Joe Jonas isn't the only one heating things up abroad -- his ex, Sophie Turner, once again flaunted some PDA with her new boyfriend ...  as seen in some steamy new pics.

The "Game of Thrones" alum cuddled up to her British aristocrat boo, Peregrine Pearson, while wandering the streets of Paris amid Fashion Week. It's clear that Sophie and Peregrine are still going very strong ... since they couldn't stop smiling during their romantic outing.

The couple wasn't shy about putting their love on display either -- as they were photographed walking arm-in-arm ... and even shared a smooch or two on the street, something they've made a habit of since going public in October.

This latest display of affection notably comes amid Joe's blossoming relationship of his own, which is also full-steam ahead. ICYMI ... the JoBro singer proved he, too, has 100% moved on from Sophie by rebounding with beauty queen-turned-actress Stormi Bree.

SB even joined JJ down in Australia amid the JoBros' international tour. Stormi was recently with Joe for a yacht outing at the Sydney Harbor -- and participated in some swimming, paddleboarding and day drinking with her boyfriend.

It's clear they're official, just like ST and PP are -- and they're obviously enjoying spending time together ... having previously linked in Los Cabos and Aspen the last several weeks.

Remember -- Joe and Sophie currently have a custody agreement in place for their kids, Willa and Delphine, amid their pending divorce ... so it's unclear if they're in Paris with mom or down under with dad.

In any case, it appears that everyone involved is having a nice March.

Julia Fox made one hell of an entrance at the Mugler PFW show Sunday ... rocking a look that only she could pull off, and kinda stealing the spotlight again like it's 2022.

The actress rocked a tight sequined nude-colored jumpsuit that hugged every single curve and left little to the imagination -- but she was covered up a tad bit, some strategically placed fringe white feathers added a little classiness to the whole getup ... FWIW.

Julia didn't just stop at the outfit ... she also wore futuristic silver foiled face paint, giving her outfit an otherworldly edge while her blonde locks were rolled into a nice little bun.

JF was absolutely owning it during her posing sesh, too ... using the Parisian streets as her own catwalk show before heading indoors. Never a dull moment with Julia for Fashion Week, especially when it's in Europe, as we've come to learn in recent years.

Of course, Julia's no stranger to pushing the boundaries with her bold style ... but these daring fashion choices might just be a rite of passage for anyone who's dated Kanye West.

You'll recall ... she didn't go so easy on Ye post-romance ... last year she dropped a bombshell in her memoir, "Down the Drain," claiming he used her as a prop during their whirlwind romance that kicked off at the end of 2021.

Julia didn't mince words ... describing her whole experience with him as hollow and meaningless.

While Kanye's been making headlines with his nearly naked outings with Bianca Censori, Julia's been busy carving out her own path by rebranding herself as a feminist icon. She's been using her socials to dish out advice and champion other women.

Tori Spelling and her estranged husband Dean McDermott aren't reunited as a couple, but they're at least on public speaking terms again ... based on some new pics.

The exes were together in a park in Agoura Hills, CA -- it's the first time they've been seen photographed together in nearly a year. Both of them were dressed very casually, and most of the convo seemed pretty chill.

However, there were also what seemed like some tense moments during their chat. Tori and Dean have 5 kids together, so co-parenting issues were likely among the things they discussed.

But, there's plenty more for them to catch up about, too. For instance, Dean moving on ... he's reportedly living with new GF Lily Calo ... while Tori and the kids have moved into a new home, which reportedly rents for $15k/month.

They announced their separation last summer on social media, ending 17 years of marriage.

Since then, Dean has spent time in a sober living facility ... after admitting last November he'd had a drunken altercation with Tori.

Brian Austin Green is officially weighing in on Chelsea Blackwell comparing herself to Megan Fox in the "Love Is Blind" pods -- and even he's cringing over the situation.

We got the "Beverly Hills, 90210" alum at Bristol Farms in Woodland Hills, and the 50-year-old actor told TMZ it wasn't wise of Chelsea to compare herself to his ex-wife. He candidly shared, "It seems like you're opening yourself up to criticism."

ICYMI ... when discussing their physical appearance while on the sight-unseen dating show -- Chelsea informed her future fiancé, Jimmy Presnell, she had previously been compared to the "Jennifer's Body" star.

Infamously, Jimmy did not agree with the comparison upon their first meeting out of the pods.

On whether he feels the comparison has any merit ... Brian told us it was tough to say -- since Megan is a "one-of-a-kind beauty," and "possibly the most beautiful woman in the world."

Brian and Megan were married for 11 years between 2010 and 2021, welcoming 3 children together. He is now engaged to "Dancing With the Stars" alum Sharna Burgess, with whom he shares a son, Zane Walker.

Still, Brian thinks critics should give Chelsea a break, especially since MF won't care one iota about the remark. In fact, the "Anger Management" star told us, "I think Megan would be flattered."

Brian, who just launched a free social media app on the Apple Store called Moviac, encouraged Chelsea not to listen to the haters, which is certainly easier said than done.

Stormi's body isn't the only thing that's smoking, BTW... Joe's also lighting one up, puffing away on the deck.

Joe and Stormi got the full Sydney experience -- the yacht took them past two famous landmarks ... the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House, which they documented on social media.

The rumored couple -- who, frankly, are probably/most definitely dating -- is Down Under as the Jonas Brothers continue on their tour in Australia ... making this their third trip together in as many months.

We've previously seen Joe and Sophie hanging out in Los Cabos and going skiing in Aspen. They've also been spotted hobnobbing in other cities -- they're hanging out a ton these days.

Remember ... Joe and Sophie are sharing custody of their kids, and we usually see Joe with Stormi when it's Sophie's turn to parent. Of course, they're in the middle of a divorce too.

Speaking of Sophie ... she's moved on herself, coupling up with British aristocrat Peregrine Pearson.

Kim Kardashian is upset Kanye West has again resorted to blasting out their disagreements on social media ... and she believes what he's doing is harmful to their children.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Kim is not pleased Kanye went on Insta Wednesday night, telling the world he wanted their kids out of the school they're attending in L.A.

Kanye said, "KIM TAKE MY KIDS OUT OF SIERRA CANYON NOW IT'S A FAKE SCHOOL FOR CELEBRITIES THAT ARE USED BY 'THE SYSTEM'"

Our sources say ... Kim enrolled their kids at the school for 2 very good reasons -- 1. it's a "fantastic school," and 2. their children need consistency in their lives.

One source said, "The only solution Kanye has offered in protest to the school -- that the kids have been at since pre-school -- has been placing them with unaccredited teachers and his own unaccredited Donda school which has been riddled with lawsuits."

The source noted Kim did allow their kids to go to Donda for after-school activities but stopped when the school shut down.

What's more ... we're told Kanye told his kids school isn't necessary, something that has frustrated Kim.

And there's this ... we're told Kanye doesn't see his kids often -- sometimes for months at a time, and Kim believes strongly that their children need consistency ... which is what she is providing for them. Kanye is leading a nomadic life, jumping from Japan, Italy, France, Saudi Arabia, etc., and she is the home base that makes the kids secure.

One source said frankly, "Kim is frustrated with his constant public attacks and naming of the school because it creates safety and security concerns each and every time for their children."

The image he posted read, "KIM TAKE MY KIDS OUT OF SIERRA CANYON NOW IT'S A FAKE SCHOOL FOR CELEBRITIES THAT ARE USED BY 'THE SYSTEM."

His caption was just as telling -- with Ye adding, "At this point everybody knows what "the system" is code word for 👀 I was removed from my dad by the system and the system removed me from my children."

KW continued ... "When the system drafts athletes they avoid working with those who have their father in their life because they are harder to manipulate. My two oldest know they daddy is."

Kanye sounded firm in his stance here, but like we said ... he quickly yanked this down -- probably after a call from Kim and her lawyers, we presume. Still, it's pretty obvious this is 100% how he feels ... and yes, he again seems to be leaning into antisemitism.

We know for a fact that Kanye has railed against "Jewish indoctrinated" schools... and we also know he's griped about his kids going to an institution he considers to be exactly this.

So, yeah -- his not-to-subtle reference to what he considers "the system" is beyond just coded language ... it's basically a bullhorn, and he's wearing his sentiments on his sleeve.

What's interesting here, though, is the fact that Ye is pinpointing two of his kids specifically and suggesting they love their dad ... namely, North West and Saint West. We've been seeing North hang out with her dad a lot lately -- and Saint pops up here and there too.

We don't normally see the 2 youngest children, Chicago and Psalm, with their dad these days -- and he's already admitted that Kim has their kids about 80% of the time regarding custody.

Sounds like Ye's grumbling about that, and perhaps feeling not as in control as he'd like.

Travis Scott and Kylie Jenner are once again trying to unload their Beverly Hills palace -- and this time, they've slashed the price big time ... which might tickle somebody's fancy.

The ex-couple's first property together -- which they purchased in 2018 for a steal at $13.4 million -- is back on the market anew ... only now, they're listing it for just under $18 million. The exact price is $17,995,000 ... for anyone who's a stickler the specifics.

Mind you ... this is quite the drop from what they were hoping for when they first tried selling this pad in 2022. At the time, their asking price was $21.9 million ... but they had no takers, so they dropped it down to $19.99 mil back in March of last year.

TS and KJ still weren't able to get rid of the pad -- and the listing ended up getting removed entirely around September ... but now, it's cropped up again, with a 10% markdown.

Whether it's $21M or $17M ... whoever ends up taking this off their hands is in for a whole lot of house -- it's got 7 bedrooms, 11 baths with over 9,000 square feet of living space.

In terms of perks, it's got a ton ... a private movie theater, a billiard room, a gym, a massage room, and, yes, a pool as well. Remember, this is Kylie and Travis' first home together -- but obviously, they're not together anymore ... so they don't really need this house in the mix.

Kylie's got several other properties in her portfolio ... Travis is doing just fine as well. 'Million Dollar Listing' stars Josh and Matt Altman of Douglas Elliman and Adam Rosenfeld of The Agency hold the listing.

Hard to tell what her intention here was ... but Olivia seems to be telegraphing that she ain't afraid to put it all out there in the aftermath of her high-profile splits from exes Jason Sudeikis and Harry Styles -- both of whom have moved on to new relationships.

ICYMI ... the 39-year-old actress split from longtime love Jason in 2020 ... after welcoming two children together over the course of their 9-year relationship. The "Ted Lasso" creator has since been linked to actresses Keeley Hazell and Elsie Hewitt.

Olivia then infamously dated the One Direction singer while working on her psychological thriller starring Florence Pugh.

Of course, as TMZ previously reported ... Olivia and Harry called it quits in November 2022 -- although, Harry still had an "Olivia" tattoo on his thigh as recently as July.

Nonetheless ... we don't anticipate a reconciliation between 'em any time soon -- Harry has been dating actress Taylor Russell since last summer. As for Olivia, she's looking real single right now ... and pretty good too, if we might say so ourselves.

Alexis Bellino dating Shannon Beador's former flame makes for some juicy 'RHOC' storylines ... but it's not the main reason she's coming back to the reality TV show.

Sources connected to the show tell TMZ … Alexis was already in talks with 'RHOC' producers to return to the show before she started dating Shannon's ex, John Janssen.

While Alexis' return and her new relationship with John seem intertwined, we're told it's just coincidental ... because by the time they started dating in Dec. 2023, Alexis was pretty deep in negotiations to come back.

TMZ broke the story ... Alexis is returning for the upcoming season as a friend of the show, more than a decade after walking away from 'RHOC' in 2013 as a fan fave.

Our sources say Heather Dubrow is a big reason Alexis is coming back.

Alexis and Heather infamously had a nasty falling out on 'RHOC' back in the day, but we're told in the last couple years they've rekindled their friendship.

Sources say Heather's been in the ear of show producers for years, suggesting they consider bringing Alexis back into the fold ... with Heather even pushing for Alexis' return as recently as last season.

Britney Spears is showing some love to the great Janet Jackson on Instagram ... while her feud with Justin Timberlake rages on.

The singer-songwriter wrote a loving tribute to JJ in a since deleted Instagram post, thanking Janet for breathing continued life into her dreams while saying she's always looked up to her.

She wrote the emotional message on a screengrab of Jackson' self-titled album, "Janet" released back in 1993.

While it might have just been an innocuous tribute post to another music legend, Britney's got some common ground with Janet ... in that Justin Timberlake won't apologize to either of them.

Remember ... during a show in New York City at the end of last month, Justin told the crowd he was going to apologize to "absolutely f***ing nobody" before singing "Cry Me A River" -- a clear dig at Brit, but Janet fans assumed that meant her as well.

Justin and Janet will be forever linked for their fateful 2004 Super Bowl Halftime show where Justin ripped Jackson's costume revealing one of her breasts to the crowd -- something he chalked up to an accident at the time.

However, he apologized to both Britney and Janet back in 2021 ... after the documentary "Framing Britney Spears" aired on Hulu, saying he had inadvertently benefited from misogynistic institutions and felt he needed to say sorry for that.

Of course, Britney and Justin have been on especially bad terms after the fake-out apology ... with Spears basically calling Timberlake a crybaby in a basketball-related post.

Maybe Britney's trying to collect allies in her war with JT ... or maybe she's just sending love to a fellow artist.

Either way, Britney's post certainly got fans' eyebrows raised.
