Tom Brady channeled his inner Irina Shayk while chilling on his yacht this week ... ditching his shirt and showing off his shredded bod just days after his apparent new lady went topless on vacation with Bradley Cooper.

TB12 has been hanging in Miami as the model spends time with her ex on a luxurious Italian trip ... and he seemed to be totally relaxed as he soaked up the sun.

Brady -- who will have an open fall schedule for the first time in his adult life -- still looks ready to suit up right now ... as he put his athletic figure on display during the outing on his $6 million "Tw12ve Angels" boat.

The 46-year-old has been seeing Shayk since his divorce from Gisele Bündchen ... but her getaway with Cooper is reportedly N.B.D. to the 7-time Super Bowl champion, as their romance is still in the early stages.

Brady has also been in the news as fans speculate whether he could come out of retirement in time for the 2023 season, which kicks off next week ... but, judging by these pics, he seems entirely content with being off the field.

The future Hall of Famer spent his summer going on vacations with his kids ... but if he's ready to settle down again, he's got an open invite to find love on "The Bachelor," 'cause Jesse Palmer recently told TMZ Sports the QB would be a "legendary" lead on the dating show if he wants to Shayk it off.

Kim Zolciak is, at least publicly, acting like there's hope she and Kroy Biermann can resolve things, and he'll pull his divorce docs again, but he's not seeing it that way at all ... TMZ has learned.

We heard from Kim -- who was still wearing her wedding ring -- Monday at LAX, and she gave off very optimistic vibes when asked if Kroy might have a change of heart about his second divorce filing.

Well, we asked Kroy's legal team if he had any plans on pulling the divorce ... and they didn't mince words. Kroy's attorney, Marlys A. Bergstrom, tells us, "No, at this time, he is still moving forward with the divorce action."

It's likely a devastating blow to Kim, and unless Kroy's holding back information from his lawyer ... the estranged couple is definitely not on the same page about their future.

TMZ broke the story, Kim and Kroy filed separate divorce petitions back in May, but eventually worked things out and decided against the split in July.

However, s*** hit the fan for the couple this month, prompting Kroy to file for divorce once again.

Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann might be in the middle of yet ANOTHER divorce, but you wouldn't know it by looking at her hand and listening to what she's got to say.

The ex-'RHOA' star and her daughter, Brielle Biermann landed at LAX Monday and were asked all about Kim's pending case -- after Kroy recently re-filed divorce docs.

Check this out, 'cause it's interesting -- when KZ is asked if she and Kroy are truly dunzo -- she makes sure to flash her wedding band, which Brielle explicitly points out as still "on."

Kim says she already knew Kroy was going to file again, but indicates she's not really worried about it ... and that, perhaps, he'll pull the docs.

The photog presses Kim on some underlying issues that seem to be affecting her marriage -- like finances, for instance -- and the matriarch says those sorts of weigh on all matrimonies.

Brielle's also got some financial issues of her own -- TMZ was first to report she's on the wrong end of a lawsuit from a credit card company -- but she says that's been handled.

One last thing that stands out in the chat ... Brielle pitches a potential new Bravo show that she thinks could benefit all the 'Real Housewives' kids -- and if Andy Cohen was receptive to it in a recent meeting Kim says they had ... she could be back on reality TV one day.

Lots to digest with this one -- we'll see how it all shakes out, but Kim sounds optimistic.

Irina Shayk seems to be full of surprises.

The supermodel was apparently hanging out with ex-boyfriend Bradley Cooper on a recent vacation ... this after she was filmed cozying up to Tom Brady.

Shayk posted a series of photos on Instagram ... showing herself scantily clad while posing on a large rocky formation.

Another image captured Cooper laying bare-chested on a kayak in what looks like the same mountainous paradise surrounded by ocean. Shayk is not seen in the picture, although she pinned it to her IG story with the other photos.

Cooper dated Shayk for 4 years before breaking up in 2019. The two share a 6-year-old daughter Lea De Seine. BTW, the kid was with them, so this could be just a co-parenting thing, but still ...

About 2 weeks ago ... Shayk was photographed by paparazzi leaving a London hotel after she shacked up with Brady in a room there for 48 hours, according to the Daily Mail.

Salma Hayek and Angelina Jolie broke bread this weekend, and they did it with none other than their own respective children -- showing these two are tied at the hip these days.

The two actresses were dining at the Nice Guy Saturday in L.A., and they brought along their kids. In Salma's case ... her 16-year-old daughter, Valentina, joined. For Angie, 19-year-old Pax was cruising with his own mama bear -- and together, they went in and chowed down.

Of course, there were tons of paps around ... and they captured the two super moms coming and going -- and it looks like SH gave Pax a kiss on the cheek when they first met up.

For those unaware, Salma and Angelina have been getting very close in recent years -- and it all stems from them working together on Marvel's "Eternals" movie a couple years back ... where they both played superheroes. Since then, they've been super tight ... they're even producing a new film together right now -- one which AJ is directing, and Salma starring.

That flick is called "Without Blood" ... and it's gotten a lot of praise from Salma on behalf of Angie ... whom she called the best director she's ever worked with. So, yeah -- BFFs, indeed.

Of course, with this somewhat newfound friendship ... the question of allegiances comes to mind, especially for Angelina -- who's still embroiled in a messy divorce with Brad Pitt.

Funny enough ... Salma has already telegraphed how she feels about Brad of late -- and she seems to be on Angie's side. This kinda came to light at the Golden Globes earlier this year ... where Brad was in attendance, and at which Salma served as one of the presenters.

The dude she was presenting with onstage had an overly fawning moment -- in which he gushed over seeing BP in the crowd -- and her reaction to that was telling ... major eyeroll.

Indeed, it would appear Salma is in Angelina's corner over her and Brad's ongoing case -- which has yet to be resolved ... especially on the winery front. That thing is super messy.

Dalton Gomez has remained out of the spotlight since he and Ariana Grande split -- but now, he's starting to pop up in public ... and the dude's looking blue.

The celebrity realtor -- who's now single after separating from his estranged pop star wife, and almost certainly headed for divorce -- was spotted at a Barney's Beanery in WeHo Friday night ... where we're told he was hanging out with a group of people ... shooting pool.

However, based on this photo -- obtained by TMZ -- you can tell he wasn't having the best time ... which is confirmed by eyewitness accounts. Our sources tell us Dalton looked incredibly sad the whole time he was there ... mostly keeping to himself and staying quiet.

More importantly, Dalton was ringless on a finger where he once proudly sported a wedding band -- confirming he and Ariana are dunzo ... something TMZ first reported back in July.

We haven't seen DG for a while -- even before word got out he and Ari had broken up ... safe to say, the guy's pretty private. Now, he's surfaced for the first time -- and if a picture's worth a thousand words ... there sure are a lot of ways to describe his demeanor here.

Ariana, meanwhile, seems to be getting a move on with her life ... like we've told you, she's already dating another man -- her fellow "Wicked" costar Ethan Slater, whom she started dating amid her and Dalton's uncoupling. The timeline's a little messy ... on both sides.

Since we broke the story that they were over ... Ariana has popped up here and there, and she's been all smiles, while also going ringless (a look she's been rocking for months now).

We know Ariana and Ethan are trying to navigate their new relationship delicately ... with her giving him a little space to work out his own divorce from his wife -- who's blasted Ari.

Of course, in the backdrop of all this is an apparent uncoupling of the professional kind. Reports are flying that Ariana's trying to dump Scooter Braun as her manager, although we're told she's still under contract with his company ... and they're negotiating a new sitch.

Tyrese is still sour about having to shell out a ton of cash to his ex in their bitter child support case -- evidenced in his new song ... which takes direct aim at the issue.

The singer/actor dropped a track this week called 'Love Transaction,' and it doesn't pull any punches in addressing what he views as a cold-hearted approach he feels his estranged wife, Samantha Lee, took earlier this year ... when she dragged him to court over money.

You might recall this, 'cause it was ugly. Tyrese was ordered to pay Samantha and her attorneys a whopping $636,000 ... this after refusing to pay $10k/month way back in August of last year, when he was ordered to do so by a Fulton County judge.

That's why he was in held in contempt in April ... where the court forced him to pay what was owed and then some. Now, Tyrese has something to say about it in song.

Take a listen for yourself ... Tyrese laments being gouged for thousands in child support, accusing Samantha of asking for way more than she really needs to care for their daughter, Soraya. He gets pretty specific here too ... talking hard figures and everything else.

He also says their kid is wondering why they're not together anymore ... and poses a rhetorical question -- was this love, or a transaction? Sam doesn't appear to have responded.

As we've reported ... Tyrese divorce from Samantha has been anything but amicable ... and it's not even over yet. Their case is still open, and they haven't finalized anything officially.

It seems Bianca Censori isn't just inspired by Kim Kardashian's taste in men, she's a big fan of Kim's style too ... channeling a classic Kim K look for her latest public appearance.

Censori was out and about in Italy Thursday in a very SKIMS-esque outfit complete with a nude bra, leggings and pair of heels.

While we can't say for sure whether or not the brand Bianca's wearing is actually Kim's SKIMS company ... it looks super similar.

Of course, the style has only grown in popularity over the years, so it's possible she scooped it from somewhere else.

However, it's hard not to draw a comparison between a look Kim's shown off in the past and what Bianca chose to wear in Italy.

Kim posed for a few mirror pics in an identical style and color during a personal photo shoot at home, so maybe Bianca had the look archived to try and pull off on her own.

Britney Spears has a message for anyone trying to mess with her ... and it ain't nice.

The pop star posted the short and not-so-sweet statement on Instagram Thursday, "F**k with me ... I dare you." It was accompanied by a middle finger emoji and a sexy throwback photo of Brit dressed all in black.

It's not clear if Brit was directing her rage to anyone in particular ... but she certainly got her point across amid her divorce to husband of 14 months Sam Asghari.

Brit also posted a re-edited video clip of herself wearing lingerie and twirling to dance music, which was originally published on IG before Sam filed for divorce over a week ago, citing irreconcilable differences.

As we reported ... the estranged couple have a prenup that precludes Britney from giving Sam a penny of the fortune she has amassed in the music industry.

Sam Asghari packed up his belongings and left Britney Spears, but that doesn't mean he has to foot his own bill for his new living quarters -- Britney's the one picking up the tab, TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to the estranged pair tell us Britney's paying $10,000 a month for Sam's new pad in one of the most high-end apartment buildings in Los Angeles.

We're told $10k is the cost of a standard unit in the high-rise, but Sam was able to work out a deal for a better apartment at the base price.

Sam and Britney had an acrimonious breakup, so on the surface it seems surprising she'd foot the bill for his living quarters. But our sources say Britney's handlers thought it wise to make the gesture. As we reported, Sam's lawyer is making sounds he will challenge the prenup, and it will almost certainly end with Britney writing a check to Sam. Sources say the amount will be several hundreds of thousands of dollars in the end.

Our sources say Britney and Sam still aren't talking ... though as we first reported, they've at least come to an agreement on their dogs. Sam gets the Doberman, Porsha, and Britney gets their remaining 4 dogs -- including the Australian Shepherd, Sawyer, and new puppy, Snow.

Britney's system of support continues to dwindle, with only her attorney, Mat Rosengart, and manager, Cade Hudson, remaining ... but sources tell us she's recently expressed a desire to mend things with her dad, Jamie Spears.

The thought seems shocking, considering Britney's history with Jamie and the conservatorship, but our sources say Jamie's had serious health issues -- and Britney wants to make things right before it's too late.

Halle Berry's long road to finalizing her divorce to Olivier Martinez is officially over … after the ex-couple hammered out a formal custody and child support arrangement that has the actress paying big bucks.

Here's the deal … back in 2015, Halle and Olivier split after 2 years of marriage. The exes have one child, 9-year-old Maceo. They had a prenup, but the case still dragged on for years because there were some unresolved issues on custody and child support.

Fast forward to August 2023 ... Legal docs were filed in L.A. County Superior Court, which officially tied up the remaining loose ends on these issues. According to the new court docs, Halle and Olivier agreed to joint legal and physical custody of Maceo.

The docs also say Maceo will attend individual and family counseling. Halle and her daughter, Nahla, (from her ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry), can sit in during the family sessions. But Halle’s current boyfriend, Van Hunt, is not allowed to participate.

Halle will have custody of Maceo Monday to Wednesday and Olivier will get him Wednesday to Friday, with some variations due to school closures. The pair will alternate custody of Maceo on the weekends.

As for child support, Halle has to pony up $8,000 a month to Olivier. She will also pay an additional 4.3 percent of all income she receives above $2 million.

It doesn’t stop there … Halle must also cover Maceo's private school tuition and 100 percent of his extracurricular activities, including soccer. She's also on the hook for Maceo's health insurance -- both medical and dental -- as well as any uninsured expenses.

Taylor Swift certainly had love on her mind at Jack Antonoff's wedding, but while that was going down, her ex-boyfriend Matty Healy was on the other coast ... laser-focused on music.

We've learned The 1975 frontman was browsing around a music shop, Norman's Rare Guitars, in Tarzana, CA on Saturday ... the same day Taylor was watching Jack and actress Margaret Qualley tie the knot.

The musician swung by the store with his tour manager, ultimately buying a guitar -- unclear how much dough he put down for it, but it looks like a pretty sweet Fender 6-string.

While Matty was shopping on the west coast, Taylor was at the big ceremony on the Jersey Shore ... where, as we reported, droves of Swifties flooded the main street on Long Beach Island to get a glimpse of the singer.

You'll recall, Matty and Taylor were briefly an item, spotted hanging out quite a bit in May, and he even snuck into her NYC pad ... but sources told us Taylor was "single" again in June, although it's unclear why they called things off.

Sam Asghari is moving forward as a newly single man ... walking his dog without his wedding ring.

Britney Spears' estranged husband was spotted in public Monday for the first time since their divorce, and he was sporting a naked ring finger.

Sam was walking around Pasadena with the Doberman Porsha, he gifted Britney back in 2021 when they were engaged.

The actor was also showing off his muscles in a sleeveless black tank top ... the day after Britney had a divorce party with a bunch of shirtless men.

Sam joked over the weekend about needing help picking a disguise to hide from the paparazzi ... but here, he's only wearing a hat and sunglasses and not shying away from the cameras.

Remember ... Sam filed for divorce from Britney last Wednesday, and as we first reported, he moved out of their mansion after he believed Britney was cheating on him with a staffer at their home.

We also saw Britney without her wedding ring on the same day Sam filed for divorce, taking it off before tooling around in her Mercedes.

'Real Housewives' star Kyle Richards and her estranged husband, Mauricio Umansky, are still on good terms during their separation -- they're back together to take their family on an end-of-summer vacation.

The whole fam looks to be enjoying each other's company on the Amalfi Coast -- Kyle and Mauricio's 23-year-old daughter, Sophia, shared some pics Sunday, writing, "Last night in Positano 🧡."

One of the shots shows the entire family together on a boat, and everyone -- including Kyle and Mauricio -- is all smiles!

As we reported, the couple separated last month after being married for 27 years ... but they've said any talk about them getting a divorce is untrue.

They did, however, admit they've had a rough year.

They're also still living under the same roof, and have remained playful online -- he posted some shirtless pics of himself last month, saying he was out of shape 6 years ago, and she jokingly responded, "Must be Ozempic."

Kyle's also been dealing with persistent rumors she's dating country singer, Morgan Wade ... and the ladies have had fun with the gossip, appearing as love interests in Morgan's new music video, "Fall in Love with Me."

The troubles keep piling up for Tori Spelling -- but this time, it's her health at risk -- as she's been hospitalized in the wake of her split with Dean McDermott.

Tori kept the details vague in a post Sunday where she said, "4th day here and I’m missing my kiddos so much." Tori included a photo of her hand with an IV in the photo.

She continued, “Grateful and so proud of my strong, brave, resilient and kind to the core children who remain positive no matter what comes my way." Tori didn't reveal why she was in the hospital, but her hospital band revealed she was first admitted on August 17.

Of course, things have been seemingly tough for Tori and family over the last few months, but there was serious concern only a couple weeks ago when Tori and kids were spotted outside an RV, with speculation they were living in the mobile home.

While it seemed only temporary, many speculated why Tori's mother, Candy Spelling, who is super rich hadn't come to her daughter's aid. We spoke to Candy back in July who said she was willing to help ... but unclear if Tori ever reached out or if Candy came through.

Britney Spears and Sam Asghari have totally shut down any and all communication with one another, leaving it up to their legal teams to handle everything moving forward.

Sources connected to the estranged pair tell us ... things got really nasty when Sam left their home, and the two haven't spoken since.

From here on out, we're told all communication, negotiations and any other business to be handled between the two will be done by their legal teams.

While totally shutting down communication might seem improbable, it's important to note the two never had kids -- so there's no need to communicate about child care, schedules, or even FaceTime calls between parents and kiddos -- making it easier to avoid talking.

US Weekly was first to report they've stopped communication.
