The Cleveland Cavaliers had their annual Halloween party Sunday night ... and it was nothing short of epic ... with several HUGE talking points that need to be addressed:

Jason Derulo's moving on from Daphne Joy to someone who can keep up with his dance moves onstage ... and in the bedroom.

We got Jason at LAX where he was hangin' with one of his backup dancers, Ragon Miller. We ask if she's his new boo ... he pleads the 5th, but kind of gives it up.
