UFC badass Paige VanZant stripped down to her hot pink bikini ... and got face-to-face with Felice Herrig moments ago ... for some half-naked smack talk before they square off tomorrow.

It all went down in New Jersey -- where the women will battle it out in the octagon at "UFC Fight Night" on FOX.

Both women weighed in at 115 lbs ... both are 5'4" ... and both have insane physiques.

The Seattle Seahawks stormed the beach in Hawaii this week ... for a full, hardcore workout session on the sand ... in front of a bunch of normies trying to relax on the sand.

It's pretty cool -- imagine you're on a lounge chair with your pina colada ... when all of the sudden Russell Wilson, Richard Sherman and the rest of the squad roll up and start wind-sprinting!

BTW -- Richard was wearing those 5-toed shoe thingies ... and the whole gang brought it together for a group huddle at the end of the training sesh.

Selena Gomez ditched her ill-fitting pink bikini for a smoking hot black number as she partied again Thursday in the water while on vacation in Mexico.

Gomez took some flak for the previous day's photos -- haters said she looked like she put on a few pounds -- but swimsuit experts (in our newsroom) say this black one just fits her new body type WAY better than the pink one.

Selena responded to the criticism on Instagram -- borrowing a page from the Cindy Crawford "post a hot pic after a bad one comes out" playbook -- saying she's happy with her body.

Based on the pics she's posting ... she's also very happy chillin' at Casa Aramara -- Joe Francis' estate outside Puerto Vallarta.

Someone posing as Safaree Samuels is tweeting out extremely NSFW pics of his ex, Nicki Minaj ... but the rapper is adamant ... he's got nothing to do with it.

A rep for Safaree tells TMZ ... he'd never do anything like this, and he's doing everything he can to shut down the tweeter behind it. The photos -- some in highly sexual situations -- started going out on Wednesday ... from a Twitter handle extremely similar to Safaree's.

Just so fans know ... the real @IAMSAFAREE has around 143k followers -- while the faker posting the pics has just over 3400.

As for whether the pics -- especially the graphic ones -- are legit? Safaree's rep says he doesn't know. We're told Safaree's moved on after the difficult break up with Nicki, and now just says ... it is what it is.

Gigi Hadid might be the hottest young model on the scene -- which may explain why her crotch is pubic enemy #1 in Qatar. The government there is on a mission to block her dirty-dirty no-no below the belt body parts from mainstream magazines!

They're still okay with boobs though. So, that's makes 'em at least half cool.

10:45 AM PT -- It now sounds like the guy who said "fat bitch" is so far back there's no way Britney could have heard him. So the question ... what happened that pissed her off so much? Several sources who work on the show tell TMZ, they believe Britney was reacting to a comment someone made in the audience, but they don't know what was said.

Check out the video closely. It looks like the music may have started late ... so that's a possible trigger as well. But no one is saying definitively.

Britney Spears stood up for herself Wednesday night during her show, when someone in the audience apparently called her a "fat bitch."

A guy standing next to the mic says "fat bitch", and you can clearly hear Britney say ... "f***ing asshole."

It's interesting on several levels. Critics of her show say she walks through her performance like a robot, but this clip clearly shows Britney's antennas are up.

Plus, her mic was on ... during a song!!!

A passenger at Qatar's Hamad International Airport landed Tuesday and saw another pic blacked out ... this one showing Bethany Hamilton, a professional surfer.

Also interesting ... the cleavage portion of the photos are untouched.

Qatar is one of the more progressive countries in the Middle East. Many others ban such pictures altogether.
