Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann are about to get under each other's skin under the same roof all over again -- 'cause she's on her way back to Georgia -- after some nasty new developments in their divorce.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Kim is flying back to Atlanta Wednesday after filming for MTV's "The Surreal Life" in Colombia over the past couple weeks. We're told she's in the air now, and, within hours, is set to be back home with Kroy and their kids.

Despite this tumultuous sitch, our sources say that the plan -- for now, anyway -- is for Kim and Kroy to continue cohabiting ... as neither one of them really has anywhere else to go at this point. However, considering everything that's gone on of late in their divorce case ... you can imagine the stage is set for fireworks.

Remember, Kroy has openly acknowledged they're in dire straits financially.

As we've reported .... Kroy has been consistently appealing to a judge lately, begging for permission to sell their mansion so they can start paying off some major debts. He's also argued that the money will help them get their own pad ... and resolve a toxic environment.

We're also told that Kim and Kroy could very well bang again ... at least that's how people close to them feel. Of course, whether they actually do it again is still up in the air.

Kim, for her part, has been insisting everything's fine between her and Kroy -- she even asked for their divorce to be dismissed, noting they'd had sex recently ... and arguing that it proves their relationship is still on. Kroy's brushed that aside and plans to move forward.

Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner's divorce case was front and center in a Miami courtroom Wednesday, and Joe's lawyer made it clear ... there's gonna be a dogfight over who hears the case -- an American judge or a UK judge.

The stakes are extremely high ... if an American judge hears the case it gives Joe a huge home-court advantage, and the reverse is true if the UK judge gets the case.

Joe's lawyer, Thomas Sasser, made it clear ... based on his exchanges with Sophie's counsel, she says their family had become UK-based so the divorce should be handled there.

Sophie's lawyer did not directly respond, but our sources say that is exactly what's happening in the case.

If a UK judge handles the divorce, it's likely the primary residence of the 2 kids will be there, and Joe is not down with that.

As we reported, Sophie went to federal court last week, claiming Joe violated an international child abduction law by refusing to hand over the passports of their kids so she could take them back to England. That judge ruled, for the time being, the kids must stay in the New York area.

The Miami judge said in court Wednesday, he will abide by the federal judge's ruling. He will get the case if the federal judge says the U.S. is the appropriate venue, and if the judge decides otherwise a UK judge will take the reins.

His first outing wasn't all that great numbers-wise -- he scored just a 15/30 from the judges -- but either way ... Kyle was out there to see him do his thing, sitting front and center and loudly cheering MU on. She also brought out their two daughters for extra support.

Obviously, this is interesting ... y'know, considering they're currently "separated" and all -- even though they're clearly on good terms and continue to live in the same home all kumbaya.

Mauricio's little pre-taped introduction video actually touched on his relationship with Kyle ... he said it'd been a rough year and that he was hoping 'DWTS' could serve as a good distraction.

Remember ... the 'DWTS' folks actually wanted not just Mauricio on this season, but they actually made a play to get Kyle and her good female pal Morgan Wade as well -- but that didn't materialize in the end.

Kyle and Morgan's close relationship has led some to suspect they might be more than friends -- but we've been repeatedly told they're just friends and business associates. Kyle is working on a documentary about Morgan's life/career.

As for Mauricio ... he's already told us he's cool with Morgan -- and he clearly remains cool with Kyle too, as they continue to spend holidays together with the whole family.

Maya told Daily Mail, "Once a cheater always a cheater."

Sources close to Kelce tell us the two only dated for a month after the show, and couldn't publicly announce their actual split because of a contract they had in place with the network.

The source tells us Travis never cheated on Maya.

Our source adds Kelce and Maya haven't spoken in about 5 years ... and her interview is, "A poor excuse of someone trying to get her 15 min of fame."

The retired NFL player just fired back at his estranged wife ... making it clear he is still gung-ho about divorcing her, selling their Georgia mansion and moving somewhere else with their kids.

In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Kroy says the fact he had sex with Kim "does not indicate a desire to reconcile" and he "remains steadfast in his desire to divorce" her.

TMZ broke the story ... Kim claims Kroy's latest divorce petition is all a sham because they're living together and having a ton of sex, and she's trying to get a judge to toss the whole thing.

But Kroy says folks shouldn't put a whole lot of stock into the fact they had sex earlier this month ... he says it doesn't change his position.

In the docs, Kroy says their home is set to be foreclosed on in November and he accuses Kim of trying to drag things out to stop him from selling their place to pay off their mountain of debt.

Kroy sounds like he has some post-nut clarity ... he claims their current situation is toxic for their kids and he wants to push forward with the divorce, claiming Kim's called the cops to the home 4 times in 4 months, with the latest incident being witnessed by their youngest daughter.

Savannah Chrisley's ex-fiancé, Nic Kerdiles, died in a motorcycle crash this week ... TMZ has learned.

Nashville PD tells us Kerdiles passed away early Saturday morning as a result of injuries sustained following an accident around 3:30 AM ... when they say he ran through a stop sign in a residential area north of central Nashville.

Cops say he struck the driver's side of a BMW with his Indian Motorcycle. We're told the other driver stopped immediately -- and that Kerdiles was transported to a local hospital ... where he later died. The police note ... there were no signs of impairment from either driver.

We've confirmed Kerdiles' DOB with police. Tragically, NK also posted a photo of himself on his IG story last night that shows him cruising around on his Indian bike. A caption attached reads "Night rider."

Kerdiles had been engaged to Todd and Julie Chrisley's second daughter, Savannah, for a bit between 2018 and 2020 ... when she called it off and broke up with Nic. They'd been dating since 2017, and he was even featured on her parents' reality show, "Chrisley Knows Best."

Of the breakup, Savannah has said ... "When we got engaged, I feel like it was for all the wrong reasons. When he proposed, I knew it shouldn't have been happening. It was filmed, it was on TV. His family was there, my family was there. It was not the way I would want it to go down, ever."

She went on to say ... "Everything was just wrong at the time. Granted, I loved him, I was in love with him. It was just, there was so much more work that needed to be done before you got married."

Nic comes from a hockey background, having played at the college level for a while ... before a brief stint professionally with the Anaheim Ducks in the 2010s. He bounced around for a little bit before hanging up his hockey career in 2018 ... having played for a total of 4 years.

Most recently, Nic had been working as real estate broker in the Nashville area. He had no children of his own -- but most certainly was close to his family ... including his nieces and nephews -- with whom he just posted a bunch of sweet pictures earlier this month.

One of Nic's last posts is heartbreaking to read. At the time he wrote, "Getting to go home this past weekend and seeing my family was something that I need more than I knew."

Nic adds, "Time in this life goes by quicker and quicker each day. I will never again take the these days with them for granted and my advice is the same for everyone else. Love is unconditional, and it’s rare to find in this world. I’m so thankful that I have parents, siblings, nieces and nephews that love me back the way they do. I’ve already booked my next trip back home and I cannot wait to see them again soon! Love you guys all so much!"

We've reached out to Nic's family for comment, but haven't been able to connect. We've also reached out to Savannah's rep ... so far, no word back.

What the witness didn't catch, however, was if the four all arrived together or separately ... and who came with the kids if they weren't together.

Of course, that's a super important point given what's unfolded with the couple in the last 48 hours.

As we reported, Sophie sued Joe in federal court Thursday claiming he wasn't allowing Sophie to take their daughters to live in Europe, a plan she says was in place for a long time. What's more, Sophie claimed Joe had hidden the kid's passports, making it more difficult.

Sources close to Joe tell us he was totally blindsided by Sophie's filing.

In a statement from Joe's team, we were told he was simply following what was ordered by a judge in Florida ... the kids can't be relocated during the divorce proceedings. Joe says when things do settle down and they put a plan in place he'll do whatever it takes to figure out a custody plan -- even if the kids live in a different country.

Sophie, dressed casually in a white t-shirt and gray skirt, arrived first for a girls' night out take two with Taylor -- who once dated Joe for a few months in 2008.

Moments later, Taylor rolled up in an SUV driven by a chauffeur with two beefy bodyguards to protect her. Looking classy and chic, Taylor stepped out of her ride and sauntered inside the hotel with several pals following behind.

On Tuesday, Taylor and Sophie were photographed walking arm and arm into Via Carota restaurant for a sit-down dinner, Italian style. Coupled with last night's outing, the two are fast becoming BFFs.

All this comes as Sophie and Joe duke it out in divorce court -- and now federal court. As we reported ... Sophie filed a lawsuit against Joe hours before her second meet-up with Taylor.

In the suit, Sophie accused Joe of unlawfully keeping their children in the Big Apple instead of allowing them to return to England with her. She even cited a child abduction law.

Joe categorically denied the accusations, saying it's Sophie who has crossed the line by violating a Florida court order that restricts both parents from relocating their kids.

Here's the reality ... even if Joe and Sophie made a deal when they were together that they'd move to England, that deal is not binding on the divorce judge. The judge's North Star is what's in the best interests of the 2 kids -- deal or no deal.

Weeks ago, Joe filed for divorce from Sophie in Dade County, claiming their 4-year marriage was irretrievably broken and asking for joint custody of their 2 young daughters.

Joe Jonas seemingly found some comfort in his brother, Nick Jonas ... grabbing dinner in the night before his estranged wife, Sophie Turner, slammed him with a lawsuit over the custody of their kids.

Two-thirds of the Jo Bros were at The Waverly Inn in NYC Wednesday night -- and Joe seemed to be deep in conversation with Nick as they dined.

BTW, this spot is a couple blocks away from where Sophie was hanging out with Joe's other ex, Taylor Swift, the night before.

She was also spotted at The St. Regis Hotel in New York on Thursday, hours after suing her estranged husband ... so they're still not that far from each other.

As we reported, Sophie claims Joe is illegally keeping their 2 kids in New York and wants them brought back to England, as laid out in an explosive lawsuit she filed Thursday morning.

Sophie says she agreed -- "with some hesitation" -- to let the kids stay with him while he was touring in the U.S. because she was working on her time-consuming series overseas, but that agreement was supposed to last until September ... when she would "collect the children and return home to England."

She even cited an international treaty that deals with child abduction across country lines ... so she's keeping pretty serious about getting her kids back to her.

In response, Joe's rep issued a lengthy statement ... saying Sophie's wishes would violate an order that restricts both parents from relocating the children," also reiterating that he's open to sharing custody with her if she moves to England full-time.
