Kid Cudi was clearly in a much better mood than Kanye West Thursday night as he officially ended their beef in Las Vegas -- a total shocker to many after Cudi vowed to forever cut all ties with him just last year!!!

The “Kids See Ghosts” duo were spotted hugging, and briefly speaking during Kanye’s Vegas rave for his “Vultures" album.

Kanye and Cudi feuded through all of 2022 -- Ye was upset Cudi chose to keep his friendship with Pete Davidson as he dated Kim Kardashian ... which forced Cudi to label him a dinosaur in the music industry, and swear to never work with him again.

You can see Cudi was far more inviting than Kanye, who pulled away after a few moments Thursday night. It's unclear if the reunion happened before or after Ye went on a wacky rant in which he lumped himself in with Jesus Christ AND Hitler!

Everyone else seemed to be having a good time and enjoying the music ... Cher's boyfriend Alexander “AE” Edwards and several women can also be spotted catching a vibe to the new music ... before the festivities got shut down by cops.

Justin Timberlake seemed to address the controversy around him in Britney Spears' recent memoir during his Sin City performance -- using just two words to make his cryptic point.

As you know, JT hit the stage to perform in a theater at the grand opening of the posh Fontainebleau Las Vegas Wednesday night -- but, as he teed up his hit, "Cry Me A River," he suddenly made his very brief comment.

Check out this new footage ... Before launching into the song, JT turned to the packed crowd and said, "No disrespect," apparently referring to Britney, who slammed the track for its link to their shattered relationship in her book, "The Woman In Me," published in October.

JT created the tune after his 2002 breakup with Brit, alluding to infidelity in the lyrics and, in an accompanying video, he shared the spotlight with a woman who looks a bit like Brit.

In her memoir, Brit revealed several of the secrets they kept as a couple for years, shocking the world with her claim that Justin got her pregnant and they agreed to get an abortion.

Brit wrote that they didn't want the news to leak to the media, so they opted for an at-home abortion -- which BS described as an excruciatingly painful procedure.

She also said infidelity was a 2-way street in their relationship.

A law enforcement source tells TMZ LVMPD officers first responded to a warehouse in the Vegas desert at 11:21 PM Thursday after getting info a promoter was organizing a music event. At first, they were assisting with crowd control and dispersal.

However, we're told the promoter wasn't able to produce any licensing for the event ... and was cited by Clark County investigators, who eventually shut things down only a few songs in.

News of the shutdown first surfaced when social media personality YesJulz revealed on X, "Cops shut us down. We are putting another stream up in 20 minutes."

Quavo, Rich The Kid, Playboi Carti, Lil Durk and more were in attendance at the rave -- where the admission tickets sold for $2,000. At one point, Kanye performed with his 10-year-old daughter North West.

Everything surrounding the album has drawn incredible controversy so far ... with the "I just f***ed a Jewish bitch" lyrics from the lead single "Vultures" ... and Ye performing at a listening party earlier this week in KKK-inspired black garb.

Justin shared a pic after his big appearance at Fontainebleau's big event, strolling down a hotel hallway with his wife, Jessica Biel. Thing is ... something looked off.

Social media sleuths noticed the hallway isn't part of the Fontainebleau ... it's the Wynn! So dude got a reported $6.1 million from the Fontainebleau and chose to put his head on a Wynn pillow.

The folks over at Wynn found JT's post irresistible ... re-posting the pic on the hotel's IG with the caption, "where everyone ends up."

We checked with Fontainebleau and although rooms Wednesday night were not available to the public, they were available to the celebs, including Justin, who attended the grand opening.

The feud between Fontainebleau and Wynn has been brewing for a while. Wynn had accused Fontainebleau of poaching its employees, so this was payback.

Eva Longoria, Tyga, Ivanka Trump, Tommy Hilfiger, Keith Urban, Alice Cooper, "Foodgod" Jonathan Cheban and music icon Paul Anka were just a few more of the big names pullin' up for the grand opening of Jeff Soffer's resort.

Paul and Keith also performed for the crowd Wednesday night ... as did Justin Timberlake, who performed in the resort's theatre and was later spotted inside David Grutman's LIV Nightclub, which also celebrated its grand opening.

In the clip, he's seen performing with a band and backup singer ... and later taking to the piano -- basically pulling out all the stops for the evening, for which he was paid a hefty $6.1 million ... according to The Sun, anyway.

JT's return to the stage may be an attempt to distance himself from ex Britney Spears' sensationalized claims in her memoir "The Woman In Me" ... saying she had an abortion while they were together, which she said he pushed for at the time.

She also alleged he'd cheated during their relationship, and put on a "blaccent" for Ginuwine ... among lots of other claims.

JT was supported at the event by his wife, Jessica Biel ... who looked incredible in a plunging white flowing gown as they arrived arm-in-arm. They later topped off their evening with an appearance at the resort's LIV nightclub.

The new 150,000-square-foot Sin City resort/casino ... owned by Jeff Soffer ... which boasts a new era of luxury hospitality, clearly went above and beyond ... with even icon Paul Anka taking to the stage and bellying up to a celeb-packed craps table.

Honestly, this is what you call high-rolling -- JT, Tom Brady, Cher and Tyga all crowded around to watch the dice. Sylvester Stallone and Kim Kardashian also popped up at the event -- and, imagine this ... Kim made a low-key entrance!

The Super Bowl is going going, back back, to Cali Cali -- the NFL announced Thursday the Big Game will be held in Los Angeles in 2027 ... after a unanimous owners' vote.

This will be the second time SoFi Stadium hosts the NFL's title game in a five-year span ... and the ninth Super Bowl overall for the city.

Most recently, Super Bowl LVI was held at SoFi when the hometown Rams defeated the Cincinnati Bengals.

"We are very excited to bring the Super Bowl back to Los Angeles for the second time in five years," NFL commish Roger Goodell said in a statement. "The city did an outstanding job hosting Super Bowl 56 in the incredible SoFi Stadium and we believe that Super Bowl 61 will be even more memorable."

"The Los Angeles Rams, the Los Angeles Host Committee and many other outstanding partners will help create an unforgettable week of events culminating in Super Bowl Sunday in 2027 that will celebrate the region as an epicenter of sports, entertainment and culture."

Super Bowl LXI (gotta brush up on your Roman numerals) will follow LX ... which is going down at Levi's Stadium in 2026.

Of course, Las Vegas is hosting this season ... with New Orleans following in 2025.

Jodeci, the R&B group that racked up hits and crazy headlines equally over the years, is reuniting in a major way next year ... with a Las Vegas residency!!!

All 4 original members -- K-Ci, Jojo, Devante Swing and Mr. Dalvin -- will be at House of Blues Las Vegas at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in 2024 throughout March and July.

The Show, The After Party, The Vegas Residency is modeled after the group's classic third album ... so, expect a lot of "Freek'n" in Sin City!!!

As a quartet, Jodeci sold millions of records and brothers K-Ci and Jojo sold millions more as a duet ... which means the show could be like a one-band "Verzuz" on stage.

They've also been keeping their chops sharp performing with fellow R&B royalty SWV, Dru Hill, Charlie Wilson and New Edition in the past year.

Nick Cannon and Zeus Network are getting put on blast for a competition that pitted "dark skin" and "light skin" women against each other.

Here's the deal, Zeus and Nick collaborated on a live show Thursday night called "Bad vs. Wild Las Vegas" -- pinning "Wild 'N Out" stars from Nick's side against "Baddies" from Zeus' side.

Promo posts online said it would feature several competitions with different themes -- one being a separation by skin tone.

The post was met with a lot of hate because of its colorist implications -- Zeus took it down and uploaded an edited version, which read, "Chocolate Goddesses VS Caramel Goddesses."

That didn't sit well with folks, either ... with many pointing out the name change doesn't alter the intent of the competition.

Zeus' new post also added, "Remember, we’re here to break down stereotypes, not to uphold them."

Still, folks chimed in on the game ... getting comments like "This is still colorist y'all are sad" and "This whole idea should've just been scrapped." One added, "This is just as bad as lightskin vs darkskin....yall didnt do anything but try to put a positive spin on colorism."

Zeus and Nick also had a "BBWs vs. Slim Girls" competition go down on the same night ... which was met with the same disdain.

Usher wrapped up his Vegas residency with a ton of appreciation -- which you could see as the dude fell to his knees and took in all the love in a truly emotional moment.

The singer went out with a bang Saturday in Sin City, where his 'My Way' shows finally came to an end after an epic 100-concert run -- most of which have been very eventful ... for a variety of reasons. This weekend though ... all the focus was on Mr. Raymond.

While he was singing "Without You" ... he buckled and started to break down onstage -- this while his backup dancers and other stage crew members rallied around him as the crowd cheered. Indeed, it was quite something ... and you could tell he was overcome by it all.

Of course, an Usher show wouldn't ring true if he wasn't out there serenading the crowd -- and he did just that ... crooning to Jennifer Hudson (who was with Common) the night prior.

Other stars in attendance on Sat. included Mary J. Blige, H.E.R., Floyd Mayweather and others ... and it looks like they all enjoyed the man himself for one last hurrah before he hangs it up.

Of course, while this might be the end of Usher in Vegas ... he'll undoubtedly continue performing -- as this lengthy stint proved there's a real appetite for all his hits ... not to mention his sweet dance moves and stellar showmanship.
