Brandon Casey doesn't want to dignify the allegations of harassment Mathew Knowles directed at his R&B group with a response ... other than to say those involved already know the truth.

If you don't know ... Beyonce's dad claimed recently that Bey and Kelly Rowland were "constantly being harassed" by members of Jagged Edge back when they were touring together in the late '90s, though it was initially misreported as sexual harassment.

Mathew said the harassment caused a rift in Destiny's Child that led to the original members, LeToya Luckett and LaTavia Roberson, leaving the group.

So, we asked Brandon about Knowles' accusations as he was leaving Zari in Atlanta Wednesday night ... he tells us he has too much respect for Beyonce, Kelly and all the other women involved to dish out dirt on Mathew.

He adds that the truth speaks for itself, and makes it clear he thinks any talk of harassment or sexual misconduct -- which again, was never alleged by Knowles in the first place -- is ludicrous.

Now ... where the party at?

Jagged Edge Singer Arrested Allegedly Shoved Engagement Ring Down Fiancée's Throat

Jagged Edge singer Kyle Norman probably won't be meeting his fiancée at the altar, because he's been accused of beating her ... and attempting to make her swallow her own engagement ring.

The singer was arrested early Thursday morning in Atlanta after officers responded to a fight call between the couple ... and found her with a golf ball-sized welt on her head.

According to cops, the woman claims Norman threatened to kill her ... then he allegedly began punching and choking her with a scarf -- and then tried to force the ring down her throat.

We're told Norman went peacefully when cops arrived. He claimed the whole fight started because he was upset about his dad having cancer. She says they were arguing about drinking.

Norman was charged with aggravated assault, and is still behind bars.

Jagged Edge Tossed Out of Nightclub Party For Jermaine Dupri [UPDATE]

Jagged Edge got bounced from Jermaine Dupri's birthday bash at a swanky Atlanta club ... because the guys refused to ditch their ball caps at the door.

Gold Room host Kenny Burns tells TMZ ... the R&B group showed up under-dressed -- hoodies and caps -- for the exclusive event. Owner Alex Gidewon tried to compromise -- since it was Jermaine's party ... agreeing to let the guys in IF they lost the hats.

We're told when Jagged Edge refused, they got the boot -- which pissed off Jermaine BIG time ... and the guys started cussing out security. Eventually they all got the heave ho.

JD tells us he and his crew, including Jagged Edge, were in the club for 35 minutes -- without any problems -- before management ever complained. He feels the club was very disrespectful.

The club seems willing to forgive and forget with Jermaine ... but we're told Jagged Edge has been banned from the Gold Room.

Jagged Edge We Didn't Ruin That Wedding!

A Jagged Edge fan claims his favorite band stood him up at the altar last month ... when they failed to perform at his wedding -- but the group says he's simply pointing the finger at the wrong guys.

The groom at the center of the controversy is Victor Diaz ... who claims he wanted to surprise his fiancee by getting JE to perform their famous "Let's Get Married" song at their wedding on November 19. Diaz claims he reached an agreement with the band's reps ... and shelled out $10k for the deposit and other costs -- but the band never showed up.

But ... the band says they were never aware of the gig -- telling TMZ Diaz must have been dealing with someone who falsely posed as a representative of the band.

Diaz isn't buyin' it ... and believes the band decided to flake on the wedding when they got an offer for a higher paying gig on the same weekend.

Diaz says he's preparing to sue Jagged Edge, the record label and JE's management company -- telling TMZ, "They humiliated me and cost my wife her dream."

A rep for Jagged Edge tells us, "They are very heartbroken and sad that [Victor's] wedding got destroyed due someone using our name without permission."

The rep adds, "As far as court goes ... if the guy does decide to sue, good luck, because we didn’t agree to anything and he will see he had a forgery contract."
