Un agente de policía de California fue grabado cometiendo presunta brutalidad policial, golpeando a una adolescente y casi dejándola inconsciente.
Las perturbadoras imágenes de la terrible experiencia fueron publicadas en Instagram el viernes por la noche después de que la policía de Victorville fuera llamada para detener una pelea en Victor Valley High School a primera hora de la tarde.
El video comienza justo después de que el agente ha levantado a la chica de 16 años en el aire y luego se le ve tirandola al suelo como una muñeca de trapo. Su cuerpo queda inerte.
La gente se apresura a ayudarla, incluido el fotógrafo. La chica parece completamente fuera de sí y apenas consciente.
Un representante de Victorville PD nos informó que los agentes trataron de dispersar al grupo disparando bolas de pimienta pero no funcionó.
La multitud entonces se avalanzó contra los agentes y la chica trató de apoderarse del lanzador de bolas de pimienta.

El fiscal del distrito está estudiando el caso para determinar si procede presentar cargos contra el chico y la chica.

Alleged Police Brutality CA Deputy Body Slams Teenage Girl ... Caught On Video
A California deputy was recorded committing alleged police brutality, body-slamming a teenage girl and nearly knocking her unconscious.
Disturbing footage of the terrifying ordeal was posted on Instagram late Friday night after Victorville PD deputies were called to squash a fight at Victor Valley High School earlier in the evening.
The video opens just after the deputy has hoisted the 16-year-old girl into the air, and then you see him aggressively throw her to the ground. Like a rag doll, her body goes limp.
People rush over to help her, including the photog ... the girl seems completely out of it and barely conscious.
A rep for Victorville PD tells TMZ ... deputies tried to disperse the rowdy group by firing pepper balls at them, but it didn't work.
The crowd then converged on the deputies as the girl tried to seize the pepper ball launcher.
That's when "the deputy pulled the female away causing her to land on the ground," according to police. Yet, the video clearly contradicts the PD's statement.
The teen was taken to a local hospital for treatment, but the extent of her injuries and her condition were not disclosed.
Cops said they arrested a 16-year-old boy for punching a deputy in the face and later booked him into a juvenile hall due to his age.
The D.A. is currently reviewing the matter to determine if charges are warranted against the boy -- and the girl.
Police brass would not comment on whether they're investigating the actions of the heavy-handed deputy, or if he would face any discipline.

A woman appeared to be knocked unconscious after somebody threw a loose tire at her during an absolutely crazy fight between cops and citizens in Wales ... and it's on video.
This clip is pretty tough to watch considering the brutality shown. It depicts a decent-sized crowd of people straight up battling with a handful of police officers in the streets of Wrexham -- specifically, in the village of Rhosllanerchrugog.
You see cops trying to wrestle a man down in a residential neighborhood -- with a bunch of people (presumably neighbors) watching ... including tons of kids. Some of the adult bystanders actually appear to get in the mix. Safe to say, it's complete violent chaos.
Eventually, it looks like the police are actually surrounded by hostile citizens and they bust out their batons -- telling them to get back, threatening to swing on them. One officer even deploys his pepper spray as the other cops continue dealing with someone on the ground.
That's when a large bicycle tire gets hurled out of nowhere by someone out in the crowd. It appears to have been intended for one of the cops -- but it hits an innocent lady who's just standing there. She goes down immediately, losing all control of her body ... hitting the ground hard. People are freaking out, and another woman carrying a baby checks on her.
The clip cuts out after that -- so it's unclear what happens after. North Wales Police have since addressed this incident, which occurred Thursday. They say officers were deployed to respond to reports of public disorder, but they don't say what that was exactly.
They say 5 people were arrested as a result of this ... and that some of the officers sustained injuries. They also say a woman was hospitalized, but her condition is unknown.

San Francisco 49ers Fans Brawl At Giants Game ... Man Pulls Woman's Hair
The 49ers didn't have many issues on the field on Thursday night, but their fans in the stands sure as hell did ... getting so mad at each other, they brawled right in their seats!!
The fracas happened at some point during San Francisco's blowout win over the Giants at Levi's Stadium ... when about half a dozen Niner supporters decided to beat the hell out of each other.
It's unclear what started it all -- but both women and men were involved.
You can see in video from the scene, as two ladies decked out in SF gear took swipes at each other ... a man wearing a Richard Sherman jersey grabbed one of the combatants by her hair and threw her several feet down some stairs.
The fight, though, continued ... and when another man jumped into the action, the guy in the Sherman jersey started throwing punches.
Meanwhile, another 49er fan hopped into the fray to land some kicks as well.
No word on how it was all separated ... or if any police were involved. But, if they were ultimately kicked out of the venue for scrapping, they sure missed a great performance from their team -- 'cause the Niners rolled over NY, 30-12.

As the ball cleared the wall, a Braves fan holding his child in one arm decided to make an attempt at pulling the souvenir in. And, as it turns out, the guy had some great hands ... 'cause he caught it -- without even remotely bothering his kid!!
Then, he showed off his arm too ... chucking the ball back onto the field in support of his hometown team.

It was widely believed that Morgan was told to deboard the plane, with the quick clip only showing her call fellow passengers "f***ing bums" ... but she's certainly calling that part total BS.
As we reported, Morgan got an offer from adult streaming site CamSoda to put on a show through their platform after her video took off ... and the company was offering her $25k for just an hour of her time.
FYI, Morgan says her account was deactivated for breaking community guidelines, but she isn't sure exactly what she did to cause it to be banned. Looks like she'll have to find a different app to name-drop on her next flight.

Band Director Tasered by Cops ... Refused to Stop Show!!!
An Alabama high school band director was in for a shock after refusing to stop a musical performance that cops asked him to stop -- and we mean he literally got a shock!
Johnny Mims was arrested Thursday in Birmingham for disorderly conduct and a slew of other charges, after police say he disobeyed their orders to tell his band kids to stop playing after a football game had ended, as the school was trying to clear the place out.
New body cam footage was released showing last week's confrontation, and it's pretty wild. The guy basically tells cops to piss off, refusing to halt things ... and then getting Tasered.
It's unclear why Mims didn't wanna comply, but what is clear is that he was dead-set on doing this last song with the band in the stands -- even though the game was long over. Supposedly, this follows in some sort of "5th quarter" tradition, but, on its face, it's bizarre.
Anyway, things escalated quickly. The first officer who responds tells Mims it's time to go and that he's gotta wrap it up ... but Mims tells him to get out of his face, continuing to conduct even though the cop was standing right in front of him. The band kids kept playing loudly too.
Eventually, more officers arrived, and they attempted to restrain/cuff Mims, which led to a clear struggle between the cops. Other folks appear to have gotten in the mix as well.
At a point, one cop threatens to tase Mims if he doesn't settle down ... and then the electricity starts flowing. He looks to have been zapped at least 3 times.
Now, in the aftermath, Mims claims excessive force was used on him. Birmingham PD says there's an internal investigation over this ... but no word on officers being reprimanded yet.

Chicago has been plagued by carjacking crimes in recent years ... and now video has emerged showing just how harrowing the experience can be for a victim.
Surveillance footage, obtained by the Daily Mail, captures the moment a man sitting in a parked car is targeted by gun-wielding assailants who arrive in two other vehicles and block him in at an intersection on September 2.

You can't hear what's being said, but it's a good guess the suspects are ordering the man to get the f*** out of the car so they can steal it.
And eventually, that's what happens. The bad guys drive away in their cars, as well as the one they just jacked from the driver, leaving him face down in the middle of the street.
Luckily, the man wasn't hit by a passing automobile. He got up and ran away but did not report the terrifying ordeal to Chicago PD.
Carjackings have been a constant problem in the Windy City, skyrocketing at the start of the pandemic. CPD created a task force to address the issue, and the number of carjackings have gone down recently. Yet, with scenes like this one, it shows there's a lot more work to be done.

Fatal Vegas Hit-And-Run Cops Arrest Passenger ... Who Filmed & Laughed During Attack

The passenger who was filming and cackling while his buddy struck and killed a man riding his bike has been arrested.
The unnamed suspect was taken into custody Tuesday in Clark County -- this according to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, which says they have their man. His identity has yet to be revealed ... he's also a minor -- just like his alleged accomplice.
The DAs said on Tuesday the 2 males are expected to be tried as adults, however. It was also revealed a student at a local school showed the shocking video to an officer on campus, which was how the department first learned of it.
Andreas Probst's daughter, Taylor, spoke about the loss of her father at the press conference ... saying her family is "devastated by the senseless murder" that took place last month, saying the death is a direct result of "society's decayed family values" and the effects of social media.
Remember, these two are who cops say is featured in a now notorious video that circulated online ... graphically depicting the murder of 64-year-old Probst, who was simply riding his bicycle down the street when the two guys in the stolen car opted to hit him.
You can hear them talking about it right before they hit the accelerator -- the guy driving asks his passenger if he should go for it ... and the passenger encourages him to do it.
Probst went flying into the air and was left for dead on the road. The two teenagers in the car can be heard laughing it up as they drive away.
Mind you ... right before they ran over Probst, the two had gotten into a separate road rage incident -- where they slammed into another car -- literally just moments beforehand.
However, authorities now say there was a third incident that went down roughly 30 minutes before all of this ... where the 2 teens hit another person on a bike, claiming the passenger was the one behind the wheel this time.
They say the other cyclist and the alleged road rage victim suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
The video has drawn widespread outrage and condemnation ... and Vegas PD has since publicly pleaded for help in ID'ing the other dude. Now, police say they have them both.
It remains to be seen if the passenger will face similar charges as the driver -- who's being prosecuted for hit-and-run as well as murder.

No se sabe si Morgan ha visto la oferta todavía. Tampoco ha respondido.

No word on whether Morgan's seen the offer yet -- she hasn't responded.
Getting booted from commercial flights seems to pay these days ... whether it be financially or just fleeting fame. Still, we wouldn't recommend it, you're more likely to end up dealing with the FBI.
