Joe Jonas made a point to mention he was the one taking care of his daughters in filing for divorce from Sophie Turner ... providing more evidence of that with a breakfast date.

The singer was in dad mode Wednesday at Sweet Butter Kitchen in L.A. with his little ones -- 3-year-old Willa and her 1-year-old sister -- along with another friend who was helping to take care of the girls.

Joe kept a happy face for the kiddos, making them smile and trading high-fives as everyone ate and chatted. In other words, the 34-year-old certainly didn't look like he was in the middle of a divorce.

As you know, Joe filed for divorce from Sophie Tuesday, asking for joint custody of their kids. The docs said Joe wants a judge to establish a parenting plan that sets up frequent contact between him and Sophie.

TMZ broke the story, the couple's relationship had been rough for at least 6 months due to their different lifestyles -- we learned through multiple sources in contact with Joe that he saw something on a Ring camera that made him realize he should pull the plug.

Kendra Wilkinson is currently hospitalized and getting some much-needed medical help after suffering a panic attack ... TMZ has learned.

A rep for the former "Girls Next Door" star tells TMZ Kendra had recently become overwhelmed in balancing her life, 2 kids and her job in real estate and it all became too much to handle.

We're told Kendra didn't sleep Tuesday night and decided Wednesday she needed to go to an L.A.-area hospital for medical treatment after suffering a panic attack.

One person tells us Kendra was desperate for help when she entered the emergency room, pleading for someone to get her to a doctor.

Kendra's rep says her ex-husband, Hank Baskett, is currently with her at the hospital while she rests and doctors attend to her situation.

Kendra, who had a massive run of success on reality TV, including her own show "Kendra on Top," recently spoke to Melissa Gorga on her podcast about the end of her TV career.

Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner have finally broken their silence and are addressing the end of their marriage ... which they describe as "four wonderful years."

In a joint statement posted Wednesday, the two say, "After four wonderful years of marriage we have mutually decided to amicably end our marriage."

They continue, "There are many speculative narratives as to why but, truly this is a united decision and we sincerely hope that everyone can respect our wishes for privacy for us and our children."

As we reported, Joe filed for divorce from Sophie in Miami Tuesday, asking for joint custody of their daughters, ages 1 and 3. The couple has a prenup and, according to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Joe wants a judge to establish a parenting plan between him and Sophie that allows for "frequent and continuing contact with both parties."

The docs also reveal the children have most recently been staying with Joe in Miami and "other locations throughout the United States" as he and his brothers tour the country.

TMZ broke the story over the weekend, the two had reached an end in their relationship and Joe was looking for a divorce attorney ... once that happened, he got the ball rolling quickly.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us the couple is, indeed, continuing to date and that they're still romantically involved. Obviously, we haven't seen much evidence of them canoodling in public the way we did in July and August ... but we're told they're an item.

It's unclear what the deal was with Irina's PDA post featuring her ex, Bradley Cooper, just a couple weeks ago ... but, clearly, it hasn't scared Tom off -- as he's still seeing her.

Remember, Irina threw everyone for a loop when she threw up a topless shot of herself and shirtless pic of BC as well ... where they certainly seemed to be getting cozy on the beach, which led folks to believe they might be getting back together. They share a kid, after all.

Unless she's in some kind of open relationship -- which isn't what we're hearing on our end -- then you can assume it was just a platonic thing ... and relatively harmless.

TMZ broke the story about Tom and Irina first linking up ... she spent the night at his pad here in L.A. for two days in a row -- and they were seen being affectionate in his car. After that, they were again spotted going in and out of the same London hotel a few weeks later.

There've been reports that Tom wasn't bothered by Irina's spotlighting of her baby daddy -- and there was even a claim they aren't necessarily in a committed relationship either.

Joe Jonas has been shopping for divorce lawyers, as TMZ first reported, but he's not giving up the symbol of marriage ... he was wearing his wedding ring Sunday night at his concert.

Joe and his bros performed at the Moody Center in Austin, and the gold band on his ring finger was impossible to miss.

It's unclear what message he's sending, but it comes after fans noticed he had not been wearing the ring recently and people began to wonder if the marriage was in trouble.

Chrisean Rock is now a mom, 'cause she just gave birth to her son ... and she did on the 'Gram, no less.

The rapper was livestreaming her delivery Sunday on from her Instagram account, which captured her on a hospital bed with friends and family all around -- this while she pushed, screamed and, eventually, cried tears of joy.

Indeed, the baby appears to have been secured safely ... but it was a process. At one point in the livestream, Chrisean could be seen/heard saying -- "Get this n**** out!" as doctors worked on her. No word on how long she was in labor, but the baby boy has arrived.

Chrisean's baby daddy, Blueface, was nowhere to be seen in her video ... there's footage circulating of him online right now that appears to show him in a different city entirely.

He's made it clear throughout this whole saga ... Chrisean isn't his #1 anymore, even as he's been confronted with paternity. Remember, he's got other children from different women.

Anyhoo, Chrisean seems to have had some kind of support system around her. With that said, her pregnancy has been controversial ... with many weighing on how she'd carried herself through parts of it, including instances of her smoking with a bun in the oven.

We're told over the last 3 months, Joe has been caring for their 2 young children "pretty much all of the time," even as his band was touring. We're told Joe currently has both kids, as the group plays around the U.S.

On the surface, it seems there's been no outward signs of trouble. Joe and Sophie have attended events together. However, in recent weeks ... Joe has been seen not wearing his ring.

And they recently sold their Miami mansion. They bought that place just a year ago ... and sold it fairly quickly, for a decent profit.

Joe and Sophie first linked up in 2016 ... and got engaged a year later. In 2019, they were married -- Vegas-style -- and have been living the family life ever since ... quickly welcoming their first kid in 2020 ... and another in 2022. A lot has happened for them in 4 years.

Professionally, Joe and Sophie have been busy -- mostly JJ, though. He's gone on tour with his brothers recently and is scheduled to perform through the winter. Sophie's done some TV/movie stuff in recent years -- but isn't nearly as active as she was during her 'GoT' days.

BTW, they're both still young ... Joe's just 34, and Sophie's only 27.

We reached out to reps for Joe and Sophie. So far, no word back.

Britney Spears' ex-husband, Jason Alexander, needs a new gym ... because his old gym gave him the boot after he got arrested for allegedly stalking another member.

Jason was a member at Life Time in Franklin, TN but a manager at the gym tells us Jason has officially been kicked out.

We're told Jason had his membership revoked after police opened their investigation into allegations he was stalking a woman at the gym.

TMZ broke the story ... Jason was arrested for stalking last month and his alleged victim claims he followed her out to the gym's parking lot, where she says she told him to leave her alone, only for Jason to blow up her phone with tons of calls and texts.

The woman says Jason then showed up at her house, driving by a couple times the day after the alleged parking lot confrontation ... and she also says he approached her at the gym pool when she was with her kid.

As we first reported, Jason's been ordered to steer clear of his alleged victim ... he can't contact her or post about her on social media.

Kevin Costner just found out how big of a check he has to cut to his estranged wife Christine Baumgartner each month for child support ... and he's going to be happy.

The judge in Kevin and Christine's divorce ruled Friday that Kevin's going to be forking over $63,209 -- that's exactly what he said was appropriate. $63k is less than half of what she was getting in temporary support -- $129k. And remember, she originally asked for $248k a month.

It's an end to a bitter back and forth between Kevin and Christine over how much he should be ponying up.

During Friday's hearing, Kevin took the stand and answered some questions from his lawyer, Disso Queen Laura Wasser, saying ... "Somehow in this unusual world we didn't make it and I'm sorry."

Kevin said his biggest concern going into the relationship with Christine was having kids and getting divorced ... because he had 3 kids with his first wife and got divorced. Kevin and Christine ended up having 3 kids and getting divorced too.

Remember ... Christine originally asked for $248,000 a month in child support, but Kevin claimed she was padding the bill simply because he could afford it ... with Costner claiming the actual amount she needs for their kids is around $51k a month.

In the end, the judge went closer to Kevin's figure.

Kevin Costner says he didn't return to his hit show "Yellowstone" more so because of scheduling issues and money rather than any rumored beef with creator Taylor Sheridan.

The actor testified during Friday's divorce hearing in Santa Barbara and got into his ugly "Yellowstone" exit, saying he left a ton of money on the table.

Kevin was being grilled on the stand by lawyers for his estranged wife Christine Baumgartner ... they kept asking about his finances and how much money he made for "Yellowstone."

Kevin's testimony included juicy nuggets on his falling out with the show ... saying negotiations for a potential sixth season broke down over scheduling issues, creative differences, and money.

The way Kevin explains things, there were issues with the creative process and he "tried to break the log jam" but Paramount "walked away," after he asked for $12M to film the season.

Kevin says he had scheduling conflicts with his new movie "Horizon" because "Yellowstone" wanted to shoot a two-part season in the same year which would require him to shoot the first half, go do his movie, then return for the second half.

He claims he moved things around with his film to accommodate the show but "Yellowstone" wasn't ready to shoot the second half on time.

Kevin's testimony is super enlightening ... at the time, there were rumors his exit was mired in an alleged beef with Sheridan, the show's creator, and they were rumored to hate each other.

And, get this ... Kevin said he "will probably go to court" over his "Yellowstone" ending.

Miranda Kerr's got another bun in the oven with her husband and Snapchat co-founder Evan Spiegel ... using her hubby's app to share the big news.

The model announced her fourth pregnancy Friday on Snapchat, sharing an adorable image of four pairs of shoes lined up in order from biggest to smallest ... with numbered blocks.

Miranda says she and Evan are adding a boy to the brood ... and this will be their third child together.

She teased the baby news on her Instagram and directed fans to her Snapchat account on the platform her extremely wealthy husband owns ... and she's already got a little baby bump showing.

Miranda and Evan have two other sons from earlier in their marriage ... and she also has a son with Orlando Bloom from a previous relationship.

Now, Miranda's preparing to bring another boy into the world ... no wonder she's saying she's a #boymom.

Kim Zolciak says it wasn't Kroy Biermann's idea to sell their house that is teetering on the brink of foreclosure ... it was hers.

Kim hit up Il Pastaio Friday night, and she said flat out ... the decision to sell their home was mutual.

TMZ broke the story, Kroy has filed for divorce a second time, although Kim has been acting like it's only a matter of time before he pulls the plug on it again. She's been wearing her wedding ring -- though not last night -- and is pooh-poohing the notion they're really getting divorced.

Kroy's lawyers have a different take ... they're saying Kroy is as serious as a heart attack ... he wants out.

At least from the filing, it looks pretty nasty.  He wants sole custody of their minor children and exclusive use of their home, for as long as they have it.

Kroy locked Kim out last month and left her pillow on the doorstep.  She called the cops.

Sam Asghari picked up a sign and joined striking Hollywood on the picket line ... saying he's there to support his fellow actors, and not to talk about his divorce with Britney Spears.

A SAG-AFTRA member, Sam was at the front of the line marching up to Disney Studios in Burbank when a photog asked him how he was holding up in the wake of filing for divorce.

Sam told the camera guy he wasn't there to discuss his personal life, but rather to raise awareness for the strike in hopes of getting everything resolved sooner than later.

TMZ broke the story ... Sam's planning to continue with acting gigs once the strike is resolved, and in the meantime, Britney is footing the bill for his swanky digs.

He says the strike's affecting him as much as any other actor, cleverly joking about having the same amount of roles right now as Leonardo DiCaprio.

So, maybe there's a comedy out there for Sam when the dust settles?!?

In all seriousness, Sam says the lack of jobs and money is the whole point of the strike ... and he's hoping there's a deal soon so Hollywood can get back to making art and inspiring folks.

También habló del alquiler de 40 mil dólares al mes en Montecito. Su abogado le preguntó cuán cerca está del agua, y Christine dijo: "No se puede ir andando con una tabla de surf".

Como informamos por primera vez, Christine se quejó en los documentos, que la casa de alquiler se encuentra en el lado de la montaña de la autopista sin vistas panorámicas o acceso a la playa. Ella testificó que sólo la alquila por 6 meses porque no sabe cuál será el resultado del divorcio.
