went nuclear, ripped off his mic and walked out of the deposition after Selena was mentioned.

And DiCowden is going after Justin's lawyers as well, asking the judge to revoke their right to rep the singer on grounds they were just being obstructionists.

Now we know why Justin Bieber went nuclear Friday during his deposition when the opposing lawyer asked about Selena Gomez ... he was clearly still hot for her, as evidenced by their pretty steamy dance session later that day.

TMZ broke the story ... Justin met up with Selena in McAllen, Texas Friday at a dance studio where they spent a couple of hours.
