Tamar Braxton challenged her ex to release video allegedly showing her attacking him in his car, but he's saying he can't -- 'cause Tamar busted the camera to pieces.

A rep for David Adefeso -- who recently got a TRO against Tamar over this -- tells TMZ her recent plea on "The Tamron Hall Show" for him to show his cards as far as evidence is moot ... because she knows damn well she destroyed his camera, ensuring there's no video evidence.

Not only that, but the rep tells us David's dashcam only captured front and back views from the car ... it didn't record anything inside the vehicle, something we're told Tamar would know if she had just asked before jumping to conclusions and acting hastily.

The rep says the destruction of David's property after the alleged attack ended up costing him upwards of $1,600. In fact, he's now claiming he had to shell out more than $7,500 total for other damage she allegedly caused in the violent episode this past August.

You'll recall ... David ran to court seeking protection in September, claiming Tamar punched him in the throat while he was driving ... almost causing him to crash. David also alleges she's threatened violence on him via goons from her ex-husband. A judge granted the TRO.

Since then, Tamar went on the 'Tamron Hall Show' to give her side of things -- claiming there was no violent act captured on David's camera or an audio recording she made in the moment.

Amber Rose is railing against her ex, Kanye West ... claiming he's consistently bullied her since their breakup in a way that reminds her of President Trump.

Amber pulled no punches as she called out Kanye as a narcissist in response to the "30 showers" jab he took at her in 2015 ... 5 years after they split.

She went off on him on the popular "No Jumper" YouTube channel, and told Adam22 ... "I don't know if he says things to make his wife more comfortable but to slut-shame me and say you needed 30 showers?" Amber added, "You took me around the world. Since when do you need 30 showers?"

Amber's essentially saying she's stunned that 10 years after their breakup Kanye's still bullying her, saying, "Even if someone is picking on me, which he has for 10 years. He has picked on me, he has bullied me for 10 years."

The most recent example? Amber says Kanye, at one of his so-called presidential campaign rallies, called her a prostitute. She said, "He just called me a prostitute at his rally. Ten years later. Just leave me alone. I don't talk about you. Obviously, it comes up in interviews 'cause it's a big part of why I'm famous so I try to give good interviews and not shy away from that, but at the same time, it's like, 'Bro, leave me alone.'"

When Adam22 brought up all of this, Amber responded, "That's what narcissists do, you share 2 years with someone, you take them around the world, you buy them all the jewelry, you shout-out to the world how much you love them and how much you love this person and then the person decides this isn't what they want their life to be. I opted out."

Amber also talked about Kanye's presidential bid and said there's strong similarities between him and the President.

She said, "I can see why he loves Trump, they're twinsies, they're the same person. There's things that Trump says and I'm like, 'Oh my God, that's Kanye.' He probably sees himself in Trump and that's why he supports him."

Jenelle Evans and her baby daddy, Nathan Griffith, finally have a plan to share custody of their son -- and it's gonna require a third adult ... Nate's ma.

A judge has signed off on the custody arrangement between the exes to parent their son, Kaiser ... and it includes a detailed schedule. According to the docs, Jenelle retains primary physical custody of the 6-year-old, while Nathan gets him every other weekend.

Grandma Doris will care for the boy every 5th weekend, and when Nate can't do it, his mom can fill in on his behalf.

Kaiser will also be jumping around between households on holidays -- on even years, he'll be with his mom for Thanksgiving and with his dad for odd. Come Christmas, Kaiser is set to celebrate with Jenelle on Christmas morning, and then with his dad later that day ... and until the 27th.

Nathan was granted a significant amount of time to be with Kaiser for the summer -- 6 weeks straight once school's out. For Mother's and Father's Day -- well, that one's easy.

Both parents will share legal custody of the kid, and have to figure out exchange points among themselves. Kaiser also can't be more than 2 hours away from Jenelle when he's visiting dad. And, per the judge, neither parent can trash talk each other in front of him.

You'll recall ... Nathan vowed to get custody of Kaiser last year, claiming Jenelle was an unfit mom and was turning his son against him. Looks like they were able to work out their differences after all that time ... good deal.

"The Hangover" star Rob Riggle got some sobering news to kick off his October ... his wife of 21 years filed for divorce.

Tiffany Riggle filed legal docs in Ventura County court to end her marriage to the comedian. She cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split ... this according to legal docs obtained by TMZ. They got married back on April 13, 1999, and she lists May 2, 2020 as the date of separation.

They had 2 kids together -- 16-year-old daughter Abigail and 12-year-old son George ... and she's asking for joint custody with Rob -- a big football fan who now appears on FOX's NFL Sunday pregame show and once hosted the NFL Honors show in 2018. She also checked the box asking for spousal support.

Former Eagles guitarist Don Felder won't be walking down the aisle with "Inside Edition" anchor Diane McInerney ... we've learned they broke off their engagement.

Sources close to the former couple tell TMZ ... Diane called off the engagement back in August after their long-distance relationship became too difficult. Don lives in California, and Diane lives in New York City.

We're told the split is amicable ... our sources say Diane will always love Don and they're still keeping in touch -- Don even sent Diane 3 dozen pink roses last month for her 49th birthday.

Don and Diane dated for 2 years before he proposed this January on the beach in Malibu.

There's a pretty big age gap too ... Don's 24 years her senior, but we're told the distance -- not the age -- led to the split.

Now that she's not getting married, we're told Diane's focusing on homeschooling her young daughters back home in NY.

Jesse Williams' 3-year bitter divorce drama has officially come to an end ... on paper, at least.

The judge just signed off to finalize the "Grey's Anatomy" star's divorce settlement with Aryn Drake-Lee -- and it means they're both officially single as of August 7, 2020.

According to the legal docs, obtained by TMZ ... they will share joint legal and physical custody of their 2 young children -- son Maceo and daughter Sadie. However, they have to meet and confer with each other about posting images of the kids on social media.

As for major financial business ... Aryn gets to keep the former family house in L.A., along with places in Brooklyn and Oakland. She's also keeping a leased 2017 Audi Q7 SUV and 2018 Q5 SUV, while Jesse gets to keep his leased 2018 Porsche Cayenne SUV. They really dig SUVs.

The good news for Jesse -- he's also keeping the $936,810 he made in profits from "Grey's Anatomy" since their 2017 separation.

Other accounts and royalties accumulated during their marriage will be split up, and of course ... Jesse's still on the hook for child support. According to the docs, he owes $50,629 per month for the 2 kids up until October 2019, and then $40k per month after that.

He also has to fork over 2 more spousal support payments of $50,695 for August 2019 and September 2019 to Aryn ... but then no more.

According to the docs ... Jesse and Aryn actually reached the settlement in Sept. 2019, but now it's officially a done deal with the judge's signoff.

TMZ broke the story ... Jesse filed to end his 5-year marriage to Aryn in 2017. They'd actually been together for 13 years.

When Jesse filed, it initially seemed like the proceedings would be amicable. Remember, they were even committed to co-parenting despite the divorce. But, it didn't take long for things to take a nasty turn when they beefed over child custody.

It was around that time that Jesse also responded to stories about dating Minka Kelly on Jay-Z's "Footnotes from 4:44" video release.

Then there were all the financial battles -- after he was ordered to fork over $100k per month in support payments for Aryn and the kids. She wanted more child support money and Jesse wasn't buying it.

Demi Lovato's would-be groom is pouring his heart out on wax ... with a love song about the first time he met her ... something we're guessing ain't gonna please his ex-fiancee.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Max Ehrich is dropping a new single Friday, and it's all about his relationship with Demi.

We're told the tune is about the night he met Demi, and it tells the story of his inner dialogue -- being terrified of falling in love with her because he knew their relationship was the real deal.

Our sources say Max's song also touches on him falling for Demi right off the bat, and he sings about how he couldn't sleep because he knew he wanted to be with her forever.

As you know ... things didn't work out between them, and Demi recently leaked a song about their breakup. For his part ... well, he went ham, first saying she never really broke up with him because he learned about it in the tabloids, and then somehow invoking Jeffrey Epstein's name in their relationship.

It's interesting ... we're told Max recorded the song in quarantine, in a makeshift studio inside the home he was living in with Demi. So, exactly when did he write this song?

Max's album won't come out until next year -- he signed a music production deal last October before he started dating Demi and finished the second half of the album after meeting her -- but our sources say he wants to drop the single now because of how he feels.

Max's track is set to debut on all streaming services.

As we reported ... Max spent part of his weekend sulking on Malibu beach where he proposed to Demi ... he calls it a "healing experience."

Our sources say Max still loves Demi and while he's doing all he can to move forward, the split's been very painful for him.

Demi Lovato's abrupt end to her engagement still has the would-be groom down in the dumps -- he's also down at the beach where he got on bended knee, clearly heartbroken.

Here's actor Max Ehrich out in Malibu this weekend -- supposedly, at the same beach where asked Demi to be his wife not too long ago ... to which she said yes. The guy's seen sitting by himself, and at one point ... gets up to walk a bit before plopping back down to sulk.

It's pretty sad to see ... obviously, the breakup -- which he still maintains he learned about through a tabloid -- has him shaken up. Remember, they had gotten engaged just a couple months ago ... until they weren't, when Demi confirmed she'd called things off.

We ran into Max this past week at LAX, and he pleaded with people to stop bullying him over the split -- and to give both he and Demi their privacy without trying to villainize anyone.

Kristin Cavallari is back in the game, mackin' on a new guy in the Windy City.

Kristin was at Fulton Market, a bar and restaurant district in Chicago where Kristin has a shop nearby. She was all dressed up and clearly into this guy, though we don't know who he is.

As we reported, Kristin and Jay Cutler are getting divorced ... she announced in April. The divorce has gotten nasty ... Kristin has accused Jay of being controlling and manipulative and saying derogatory things about her to their kids.

Lots of people thought Kristin had hooked up again with ex-boyfriend and "Laguna Beach" alum, Stephen Colletti, back in August ... but we're told they've been friends for years and that all this was ... friends getting together.

Cardi B turned 28 Sunday in spectacular fashion, and it looks like -- we say LOOKS like -- she and Offset may have worked things out.

Meg Thee Stallion posted video of Cardi multitasking at a club in Vegas ... dancing with a bottle of D'USSE VSOP cognac.

The party moved to a private home and actually got wilder! They danced till early, early Sunday AM.

It ended with a pretty amazing gift from Offset ... a Rolls-Royce, with Kulture's name embroidered on the seats. They shared a kiss that sure looks coupley.

Offset partied with Cardi throughout the night and when he gifts her the Rolls he's pretty handsy. We don't know if they've mended fences. As we reported, Cardi filed for divorce, saying she was just sick of arguing. Well, no arguing happened Saturday night.

Cardi posted a video Friday of a billboard that read, "Happy Birthday Mommy Love, Kulture" ... the vid includes a pic of Cardi and Kulture wearing pink getups, along with sunglasses and purses.

She captioned it ... "Thank you sir  😏😏😏I love it" ... seems like the billboard was Offset's doing.

Phil Collins is booting his ex-wife out of her crib ... because he says he owns it, and he's tired of her B.S.

Sources close to the famous drummer and singer-songwriter tell TMZ ... his long, rocky relationship with Orianne Cevey is officially over ... after all, she remarried in August, and he wants her out of his Florida house STAT.

We're told Phil's asked her to vacate and she's refused, and instead is threatening to release false and embarrassing accusations about him unless he renegotiates their 2008 divorce settlement.

For the record -- Collins paid Cevey a reported $46.76 million ... and our sources say he's not giving her another dime. He believes she squandered the fortune through a series of bad investments, along with an expensive divorce from the man she married after Phil.

Our sources say Phil gave his ex until 3 PM Friday to vacate, but she didn't, and he says she's now changed the security codes and has been unruly with the staff.

We're told Phil plans to file an eviction lawsuit as soon as courts open up next week.

In case you haven't gotten the picture, the 2 have a pretty wild history. They got married in the late '90s, had 2 sons together -- Nicholas and Mathew -- but filed for divorce in '06, shortly after the youngest son was born.

After the record settlement, Cevey got remarried to Charles Mejjati, but then divorced him to go back to Collins in 2016.

Things seemed to be pretty peachy up until a couple months ago, when we're told Orianne got married again to a man named Thomas Bates ... telling Phil she was just traveling to Las Vegas for business.

Our sources say Collins continues to fully support his sons -- all of their expenses are paid for through a fully-funded, irrevocable trust -- but he believes he's no longer financially on the hook to his ex-wife.

SZA confirms Drake's claim they used to date, but she also wants to set the record straight -- it didn't happen in 2008 ... 'cause that woulda been creepy.

The singer issued an important correction to what Drake raps about on the new 21 Savage track, "Mr. Right Now" ... where he says, "Yeah, said she wanna f**k to some SZA, wait / 'Cause I used to date SZA back in '08."

After people pointed out that SZA would most likely have been 17 at the time, if Drake's timeline of their dating history is accurate ... she took to Twitter to clarify.

SZA tweeted they actually dated in 2009 and explained ... "lol I think he jus innocently rhymed 08 w wait . Anybody who really knows me and was around during this time can confirm."

She added, "I just didn’t want anybody thinking anything underage or creepy was happening . Completely innocent . Lifetimes ago ."

It's interesting, because fans noticed SZA unfollowed Drake on Instagram shortly after "Mr. Right Now" dropped ... suggesting she wasn't happy about his lyric.

Demi Lovato was clearly frustrated that her ex-fiance was going ham about their breakup, because she blindsided her team by dropping her new breakup song on Twitter, sending them into a frenzy to get it on platforms so her fans can buy the tune ... sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ.

We're told Demi wrote her new single, "Still Have Me," a while ago with friends. Our sources say she kept the hook but changed the lyrics to reflect her split with Max Ehrich.

Sources connected to Demi tell us she became so frustrated with Max's recent antics -- the most recent, somehow comparing Demi and the breakup to Jeffrey Epstein -- that she didn't want to wait to release the song. We're told, her team is scrambling to get the single on streaming services like Apple Music and Spotify so that fans can purchase it and streaming numbers can be collected.

The song's lyrics certainly paint a picture of heartbreak, "I'm a mess and I'm still broken ... I don't have much but at least I still have me ... and that's all I need."

Demi also sings, "All the highs and now just lows. But it doesn't even matter, cause I'd rather be alone. All my life disappeared and I'm laying right here while the silence is piercing ... and it hurts to breathe."

As we reported ... Max has said he learned about their breakup when he read about it in the tabloids while filming on set. Demi, of course, reportedly disputes Max's account ... her people say she and Max spoke, she told him it was over and about to come out in the media. Max also took aim at Demi's manager, Scooter Braun, claiming he was trying to silence him.

Demi Lovato's ex-fiance, Max Ehrich, had some choice words about their breakup, saying he learned about it from the media while he was filming a movie to lift people up.

Ehrich posted his thoughts early Saturday AM, saying, "imagine finding out the status of your relationship through a tabloid ... while your in the middle of filming a biopic movie about a Pastor in a Christian Church whose intention of the film is to help people."

For her part, Demi was clearly telegraphing her singleness, posting a pic sans engagement ring. In case fans didn't get her point, her t-shirt had the following words emblazoned on it ... "Dogs over people."

Demi and Max got engaged 2 months ago on the beach in Malibu. Max, a regular on "Young and the Restless," and Demi began dating in March.

Princess Love just sucked the air out of Ray J's love-still-in-the-air moment ... saying their marriage is now beyond saving.

We got Princess Love Thursday in WeHo, walking into Catch ... and wanted to get her take on what her estranged hubby said on "The Real" earlier this week. ICYMI ... Ray J told the panel he spent all weekend with his kids and Princess Love and realized they still have "a really, really good thing." When the panel asked if he'd now be down for counseling ... Ray J said he would be up for it and whatever it takes to keep both parents together.

Well, it's all news to Princess Love, who made it crystal clear -- Ray J's last-ditch effort falls way short. And, she seems to be okay with moving on ... acknowledging she's happy and hopes the same for Ray J. Ouch.

Jay Cutler must've gotten all of Kristin Cavallari's bikini tops in the divorce ... 'cause his ex just posed for a flaming-hot topless pic on a boat!!

It's clear, the single life looks great on the 33-year-old reality TV star ... who flaunted her post-breakup bod on IG while wearing a white thong bikini Thursday.

"Pretending it’s Positano ✨," Cavallari said in her caption ... which is actually pretty interesting, considering that was a stop on her honeymoon with the ex-NFL QB in 2013.

Kristin recently spoke with People about her breakup with Cutler ... saying the two are still on great terms, but adding it "just didn't work out."

"And, that's -- that's it," Cavallari said of the divorce. "There was no real drama. There was no scandal. There was no nothing."

While Kristin's social media presence has been a treat in recent months, Cutler's has been just as enjoyable ... with a little less skin.

Remember, the 37-year-old had a VERY public investigation into who was attacking his beloved chickens ... just to find out it was a damn raccoon.

Gotta admit ... Kristin may get the edge here. Sorry, Jay.
