Vinny From 'Jersey Shore' Grilled ... How Many STD's Do You Have?

1-rgi4tpr6

Vinny from "Jersey Shore" was the latest victim of a college prank -- when a student hilariously interrupted a speech he was giving, to ask him a very important question ... specifically how many STD's he got from being on "Jersey Shore?"

Vinny -- who is on a college speaking tour right now to teach others how to overcome anxiety -- was at Niagara County Community College Wednesday ... when he was caught off guard by a prankster planted in the audience.

In the video ... a student uses the very serious Q & A session to ask Vinny a not so serious Q ... mainly, whether or not he contracted any gross diseases from "Shore" -- ya know because of all their sexual shenanigans.

Vinny, in an ironic twist, gets pretty anxious about the whole thing -- and then shoots off some choice words to his new friend.

Enjoy.

Deena from 'Jersey Shore' BANNED from NJ Bar After Drunken Arrest

0-spzjorhq

The restaurant that fueled Deena Cortese with the booze that led to her drunken arrest in June has been hit with a $15k fine for over-serving the "Jersey Shore" star ... PLUS she's been BANNED from the joint for 2 years.

Officials at NJ's Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control announced the deal ... stemming from an investigation into Cortese's "failure to use the sidewalk" arrest on June 10 ... when cops found her dancing in the street like an idiot.

According to the DABC, the Spicy Cantina & Mexican Grille in Seaside Heights must pay a $15,000 fine for serving Cortese after she was already visibly intoxicated.

As part of the deal, Cortese agreed to stay away from the place for the next two years.

State officials say an MTV camera crew was with Deena on that drunken day ... and rolled as the reality star walked on the bar, fell on her ass, and then stood on a table while someone was trying to eat food.

As for the arrest -- Deena pled guilty and was ordered to pay a total of $139 in fines. She apologized for "causing any trouble," and was subsequently let go.

Snooki's Ex-BF Her Baby Hijacked My Crocodile!

Snooki's ex-boyfriend has a reptilian connection to her new baby Lorenzo -- telling TMZ, he's personally responsible for Enzo's favorite stuffed crocodile ... but the TWIST ... he didn't get it for the kid.

Emilio Masella -- who dated Snooki for 8 months back in 2010 -- tells us he won the crocodile for Snooki at a Dave and Busters during their relationship ... and she's pretty much cherished it ever since ... despite changing boyfriends ... and getting pregnant.

Its name is Crocodilly -- and it's made several appearances on "Jersey Shore" as well as Snooki's new spin-off with Jwoww ... even though the guy who gave it to her is long out of the picture.

Most recently, the croc made a dramatic appearance in the People mag spread about Snooki's new bundle of joy (above).

Emilio says it's proof Snooki still has feelings for him -- but c'mon people, it's just a damn toy.

A rep for Snooki had no comment.

'Jersey Shore' Star Some of My Co-Stars Will FAIL in TV

0-yv099kig

Vinny from "Jersey Shore" believes some of his co-stars are destined for failure after the show wraps up later this year ... telling TMZ only the ones with a BRAIN will succeed in TV.

Vinny was hangin' in L.A. last night when we asked how he felt about MTV getting rid of "Shore" after its 6th season.

"They didn't get rid of it ... they just want us to go out on top," Vinny told us ... adding, "Best show in MTV history."

But when we asked if the "Jersey" cast will have better success in their own spin-off shows, Vinny replied, "I don't know about ALL of us ... but I think whoever has imagination and talent will make it."

Unfortunately, Vinny didn't name any names.

Still, Vinny told us the show could be a major launching pad for one of his co-stars ... noting Adam Sandler started on MTV ("Remote Control" anyone?) ... "and then he became a big movie star."

As for Vinny's next project, the reality star wouldn't tell us what's next on his plate ... but insists, "Good things."

The Situation Sues I Charge $30,000 to Appear in Nightclubs

The Situation charges $30,000 A POP to appear in Vegas nightclubs ... so says the "Jersey Shore" star ... who's now suing a promoter for stiffing him to the tune of $60k.

Sitch filed the suit in Miami, claiming he struck a deal with a promotion company last year to make a total of 3 appearances at Vegas nightclubs Chateau and Gallery by June 30th.

According to the lawsuit, the deal was "pay or play" -- meaning Situation was to get paid the full amount ... even if the club decided not to use him all three times.

Situation claims the club only called him in once before the deadline ... and only paid him $30k.

Now, the "Jersey Shore" star is suing the promotion company for the balance -- $60,000 -- insisting it hasn't held up its end of the bargain.

Calls to the promotion company Diversified Entertainment were not returned.

'Jersey Shore' Castoff Thank GOD It's Over!!!

Former "Jersey Shore" cast member Angelina Pivarnick couldn't be happier MTV pulled the plug on the show -- telling TMZ, now that it's finally over ... her life might actually stop sucking.

In case you didn't know, MTV announced the 6th season of "Jersey Shore" will be its last -- and Angelina tells us, it couldn't have happened soon enough.

“The show had a good run but now it’s time to move on and do other things. I’m relieved it's over, but still sad over the way I was portrayed on the show."

She adds, "Now that 'Jersey Shore' is done, hopefully one day down the road I can be looked at better."

Angelina was booted from the cast after season 2 -- and was pretty much a pariah while on the show ... and outside the show too.

As for what she's doing now -- Angelina says she's taking acting classes in New York.

Good luck with that.

Snooki 1ST PHOTO Of Hairy Baby!!!

Son of Snooki was officially unleashed on Planet Earth today ... and TMZ has the very first pics of lil' Lorenzo LaValle and his mommy being carted out of the a New Jersey hospital.

You can't see much of Lorenzo's face ... only the top of his head ... which appears prime for gobs of gel and grease.

Mama Snooks was clutching her little boy with both arms ... holding him tighter than a cup of Ron-Ron Juice at Karma nightclub.

Snooki gave birth on Sunday ... but it appears she's already back to normal ... rocking a pair of platform wedges as she was wheeled back into reality ... TV ... as an MTV camera crew documented the entire thing.

Snooki Gives Birth to Baby Boy

We now live in a world where Snooki is someone's mother.

The "Jersey Shore" store popped out a baby boy at around 3:00 AM Sunday at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ.

A rep for Snooki released a statement, saying, "The world just got another Guido!!! Lorenzo Dominic LaValle has entered the world weighing 6lbs, 5oz. Nicole, Jionni & Enzo are doing great!"

A rep for MTV shared in the excitement, saying, "We couldn't be happier for Nicole and Jionni on the healthy delivery of their baby boy! We look forward to Lorenzo's first trip to the Jersey Shore and can't wait to see his first animal print onesie."

Snooki She's in Labor

6:00 AM PT -- Snooki gave birth early this morning to a baby boy.

Get ready for gym, tan, LABOR!!!!!

Sources close to Snooki tell TMZ the reality star has gone into labor. We're told she is at a hospital in New Jersey now and is expected to deliver her little meatball to the world some time in the near future.

The "Jersey Shore" star announced her pregnancy back in March and also announced that she is engaged to the baby daddy, Jionni LaVelle.

Snooki tweeted just yesterday about her pregnancy, saying, "I am a balloon ready to pop."

Snooki & Jwoww MTV Plies New Neighbors With Lame Goodie Bags

Good news if you're one of Snooki and Jwoww's unlucky new neighbors -- you can now pass the time while the girls shoot their annoying reality show ... by playing BRAIN TEASERS ... courtesy of MTV.

Several people living next to Snooki and Jwoww's new house in Manchester, NJ tell TMZ, reps from 495 productions and MTV made house calls around the neighborhood this week ... dropping off goodie bags as a thank-you for being so patient and understanding during production.

But here's the thing -- the goodie bags kinda suck.

The bags include Starbucks coffee, a mug, candy, a puzzle book (brain teasers), and a card.

Admittedly, the card is handwritten and nice -- but still ... there are only 4 other houses on Snooki and Jwoww's block.

Producers could at least have tossed in a freakin' Applebee's gift certificate.

Snooki & Jwoww New Neighbors Fear 'Jersey Shore' Antics

Jersey refugees Snooki and Jwoww finally have a new home for their reality show -- smack dab in a quiet suburb which neighbors fear is about to become a loud, boozy nightmare ... TMZ has learned.

If you didn't know ... 495 Productions -- the company that produces "Snooki & JWoww" -- had trouble finding a location to film Season Two ... until the small town of Manchester stepped up to the plate.

TMZ spoke to some of S&J's new neighbors who say they had no warning the 3 ring circus was rolling in -- and when they called the town to complain ... they were told the mayor already signed off, so too bad.

They were also told 495 would go door-to-door to address the situation, but several neighbors tell us that hasn't happened ... even though they've already seen crew members setting up equipment.

Calls to 495 have not been returned.

(NOT SO) FUN FACT: Manchester Township is also where the Hindenburg disaster went down in 1937.

Oh, the humanity.

Pauly D 'Jersey' Investment Tip BUY GOLD!!!

0-g4xw845n

Now that "Jersey Shore" star Pauly D's an $11 million man ... he's got some investment advice for every Joe Schmoe looking to make fast cash -- BUY GOLD FOOL ... it's only going up up up.

Pauly was out in NYC Thursday when we asked about his recent placement on the Forbes list for highest-paid DJs -- which said Pauly raked in $11 million in the last year -- and he said, "Crazy, right?"

Very -- but the best part ... when we asked how he'd invest his money ... Pauly said GOLD.

Pretty funny ... considering gold is a terrible investment (if you ask us) ... but hey, it's your money.

We also asked how many cars Pauly has -- check out the video for his answer. (Hint: it's between 5 and 412.)

The Situation Buries the Hatchet with Bitter Ex-Manager

The Situation and his former manager struck a deal outside the courtroom and mutually decided to dismiss a $1,000,000 lawsuit, TMZ has learned.

As TMZ first reported, The Sitch was sued in 2011 by his ex-management company, Gotham NYC Entertainment, after they claimed they were wrongfully fired by the "Jersey Shore" star. The company alleged they took Sitch from "relative obscurity to become an international celebrity" and were seeking a million dollars in damages.

Sitch wasn't having any of it and filed his own countersuit ... claiming Gotham NYC did squat for him as his manager, failed to properly advise his career, and never returned his phone calls in a timely manner.

Now that's all behind them ... according to court docs, the two parties came to an agreement last month and dismissed both suits. They even agreed to pay their own legal fees.

If only ALL of Sitch's lawsuits were that easy.

Pauly D I MADE $11 MILLION In the Past 12 Months

You probably think Pauly D is just a stupid guy on a stupid reality show with a stupid haircut ... but over the last 12 months, he's made $11 million. Who's the stupid one now?

Pauly ranked 7th on a list of the highest-paid DJs put out by Forbes magazine. He's just $500k behind his adversary DeadMau5. The top guy on the list, Tiësto, made a whopping $22 million.

Pauly also has his own clothing line, a spin-off reality show, his own tanning lotion, his own line of cocktails, and a set of headphones with 50 Cent.

Gym, tan, genius.

'Jersey Shore' Star Strikes Plea Deal In Horse Tranq Case

"Jersey Shore" star The Unit just caught a hell of a break in his drug case -- TMZ has learned, he struck a sweet deal with prosecutors to keep his ass out of jail.

Mr. Unit -- real name John Manfre -- was arrested last summer outside the "Jersey Shore" house for felony drug possession, when cops say they found Special K on his person ... the street name for Ketamine ... a drug often used as a horse tranquilizer.

But today, Manfre got off with a slap on the wrist -- agreeing to plead guilty to a "disorderly persons offense" if prosecutors dropped the drug charge, which they did.

Manfre was ordered to pay $125 in fine ... that's it.

He tells us, "I feel blessed to have such a fortunate outcome and thank my attorney, Ray Raya, for his great work."

The Situation Sued for Hiding Rx Drug Addiction

The Situation was supposed to be the face of some anti-fat cream, but instead he ended up in rehab and never did a thing ... so says the company who hired him ... and now they want their $$$ back, this according to a new lawsuit.

A company in FL called Performance Brands claims they signed a deal with the "Jersey Shore" star back in September 2011 to endorse their fat metabolizing cream ... a job Sitch is perfect for thanks to his six-pack.

According to legal docs, PB claims they paid Sitch and his people a $75,000 advance. His job was to provide promotional material, give shout-outs on social media and make personal appearances ... which PB claims NEVER happened.

Not only that, PB says right after they sent the $$$ ... Sitch checked into rehab for a prescription drug addiction ... which they claim his PR team lied to them about, before later copping to the truth.

They say his failure to disclose his drug addiction is a breach of contract and they want all their money back.

Sitch fired back at the company with his own counter-suit -- claiming PB failed to give him a marketing plan on-time, advertise in national magazines, or give him free product. PB denies all these claims.

A judge has yet to rule.
