Skinny Gronk is no more ...

The future Hall of Fame tight end says he's gained back the 20-or-so pounds he lost after his Patriots retirement ... joking he's "four more protein shakes away from being at my playing weight."

Rob quit the game back in March 2019 ... and almost immediately dropped down to around 240 pounds, causing everyone to wonder if he was really done with the game for good.

"It felt good just to drop that weight," Gronk told CBS Sports HQ on Wednesday. "You know, ease up my joints, let my body free. I kind of felt like that weight was bloated weight, too. So, it felt good to get rid of it."

But, after agreeing to reunite with Tom Brady last month ... he's already bulked back up, saying he only needs a couple more lbs to be NFL-ready.

"I'm about 257 pounds right now," Rob says ... "I'm excited about that. I'll definitely be at my weight when it's time to go. I'll be at 260 to 265 when it's time to roll."

As for how the weight changes will affect Rob -- who says he hadn't previously been under 260 since his senior of HS -- he's confident the cutting and bulking won't spell disaster in a return to the gridiron.

"It's time to build back upon it," Gronk said. "Put lean muscle on my body and get ready for the NFL season like I never have before."

Here's "Too Hot To Handle" stars Francesca Farago and Harry Jowsey teaching a class on sexy couple's workouts 101 ... and you're gonna wanna pay close attention!!!

The reality show love birds hit up UCLA Friday for a steamy workout on campus, and they were all over each other from start to finish.

No dumbbells needed for Harry -- he just used his super hot workout partner instead. Just look at his perfect form as he picks Francesca up for some shirtless curls. HOT!!!

Chivalry definitely ain't dead, as Harry and Francesca learned on that secluded island ... and he took those lessons to heart, giving her a piggyback ride down some stairs. SUPER HOT!!!

Francesca and Harry brought their masks -- it's how you work out in the age of COVID-19 -- but you already know they ditched the face coverings to make out. They also got some help from trainer Shahin Safai of Royal Personal Training between make out sessions.

Harry stands out at 6'4", and Francesca's a straight-up dime ... so take notes as she shows off her bod during a round of sit-ups.

Vera Wang is apparently a 70-year-old woman trapped in a 20-something's body -- or she's a vampire -- because she doesn't look a day past 30 here, and the world is awestruck.

The fashion designer posed for a little quarantine photo shoot this week at her home in Miami, where she threw on a bright orange sports bra with a black hoodie hanging off her arms ... and some tight short-short denim cutoffs which showed off her killer legs.

Vera's midsection is also exposed, and she must have an all-access pass to the fountain of youth. She doesn't appear to have a wrinkle on her body anywhere. Mind you, she's going on 71 next month. Nice body of work to be toting around at that, or ANY age!!!

BTW, VDub does this a lot with new styles she's working on or wants to highlight ... often serving as her own model to show off what she likes. And, considering she's still got a very modelesque figure ... ya can't blame her.

In fact, we noticed she's been putting on quite the fashion show at home during lockdown -- and it looks like she's had a trusty photog capturing her strutting her stuff along the way.

"90 Day Fiance" stud Corey Rathgeber is selling himself on the Internet, offering a virtual striptease for the low, low price of only $39 ... because, apparently, a man's gotta eat.

Turns out Corey recently signed up for an account on Fanbound, a website very similar to Cameo and he's selling skin for cheap.

Corey's offering lots of options, but the striptease really stands out ... and it's oddly less than the price of a magic trick ($45) for a phone call ($50) from him. Guess he feels his voice and magic skills are more impressive than his bod.

Corey's marketing the $39 striptease to fans, telling customers it's great for personal use, or for a friend or loved one, and says it's great for birthdays and special occasions. It is Mother's Day weekend!

If possible, keep your mind outta the gutter ... Corey says the striptease is NOT X-rated, and it's only for fun.

Adele returned to social media with a bang.

Whatever she's doing during self-quarantine ... well, it's pretty spectacular, because her transformation continues, and she looks ridiculously amazing.

The singer posted the pic to memorialize her 32nd birthday, saying, "Thank you for the birthday love," adding, "I hope you're all staying safe and sane during this crazy time."

Adele went on to thank first responders, saying, "I’d like to thank all of our first responders and essential workers who are keeping us safe while risking their lives! You are truly our angels ♥️ 2020 okay bye thanks x."

Back to Adele's transformation ... she's been shedding weight since last year -- obvious from the pics we see every few months -- but her bday pic proves she's still thriving while sheltering in place.

The new-look hair and makeup, paired with a hot black mini-dress screams quarantine for the win!!!

Carmen Electra's appearance on "The Last Dance" left some fans wanting more of her, uh, content, this week ... which translated to some HUGE search numbers on one of the world's biggest XXX sites.

Of course, the former Baywatch bombshell and Playboy model popped up on the uber-popular ESPN doc to discuss her relationship with Dennis Rodman ... which included an infamous mid-season vacation to Vegas.

Oh, yeah ... and the time Michael freaking Jordan barged in on them in bed together. Good stuff.

Electra's appearance on the doc was pretty memorable for several reasons ... which inspired some eager viewers to do more "research" on the sex symbol.

Pornhub (SFW link) tells TMZ Sports ... demand for Electra was ENORMOUS this week ... with more than 1.7 MILLION searches for videos related to her.

To compare ... there were just 14,796 searches the day the show aired ... and then they shot up to 393,000 the day after.

But, the biggest day came on April 28, with more than 588,00 searches!!

Rodriguez and Ronaldo have been together for years -- she gave birth to their daughter, Alana, back in 2017.

Ronaldo has 3 other kids -- 10-year-old Cristiano Jr. along with 3-year-old twins Eva and Matteo.

The ultra-fit family has been working out at their Portugal home like maniacs since the pandemic began ... constantly posting pics from their top-of-the-line home gym.

There are reports Ronaldo could head back to Italy soon to rejoin his Juventus soccer team as early as May 4 ... but with everything still so uncertain, we won't believe it until we see it.

Sofia Vergara's got a fun game for folks to play at home during quarantine -- it's a bit of a thirst trap, but with a bootyful twist: whose behind is whose?

The Colombian actress posted a lovely photo this weekend showing herself and her niece, Claudia, rocking two-piece thong bikinis and looking over a balcony at what appears to be Sofia's home. You can't see either of their faces -- but that wasn't the point of Sofia's post.

Sofia wrote of the aunt-niece duo in Spanish, "Modelo viejo del 72 y modelo nuevo del 92 😂😂😂😂 #alwaystwinning @cdvergara ❤️❤️❤️🌝🌝🌝." That translates to "old model from '72 and new model from '92."

BTW, she also posted a photo of Claudia from the front, bending over to make a burger, with uncle Joe Manganiello beside her working on his own grub. She's a lookalike from the side as well, but(t) as far as that first photo goes, it's actually SUPER hard to tell for sure who's who, no?

Meet Jamie Gillan -- aka "The Scottish Hammer" -- a former rugby player turned kicker for the Cleveland Browns!

AND HE'S MORE JACKED THAN HIS QUARTERBACK! (No shade, just facts).

The 22-year-old is a beast in the gym -- and clearly he's been packin' on the bulk after a pretty impressive rookie season.

Gillian was an undrafted free agent in 2019 -- but earned his spot on the Browns roster after blasting a 74-yard punt in a pre-season game. He went on to make the Pro Football Writers Association All-Rookie team.

Now, with the COVID-19 pandemic keeping him off the field, he's been locked in his home gym -- making some serious gains and flexing on the kicker community.

"Do pull-ups help me punt? Absolutely not," Gillan said ... "Do they help me look like a football player? Kinda #pintsandpunts."

The Scottish Hammer got his nickname because he grew up in -- you guessed it -- Scotland before coming over to the States in high school. After a life of rugby, Gillan took up American football and even played some college ball at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (The Golden Lions, not the Razorbacks).

Gillan's been keeping his followers entertained during the global pandemic ... showcasing his crazy talent in the process.

The WWE superstar was doing an interview/photo shoot with Men's Journal when he changed clothes between shots right in front of the reporter ... revealing his "hot pink" banana hammock thong.

As the reporter put it ... "Picture just some poor spandex holding on for dear life."

When the reporter asked 43-year-old Cena if that was his usual underwear (and not some special piece for the photo shoot), John confirmed that he's a hammock man, through and through.

"It is [my underwear] ... More for the fit, less for the color."

Cena famously rocked a black banana hammock thong during a WWE segment back in the day ... while admitting he has a "thing" with nudity.
