The world's largest men's magazine is celebrating the "35 Strongest Men of the Past 35 Years" for their October/November issue ... and Kap is featured on the cover.

"Grateful to be a part of @menshealthmag 35 strongest men of the last 35 years!" Kaepernick wrote on Instagram.

The cover features a shirtless Kap holding a football, rockin' his afro ... but what really stands out are Colin's ripped abs and massive arms!

It shouldn't come as a surprise... just last month Kap discussed his workout regimen, revealing he will still hitting the gym hard in hopes of being signed by an organization.

"My training schedule has remained the same for 6 years; Monday through Friday, 5 AM-8 AM training on the field and weight room," Kap wrote in a letter to the NY Jets after Aaron Rodgers went down with an Achilles injury.

There are conditions, of course -- Kroy will have to perform on stage for 15 minutes, strip down to his underwear, and give the crowd lap dances "at the request of big spenders."

He'll also have to take a ride on the club's "Golden Boner" -- a mechanical bull that's shaped to look like ... well, a golden boner.

Kings of Hustler says it sent Kroy's team the lucrative offer Wednesday ... though he hasn't yet accepted the offer.

As we reported, Kroy says he and Kim Zolciak are DEEP in the red amid their divorce -- he's already asked a judge to let them sell their Georgia home at haste ... the one that recently entered pre-foreclosure again.

Kroy filed new docs this week, begging the court to prevent Kim from slowing down his attempt to sell the property. Don't forget, Kroy said he had to sell his own personal belongings to try and make their mortgage payments, which he wasn't able to cover in July.

A rep for the company writes, "Given your interest in being filmed, we here at CamSoda would love to have you broadcast yourself on our XXX platform. I’d like to formally offer you up to $25,000 to perform a one-hour-long cam show on our site."

CS says Morgan can show off her hot bod in whatever way she likes -- whether it's lingerie, bathing suits, a strip tease or just full birthday suit. Point is ... she'd have to show some skin.

No word on whether Morgan's seen the offer yet -- she hasn't responded.
