The Biebs went mostly shirtless over the weekend in WeHo as he hit up a skate park. The "Purpose" singer has a pretty good reason for going skins -- just look at that bod. Need we say more?

Seasons change, but Johnny Manziel's future wife, Bre Tiesi, doesn't change (out of her bikini) ... 'cause she's still killin' the 'gram with super hot, nearly-naked photos, even though it's nearly Fall.

We were just casually browsing Bre's social media when we noticed she's gone on a bikini barrage the last couple weeks, and we thought the fair thing to do was to bring it to you guys.

He then hoofed it back to his hotel room, but not before stopping an elderly woman after spotting her dog and asking if it was a bichon.

Justin's retirement ... it does the body good.

Joanna took her stand against circuses holding animals captive by getting an elaborate tiger body paint job ... and posing in front of the Houses of Parliament in London. Politicians over there are considering a bill to ban wild animal circuses.
