Will Smith's 13-year-old daughter took a pic in bed that's raising a lot of eyebrows ... because she's laying next to a topless 20-year-old man.

In the photo ... Willow Smith is in bed -- fully clothed and on top of the covers -- and an actor named Moises Arias is sitting next to her sans shirt.

Moises -- best known for his role as Rico on "Hannah Montana" -- and Willow don't appear to be touching each other in the black and white shot he posted on Instagram ... still it's a strange scene.

Moises eventually deleted his IG post -- but other people have reposted it and called the image perverted.

It appears the pic was taken by Moises and Willow's friend ... who posted the bed photo and several others of Willow, Jaden Smith and the Jenner girls.

Justin Bieber enjoyed a leisurely day at Venice Beach ... his bodyguard, not so much.

Biebs was spotted all over VB on Monday with a chick named Yovanna Ventura, who was with Biebs this weekend in Las Vegas for the Floyd Mayweather fight.

After wandering around the boardwalk a bit, Biebs and Ventura hopped into a bicycle rickshaw ... which was too small to fit his bodyguard ... who was left to jog behind it for quite awhile.

Everybody's favorite bitter gay divorce is no longer ... Johnny Weir and Victor Voronov are back together.

As TMZ first reported, Johnny and Victor laid the groundwork for a truce last month ... after Johnny blindsided Victor with divorce papers in March.

The pair, who battled it out very publicly these last few months, apparently want to keep things private now ... with Johnny tweeting, "My husband and I have happily reconciled. Please respect our privacy and integrity at this time."

Cara Delevigne was coy about that pic that was snapped a few days back with her and Sienna Miller ... but our ears perked up when she told us about the nickname Cara gave her.

Cara was in a chatty mood as she left JFK ... but she tightened up when our photog asked what's up with her and Sienna Miller.

The 21-year old model then revealed the nickname ... but we couldn't figure out what it means, no matter how much we googled.

Johnny Weir wrote a 5-page post-nup which is part of his newfangled reconciliation package with Victor Voronov -- and Johnny makes it clear mutual masturbation will NOT be tolerated.

TMZ broke the story ... Johnny and Victor agreed over the weekend to call off their divorce, but Victor wanted Johnny to sign a document apologizing for trashing Victor in the media and promising to keep Johnny's mom out of their relationship.

So Johnny fired back with a document of his own, which, among other things, defines the type of cheating that will not be tolerated. The document -- obtained by TMZ -- lists the following:

-- sex outside the marriage
-- oral sex outside the marriage
-- kissing or making out
-- sexting
-- aggressive flirting
-- mutual masturbation
-- social media/grindr/dating

And it gets better. According to the document, if either one has a situation where they're "in close range or contact with someone from our past or someone to be part of the future" ... the other can veto the contact. Johnny specifically gives an example of a figure skater he dated.

The document also requires joint STD tests every 6 months with the results being read with both in the room.

And there's a section about splitting assets if they ultimately get divorced: "Should a gift be given, i.e., the Cartier Roadster (R.I.P.), the gift belongs to you." Someone broke the watch!

And finally ... there's a section titled "Ultimatums." Johnny lists examples of Victor's ultimatums, including, "If I give you one more day to get your bank records to me, then I want to have a free f*** of anyone I want."

Rowe says she got the word from her doctors Wednesday ... she has sarcoidosis -- an auto-immune disease which is NOT cancer and not life-threatening.

She has decided to now say yes to Schaffel's proposal, telling TMZ, "He loves me, knows my kids, loves my kids and we'll see where this goes." Rowe says they have not set a date.
