Britney Spears is opening up about the flood of topless photos she's posting, claiming that baring her boobs is all about lightening her load ... and freeing herself from pain of the past.

As you probably know, Britney started sharing a series of revealing shots on her social media just days after she was granted permission to hire her own lawyer for the first time under her conservatorship, and she hasn't let up -- including a Monday evening gallery of shots with a strategically placed rose.

This has led to some concern from her fans -- and some advice from her peers to "be cautious" online -- but Britney explains that going naked on IG is for her own good ... and has made her feel better lately.

She says the meaning of her topless posts is her attempt to reclaim her body after years of feeling self-conscious and embarrassed about how she looked while performing.

Britney says she's felt the weight of the world on her shoulders and wants to "see myself in a lighter way," adding ... "I am a woman …. a beautiful … sensitive woman who needs to look at myself in my purest form !!!"

It all connects to the "Free Britney" movement too, according to Brit, who says ... "There’s a way deeper meaning to the movement than you can ever imagine … my fans have always been so damn amazing and I love you all."

Kourtney Kardashian wasn't having it when a slew of folks checked out some of her pics and jumped to the conclusion .... she's pregnant.

Kourtney posted a series of photos with the caption, "say hi to my closet." The closet wasn't even visible to some of her fans, who dissected her image and somehow thought she had a baby on board.

Call us crazy, but we just don't see it ... at all.

Kourtney decided to fire back with more than a denial ... she made a statement about men needing to understand some basics -- "I'm a woman with a BODY."

The Kardashians are kinda in a no win, because a bunch of fans jumped to the conclusion this week that Kylie was pregnant, but not because of a pic she posted. Their conclusion was based on the fact she did NOT post a pic of herself at her birthday party. As we told you, the only pic Kylie posted on her BD was one that was taken sometime in the past.

BTW ... the Kylie mystery is way more interesting. She was super secretive about her pregnancy with Stormi, and she's back with Travis Scott and it is weird she shows all the trappings of her birthday party, including sushi and cocktails, but never showed herself.

It's vacation time for Lionel Messi ... and the soccer megastar is enjoying his annual getaway on the Spanish waters with his wife, kids, and bestie, Luis Suarez!!!

Check out her answer for yourself -- at first, she seems to be against the move ... wisely noting that, despite all the progress we've made as a society, sex sells at the end of the day.

BTW, that's not necessarily a bad thing either ... according to Slick, anyway. She says if you use that primal truth for good causes -- like what Victoria's Secret appears to want going forward -- then it's simply a means to an end. She's got a great example about getting people's attention.

He's the lead in a film that's an adaption of the 2012 novel by Bethan Roberts.

Harry plays a policeman named Tom, who is involved in a love triangle between school teacher Marion (played by "The Crown" star Emma Corrin) and a museum curator Patrick (played by English actor David Dawson).

The novel's set in the 1950s when homophobia was rampant ... forcing Tom to marry Marion, who then secretly shares him with Patrick. The plan eventually falls apart.

Scott Disick is digging the angles he's got on his girlfriend, Amelia Hamlin, and apparently wanted to share his view with the rest of the world.

The reality star shared an up close and personal photo of his boo from behind ... showing her in skimpy lingerie, which included a pink bra and thong. She's reaching up onto a shelf -- and Scott is playing cameraman from the back, where he snapped a shot of her ass.

He captioned his pic, "A little higher, almost there."

Don't worry ... she knew what was going on here. It's not like Scott did this sneakily and posted without filling her in -- and the reason we know that is because Amelia threw up similar photos of herself in the same two-piece set ... only this time, from the front.

Looks like it might've been an ad of some sort she was doing for a lingerie retailer ... ya know, seeing how she tagged them and everything.
