Lisa Lampanelli has pulled a Jonah Hill ... the comedian dropped more than a hundred pounds in the last year and now she's showing off her new bod.

Lisa posted the photo on Instagram today, more than a year after undergoing a sleeve gastrectomy -- a type of gastric bypass surgery. The progress is really impressive, but Lisa has insisted it's not a permanent fix. She still has to alter her eating habits to keep the weight off.

So long crazy F-cups ... Heidi Montag has unveiled her new C-cups after undergoing yet another breast-related medical procedure in October ... this time to REDUCE her breast size.

You'll recall, Montag famously underwent 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day back in 2010 -- including a mini brow lift, liposuction, buttock augmentation, Botox, a nose job, fat injections in her cheeks, nasolabial folds and lips, chin reduction, and increasing her breast size to F-cups.

Montag says she was young and "unstable" when she got the procedures ... and now warns other girls about making the same mistake.

We spoke with Richie Nuzzolese -- who played a hot shirtless guy in the video -- and he tells TMZ, "What's out in the video is only like half of what went down."

Richie tells us the scene he was in was "like an orgy ... very sexually oriented."

Nuzzolese says the scene -- which involved 15 super hot chicks -- was so intense, "it wasn't even like acting."

Damn.

Of course, Richie's description backs up Spears who said she felt like she was pushed too far sexually during the making of the video and personally CUT a bunch of content that was simply too racy for her.
