Steve Harvey hit the high-end roulette table in Vegas to kick off the Miss Universe weekend.

TMZ obtained these pics, taken Friday night at Caesars. It was the big boy's table ... $25 minimum.

Our sources say Harvey was back at the table Sunday just hours before the pageant began. We're told he had a few drinks and didn't win or lose big.

The woman who mowed down several dozen people in Las Vegas Sunday night says she was sober but just extremely tired.

Lakeisha Holloway told police she was trying to sleep in her car on several hotel properties but security kept running her off.

In the police report, obtained by TMZ, Holloway described a "stressful period of time today where she was trying to rest/sleep inside her vehicle with her daughter."

Holloway told cops she doesn't really know how she ended up on the Strip. The report says, "She would not explain why she drove on the sidewalk but remembered a body bouncing off of her windshield, breaking it."

Holloway told cops after the crash she drove a mile on a flat tire before driving onto hotel property, telling the security officer what happened and asking him to call police.

The police report says Holloway said she was not under the influence of any drugs or alcohol.

The woman who plowed into dozens of people on the Vegas strip Sunday night is a model who was in Sin City for a gig.

Lakeisha Holloway is an Oregon resident who just started a clothing line. It's unclear if she was in Vegas modeling her clothes, or just picking up modeling work.

We got these pics of Holloway modeling lingerie, posing in a sexy dress and even posing with her daughter -- the 3-year-old who was in the back seat of the car when she killed one pedestrian and injured 37.

There's an eerie pic of Holloway posing in front of the fake Eiffel Tower at the Paris Hotel in Vegas, close to the scene of the carnage.

Chaos on the Vegas Strip ... as a car plowed into a crowd of people on the sidewalk in front of the Planet Hollywood hotel Sunday night ... mowing down more than 30 people.

At least one person was killed in the incident, according to officials ... and more than 30 other people were injured.

Emergency personnel raced to the scene and transported the injured to nearby hospitals ... officials say 7 people are in critical condition. Many of the injured people are from Canada.

The driver of the car was detained and officials are trying to determine if she was under the influence at the time of the incident.

We've learned K-Fed's under contract with the famed Vegas strip joint to spin 4-6 times a year, and take home up to $10k per show. Britney Spears' ex has been spending quality time at the club -- DJing from time to time, and also for his fantasy football draft.

L.A. Lakers player Lou Williams was NOT the aggressor in a Vegas fight that landed him in handcuffs, he was the VICTIM ... this according to the Las Vegas Metro Police Department.

TMZ Sports has obtained footage of Lakers guard Lou Williams handcuffed by police and slammed up against a cop car in front of a casino in Vegas ... but the NBA player insists he did NOTHING wrong.

We've learned ... Williams was detained in front of The Cromwell hotel and casino on the Vegas strip in the early hours of September 13th ... after the Mayweather vs. Berto fight.

Witnesses at the scene tell us, Williams was involved in an altercation with "a large man" -- and cops rushed in to break it up. We're told Williams adamantly denies being involved in a fight.

Williams was handcuffed and slammed up against a police car -- but the Las Vegas Metro Police Department tell us they have NO RECORD showing Williams was formally arrested that night.

We spoke with Lou's agent Wallace Prather III who tells us, "Apparently there was an issue that [Lou] wasn't involved in, which is why they didn't arrest him."

"If Lou was fighting in public in Las Vegas they would have arrested his ass ... he wasn't fighting anyone."

Eventually, cops released the cuffs and Williams was sent on his way.

Siegfried and Roy shook off any of the jitters you might expect them to have -- and snuggled up to a new arrival at The Mirage ... a baby tiger.

The magic duo bottle fed the little big cat in Vegas on Thursday ... as they returned to the resort where they famously performed for years, and where Roy was nearly killed during a tiger attack.

Clearly, no hard feelings. Plus, it's impossible to resist adorable baby tigers.

Lamar Odom's near-death experience has intrigued so many people, the Love Ranch brothel now has a month-long waiting list.

Ranch owner Dennis Hof tells TMZ, since his staff placed the 911 call last Tuesday, business has tripled. The average number of customers pre-Lamar averaged around 20 Johns a day.

Hof says in the last week, the brothel has attracted an average of 75 men a day.

Hof says the real cache is the room Lamar had booked. There's now a 1 month waiting list for the suite, and 16 want the room for at least one overnight stay.

And get this ... if anyone pays more than $500 while they're at the Ranch, whenever possible Hof will show them the room.

Britney Spears has the hardest working dancers/pit crew on the Vegas strip ... and you've gotta see how they rallied to keep her ass from falling out onstage.

Brit was performing Saturday night at Planet Hollywood when something came unhooked, or ripped, in the back of her damn near see-through bodysuit. She realized it right away, and signaled backstage for help -- but the best part is, she never stopped performing!

Her team was pretty amazing ... stitching her up while she continued dancing and singing.

Well, dancing anyway.

The eye in the sky don't lie ... and it seems to have exonerated NBA star Ty Lawson -- who was accused of punching a security guard at the Wynn hotel in Vegas ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Here's what we know ... Lawson was named in a police report filed by 25-year-old Kyle Gardener -- who says Wynn management ordered him to stop Lawson from entering the casino on one of those motorized scooter board thingies on August 30th.

But in the report, Gardener says the Houston Rockets star blew him off, continued to scooter into the casino -- all while Ty's entourage shouted various threats his way.

Moments later, Gardener claims Lawson pulled a fistful of cash out of his pocket -- and said, "I make money you broke bitch, I'll kill you and your family. I got people believe me."

Gardener says Lawson then struck him in the right side of his forehead and left the building.

Gardener says he informed Wynn management and the LVMPD -- and says he's on medication as a result of injuries sustained from the incident.

But get this ... a rep for the LVMPD says cops pulled surveillance footage from the casino and say the video does NOT show Lawson ever striking the guard -- so the case was closed.

Penn Jillette might just have the perfect buyers for his Las Vegas mansion and the new residents are all high ... in cholesterol.

The United Church of Bacon, a group of more than 12,000 religious skeptics and atheists has its collective eyes set on the 7,500 square foot pad. We're told they'll use the place for community meetings, weddings and for plain old, "having fun."

As for the home, which Jillette nicknamed "The Slammer," it sits on 8.5 acres and features a lap pool, catwalks connecting different wings of the house and even a fire pole from one level to the floor.

A person close to Chris tells us ... the deal includes 10 shows and could earn him even more money than $50K per performance.

Chris Brown is on the verge of creating his own Vegas residency dynasty ... he just signed on with a big time nightclub.

Sources close to Chris tell TMZ, the singer inked a trial run type deal with Drai's to perform at least 6 shows at $50k per pop. We're told the club has been so impressed with the large crowds and great shows Chris has put on in the past, they've decided to test out a long term deal.

But that's not all ... our sources say Trey Songz is part of the deal and will be rotating with Chris. We're told the total talent fee investment is around $500k.

It's still a far cry from the cash J-Lo, Britney Spears and Mariah rake in, but hey -- you gotta start somewhere.

Let's just hope this time at Drai's, Chris doesn't lose his footing.
