Steve-O Worried New Oregon Drug Law Will Make Minors Addicts
-

Steve-O thinks Oregon's new law legalizing drugs is going to create enormous problems, because he thinks it opens the door for young people to become addicts.
The "Jackass" star tells TMZ ... anyone looking to do cocaine, meth or any other hard drug will find a way to scratch that itch whether there's a law against it or not. But, with Oregon recently voting to decriminalize possession of small amounts of cocaine, heroin, oxycodone and meth ... Steve-O thinks it may send the wrong message.
Steve-O -- who's been sober for over a decade -- thought it was a joke when he heard about the new law. That said ... he worries the new law may make it seem like it's OK for kids to try cocaine and meth.
Steve-O understands the court system can't handle every single case involving small amounts of drugs. He thinks we've got to place close attention to Oregon ... to see if drug use subsides or rises.

Steve-O's up to his old tricks, and though his latest stunt isn't his gnarliest ... it's pretty damn funny.
The 'Jackass' star attached himself to a Hollywood billboard Thursday morning with the help of a bunch of black tape, in what he believed was a super safe publicity stunt rigged by professionals.
As you can see ... Steve-O was covered from his chest to his knees in the duct tape, leaving his arms free to take a selfie for social media -- after all, the whole point of this was to promote his new special.
We got him while he was plastered up there, and he told us he was wearing a diaper underneath. He also confessed he wasn't sure his stunt was legal ... but said he rented the billboard, and just wanted to make people laugh.
The prankster claimed there was zero chance he'd fall while pumping up his upcoming special ... it's called "Gnarly," btw, and we have no doubt the title fits.
Steve-O hoped to not use up any city resources getting him down, but despite his wishes ... the L.A. Fire Dept. showed up rather quickly to get him down safely.
The LAFD had to partly block traffic to bring in a crane and remove the jackass. Steve-O was not arrested, and law enforcement tells us he won't face any criminal repercussions from his stunt ... because he paid for the billboard.

There's much more in the clip ... Steve-O can REALLY skate -- and Jon even tried his hand at going up and down a ramp a few times, too!!!
By the way, Steve-O tells us he was scared out of his mind to let Jon on the board, saying, "a wave of panic swept over me for the possibility that I might be responsible for the career-ending injury of the greatest mixed martial artist of all time."
But -- both dudes ended the sesh OK ... and Steve-O added, "so glad we got away with it!"
Us too!!!

Steve-O likes jamming ... needles through his hand ... and he hopes you like jamming too.
Check out this insane video that definitely ain't for the faint of heart ... Steve-O takes a super long, but also thin, needle and sticks it all the way through his left hand!!!
The stunt looks extremely painful, but as Steve-O puts it ... the needle's actually working wonders for his paw. Watch the video, he explains why -- think acupuncture on steroids, but without actual 'roids.
BTW ... the dude showing Steve-O the ropes is magician Chris Oberle. He's been doing magic for 15 years, performing for some huge celebs like Jason Statham, Nate Diaz, Steve Aoki and Ryan Cabrera.
This is NOT a magic trick though ... it's all too real.
Of course, America's favorite jackass is no stranger to painful stunts ... the last time we saw him inflicting pain on his own body, Steve-O was taking a golf club to the face courtesy of Chuck Liddell.
No needle can stop Steve-O now.

Bam Margera Avoids Jail Time for Trespassing ... But Probation Extended
-
Breaking News

Bam Margera won't be sentenced to a single day in jail for his hotel trespassing case ... if he successfully completes drug treatment, but he's not getting off scot-free.
The troubled "Jackass" star cut a deal with L.A. prosecutors ... allowing him to dodge time behind bars. Bam pled no contest to 1-count of trespassing for his August arrest ... when he refused to leave the Luxe Hotel.
However, there are a couple of conditions to the deal. The judge sentenced Margera to a 90-day controlled substance treatment program, and he's been ordered to stay away from the hotel during his probation period.
As for that probation ... the judge ruled Bam's trespassing arrest violated his probation from his DUI case last year, and as a result, hit the reset button. That means he's staring down a fresh 3 years of probation.
The relatively good news for Bam comes as he's already been getting treatment in rehab ... following a relapse after Dr. Phil urged him to check in the first time.

Bam Margera is putting himself back on the road to recovery -- on the heels of leaving rehab yet again, and ending up in a bar ... we've learned he's about to give rehab another shot.
Sources close to Bam tell TMZ ... he's voluntarily entering a new rehab facility on Thursday, knowing full well he needs help. We're told he intends to try to stay sober.
He was at a Los Angeles bar Wednesday night sipping on an ice cold mug of beer. He had just recently bailed on a treatment facility -- the second time he's done so this month.
So now, he's making attempt number 3, and we're told Bam's big stumbling block in treatment has been wanting his cell phone with him at all times, so he can communicate with his son. The last facility took his phone, which he didn't take well.
Our sources say Bam's checking into a different facility this time, and he's hoping they'll let him keep his phone.
TMZ broke the story ... Bam had an intense session with Dr. Phil a little over 2 weeks ago when he was urged to complete a 60 to 90-day treatment program. He entered, but left after a few days.
That's when he got arrested last week following some bizarre behavior at a L.A.'s Luxe Hotel. Hours after his arrest, he was admitted back to rehab -- but it didn't stick.
As he takes a third swing at treatment, we're told he still has Dr. Phil's full support.

Bam Margera was readmitted into a rehab facility just hours after his bizarre arrest at an L.A. hotel -- TMZ has learned -- and this time around he'll have to follow some serious guidelines.
Sources close to Bam tell us ... immediately after he was released from police custody, he was readmitted to rehab. The facility is demanding a commitment from him, along with various rules he must follow during his treatment. We're told he's agreed to all conditions.
Bam was first admitted to rehab last week after he publicly reached out to Dr. Phil and begged for help. The two did a sit-down interview and he was supposed to enter a 60-90 day program ... but he lasted less than a week.
TMZ broke the story ... Bam was arrested in L.A. early Wednesday morning at a Sunset Strip hotel. Cops say they were called to the hotel after Bam got into it with other hotel guests, and refused to leave the property.
This video shows the craziness surrounding the arrest. You hear an officer telling Bam, "This is not a f**king reality TV show. I know you're fresh out of rehab, so let's get your s**t together." Bam had been spinning a weird tale for bar patrons -- that he'd been hired by one of their wives to catch someone at the bar cheating on her.
We've spoken to family sources who tell us they're worried sick over Bam's health and safety ... telling us they believe he's off his bipolar meds, which is exacerbating his bizarre behavior.
Dr. Phil told us hours before Bam was readmitted to rehab, "I hope he can resume treatment. My attitude is NEVER surrender to the disease. It is a tug of war and you just can't ever drop your end of the rope."

Bam Margera Video Shows Bizarre Arrest After Bailing on Rehab

12:10 PM PT -- Bam was just released from jail.
Bam Margera is behind bars after getting into it with patrons in the bar of a Hollywood hotel, and this video of his arrest is bizarre and, frankly, kinda sad ... when you consider he's supposed to be in rehab right now.
Bam was booked at 2:30 AM Wednesday by LAPD. Cops tell us they were called to the Luxe Hotel on Sunset after a hotel staffer placed him under citizen's arrest. Bam refused to leave the premises after talking trash to hotel patrons.
TMZ obtained this video of Bam plopped down in the middle of the lobby in a standoff with the fist officer on the scene. She tried to convince him to get up and go peacefully -- warning that she had a lot of backup on the way -- but Bam remained seated.
The officer told Bam, "This is not a f**king reality TV show. I know you're fresh out of rehab, so let's get your s**t together." Bam had been spinning a weird story with a couple of customers in the bar -- that he'd been hired by one of their wives to catch him cheating ... and he stuck to that even once cops arrived.
He was eventually arrested for trespassing and is currently being held on $1,000 bail.
The bust comes on the heels of Bam telling Dr. Phil he would go to rehab. TMZ broke the story ... Bam agreed to get treatment last week after an intense session with Dr. Phil, where Bam's wife, Nikki, and his mother confronted him about his substance abuse.
We're told Bam did check into a treatment facility, but bailed within days. On Tuesday, he posted a video of himself getting Dr. Phil's name tatted on his neck, and thanked him for trying to get him help.
Bam is still behind bars right now and his bail has been set at $1,000.

Bam Margera's mother is counting on the mini-intervention they held with Dr. Phil to pull her son out of his substance abuse tailspin ... because her family's patience is wearing thin.
April Margera tells TMZ ... Bam's loved ones are at the "end of our rope" with his substance abuse and mental health issues. She says the family is offering its full support, but they've been down this road before, and they know it's no sure thing Bam sticks with rehab, or remains on the right path once he gets out.
As we first reported ... Bam is on his way to a rehab facility after Monday's 3-hour session with Dr. Phil, and the "Jackass" star is starting a 60-90 day stay in treatment. April and Bam's wife, Nikki, both participated in the segment.
As for why April and the rest of Bam's family are running out of patience -- he's been to rehab several times before. His most recent stint was in January and Bam bailed on that after a few days, but his mom says there's reason for hope: an example set by one of Bam's close friends.
She adds ... her son's social media rant over the weekend was "embarrassing" and he's been lashing out at those closest to him.
April feels Bam is his own worst enemy, but she's cautiously optimistic Dr. Phil can be the one to finally got through to her son.

Bam Margera Celeb Boxing Judge For Bagel Boss Guy's Fight

When the angry little Bagel Boss guy makes his boxing debut in Atlantic City, there will be another jackass in the ring with him -- Bam Margera.
The "Viva La Bam" star is making a return to the public eye after a rough few months and another trip to rehab, by signing on to be the celebrity ref for Chris Morgan's fight -- against another viral star TBD -- at the Showboat Hotel on September 7.
Bam inked the deal with fighting promoter Damon Feldman. Of course, both sides agreed to it BEFORE Margera went off the rails this weekend and berated a Southwest Airlines employee and got booted from a flight.
The next morning, Bam posted a series of videos on social media pleading for Dr. Phil to help him out because his "family is in shambles," and claiming his troubles are worse than ever. No word how all of this might affect the reffing gig.
Regardless, Morgan signed on for the event last month shortly after his bagel shop antics caught the attention of the entire internet ... for better or worse. Okay, probably worse.
Despite his recent drama, Margera's not God, nor is he Morgan's father or his boss ... so he should work out just fine as the referee of his match. (If you don't get that ... watch the vid ... it's worth it.)
It's unclear what Bam's getting paid to get in the ring and watch viral stars of new and old -- like Antoine Dodson, who's also on the fight card -- slug it out, but we're told Bagel Boss guy stands to make anywhere from 5 to 6 figures ... depending on ticket sales and online streams.
Fun fact -- Bam's father, Phil, has actually fought in Damon's boxing events in the past ... so the family has a history with his company.
BTW ... Morgan's been training with UFC fighters for the upcoming event. What do you think ... will Bam be raising his hand at the end of the fight in victory?

Bam says he's disowned his mom -- more on that later -- and that he can't stand his wife, Nikki, with whom he shares an 18-month son, Phoenix. He also says that if he separates with her, he believes she'll use custody of their son as a pawn in court.
He says he won't play that game, adding that she can have him. He also says that when folks say Bam is going "crazy" ... they might be right.

Bam then pivots to his mother, April, saying she's always negative and quick to cut people off in conversation to get her point across. He sees that as a flaw that he seems to think Phil can resolve.
He also says he almost "died" the other day, and that when April was told ... she allegedly acted with zero emotion, which bothers Bam. Bam ends his video rant with an apparent message for his mother -- to consolidate his funds with a new account he opened ... or else.
As we've reported ... Bam's been dealing with lots of issues lately, including addiction and rehab stints. Just this weekend, he flew off the handle on an airport employee ... which prevented him from getting on the plane. He was later escorted away by a cop, but wasn't arrested.
If anyone can help, it's Phil. Ball's in your court, doc.
