Gisele Bündchen says her divorce from Tom Brady has been no cakewalk ... admitting the recent split has been hard on her, but she's getting through the rough patch by shifting her focus elsewhere.

The supermodel went into detail about ending her 13-year marriage with the seven-time Super Bowl champion in an interview with Vogue Brazil this week ... where she opened up about finding the silver lining, despite how much of a toll it has taken on her.

"I've always believed that every situation, no matter how challenging, teaches us something and helps us grow," Gisele said.

"Breakups are never easy, especially when the media is speculating every step of the way."

Of course, there was a lot of speculation at the time about why Gisele and Tom were calling it quits -- many believed it was about Brady's return to football, but as we previously reported, that was simply not the case.

Gisele added she is keeping her kids, health, career, and aspirations the priority after the divorce ... as she now has a better understanding and acceptance of herself.

Rachel Leviss hasn't shown face for the next season of "Vanderpump Rules" -- and based on where she popped up Tuesday, that's not likely to change as filming continues.

The reality TV star -- who was at the center of last season's cheating scandal, aka 'Scandoval' -- surfaced at a Massage Envy in Tucson, AZ around noon -- where she was chatting with a front desk attendant, seemingly chatting about some services for herself.

In these images, obtained by TMZ, you can see she's not really trying to go incognito ... but we're told she was somewhat soft-spoken while interacting with the employee, and trying not to draw attention.

That's a tall order when you were the biggest thing on reality TV for several months.

We know Rachel has family there, so presumably she's staying with them right now ... on the heels of checking out of a mental health facility, where we're told she'd been for 100 days.

Considering RL was by herself for this outing, with no cameras around and no sign of any other 'Vanderpump' cast members ... this supports the growing sentiment Rachel's probably skipping out altogether on filming Season 11.

Production has been underway since June, and we're already into August ... with the rest of the cast ensconced in whatever storylines have cropped up at this point. As we reported -- several cast members are feeling like it's a no-go for Rachel, and that they won't see her.

That's definitely crappy for Bravo, which almost certainly wanted her to be in the mix to keep the drama going -- but there's no telling what this season is shaping up to be with her MIA.

In the meantime, Rachel's doing what's best for her.

"The Bachelorette" alum Kaitlyn Bristowe is opening up about her split from Jason Tartick ... and she's hinting at the possibility of a second chance between them.

Kaitlyn shared her post-breakup thoughts Monday at LAX, admitting she's holding up alright in the days following their called-off engagement ... and says it's been easier because they have so much respect for each other.

She was asked who made the call to split up, and says it was a mutual decision ... but then quickly raises this interesting possibility -- she says all hope for reconciliation isn't lost, and the door "isn't permanently closed."

As for their 2 dogs, Ramen and Pinot, Kaitlyn says she'd take full ownership if it was up to her ... but admits she and Jason are happily co-parenting the pups, for now.

You'll recall, Kaitlyn and Jason announced their breakup Sunday on social media, saying they'd called off their engagement after 4 years together.

Tom Brady is reflecting on the past 45 years after returning from his African safari vacation ... saying the trip helped remind him life is all about "relationships and memories."

TB12 was in his feels following his getaway with the kids ... releasing a heartfelt message on Instagram about the lasting impact his visit to "the most amazing continent" had on him.

"To wake up to sunrises and untouched parts of our beautiful planet, to witness these animals in all their glory, to see how different people can live with true joy and happiness continues to bring me great lessons in learning," Brady said.

The seven-time Super Bowl champ explained the mental reset came at the perfect time ... as he's preparing for the next chapter of his life.

Brady even included two quotes -- "The life you lead, is the lesson you teach" and "If I am not for myself, who will be for me? If I am not for others, what am I?" -- and added he will continue to use the mantras as he embarks on the rest of his journey.

"I am taking these next days one at a time, focusing on being my best self for me, and others, and living a life of integrity and purpose," Brady said.

The self-reflection comes amid some of the biggest changes of Brady's life -- he's recently divorced from Gisele Bündchen, retired from football and back on the dating scene ... spending time with model Irina Shayk in L.A. before heading to Africa.

"The Bachelorette" alums Kaitlyn Bristowe and Jason Tartick have said their goodbyes ... calling it quits on their engagement after 4 years together.

They announced the split in a joint statement, posted on Instagram Sunday ... saying they're "saddened with heavy hearts to share that we have decided to end our engagement," breaking the news after filling in family and close friends.

Kaitlyn and Jason say they're thankful for those that gave them "time and space to process the life-altering decision as there are many emotions and changes to navigate."

They add they'll be co-parenting their 2 dogs, Ramen and Pinot ... and say they'll be remaining friends despite the breakup -- writing, "We feel grateful to be ending our engagement with love and respect for each other," adding it's "heartbreaking" to say goodbye.

Fans of the show remember Kaitlyn first appeared on Chris Soules' season of "The Bachelor," then returned to "The Bachelorette" the same year as the season's lead. As for Jason, he was on Becca Kufrin's season in 2018.

Kaitlyn and Jason met in 2019 when he jumped on an episode of her "Off the Vine" podcast -- they started dating that same year and announced their engagement in May of 2021.

Chloe Bailey hopped back on Gunna's wave this week with a cover of his biggest solo hit to date ... a backpedaling move claims Akademiks, who thinks she should've been riding with Gunna after he got arrested last year!!!

Ak showered Chloe with backhanded complaints on his Rumble channel Friday ... giving props to her looks and acting chops but had no mercy for the review of "Fukumean" freestyle ... and called her skills all types of garbage!!!

He also slandered Chloe's debut album for flopping badly this past March. Like we said, no mercy was given!!!

Chloe and Gunna were publicly dating throughout 2021 but fizzled several months before Gunna was wrapped up in the YSL RICO case with Young Thug.

According to Ak, if Chloe had been singing to Gunna like that in prison, he wouldn't have had to "snitch" on Thug and would have had an unblemished comeback this year.

Jacquees also caught a stray from Ak when he compared him to Chloe. The "R&B King's" patented a lasting rep making hits out of other people's songs -- namely Ella Mai's "Trip" -- and Ak is predicting Chloe will end up the same way.

The stalking arrest for Britney Spears' ex-husband, Jason Alexander, came after he allegedly texted, called, and followed a woman multiple times at the gym ... and then showed up at her house.

In legal docs, obtained by TMZ, a woman says Jason followed her to the parking lot of a Life Time Fitness in Franklin, TN on June 17. She says she told him to leave her alone, but instead stated he sent her tons of texts and called her multiple times.

She says he allegedly drove past her house, turned around, and drove past again the day after the parking lot confrontation ... and even claims he approached her at the pool of the gym while she was with her child.

TMZ broke the story, Jason was booked Wednesday morning for the alleged series of incidents and is being held on a $50k bond.

You'll recall, Britney slapped Jason with a 3-year restraining order last year after he crashed her wedding to Sam Asghari at her home. He ended up doing 128 days in jail for the ordeal.

Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix are avoiding making any eye contact these days, according to him ... which is obviously a challenge considering they're still living together.

TS was leaving the Ziggy Hotel in West Hollywood Thursday night, and pressed on the rumors he and Ariana can barely stomach to look at each other anymore ... and the guy ain't denying it.

The photog brings up a good point -- how the hell is that possible when they're still living under the same roof? Tom's response is sure to drop a few jaws.

TMZ broke the story, Ariana's refusing to film any "Vanderpump Rules" scenes with Tom this season ... and the closest they've gotten to each other on-camera was at SUR last month when the whole cast arrived -- but the 2 made sure to avoid direct convo.

BTW, Tom's also asked about Nick Viall's claims that he snuck photos of Rachel Leviss onto the set of 'Special Forces.' Sounds like that was true, too ... but he's shooting down the idea that he ever showed off the pics proudly.

Britney Spears' ex-husband, Jason Alexander, is in police custody for stalking ... TMZ has learned.

According to online records, Alexander's being held in a Tennessee jail. He was booked around 10:30 Wednesday morning ... and is currently being held on $50K bond. Unclear when he's due in court.

Of course, it's not the first time Jason -- who was married to Britney for just 55 hours in 2004 after a Vegas ceremony -- has been in trouble with the law.

TMZ broke the story, Jason busted into Britney Spears' home on her wedding day back in June 2022 repeatedly saying he needed to talk to Britney, despite the fact he wasn't even on her wedding guest list.

Alexander made it as far as Britney's bedroom door, cops say he was armed with a knife, but thankfully never came face-to-face with Britney. He was eventually pinned down outside the home by employees setting up for the wedding until cops arrived and took him into custody.

Britney got a 3-year restraining order against Jason for the incident, and he was hit with a slew of charges including felony stalking, vandalism, and trespassing battery.

He pleaded no contest to aggravated trespass and battery, both misdemeanors, and two charges were dismissed -- felony stalking and misdemeanor vandalism. Jason was sentenced to 128 days in jail for the wedding fiasco.

Reese Witherspoon has settled her divorce with her estranged husband, just four months after she first filed.

According to new court docs, obtained by TMZ, Reese and Jim Toth both signed a marital dissolution agreement ... and the exes also signed off on a parenting plan for their 10-year-old son.

The exact details aren't clear yet, but the agreement is typically presented to the judge, who then, routinely, signs off on it.

Remember ... Reese announced back in late March that she and Jim had decided to end their marriage after 12 years together ... and we were told the split was amicable.

Reese followed through a week after the announcement, officially filing for divorce and noting the two had a prenup in place.

The divorce never appeared to get nasty, at least not in public or in court docs, and now they seem ready to go their separate ways.

Lil Meech is trying to save face after Summer Walker called him out, accusing him of flushing their relationship down the toilet -- he says the video of him allegedly visiting a sneaky link isn't what it seems.

A Houston-area DJ put Meech on blast Tuesday by posting the door cam vid of the "BMF" star visiting a woman NOT named Summer Walker, and it appears he stayed a while and got kinda comfy.

Well, Meech hopped on IG after the damning video began to spread to claim the woman was his cousin, and he was merely helping her with some grocery bags. We're gonna keep it a buck -- Meech seemed to be holding back laughter while offering his "groceries" explanation. Take that however you want.

For her part Summer was anything but amused after seeing the video and vented about the fizzled relationship, and her confusion over Meech's behavior.

She says Meech pursued her for years, and even played stepdaddy ... only to "embarrass" her.

Britney Spears won't see her kids before they leave the mainland ... the boys are all set to move to Hawaii with her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, without saying bye to their mother.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Britney and Kevin's two boys, Jayden James and Sean Preston, are moving to Hawaii Tuesday with K-Fed and his wife, Victoria.

Britney hasn't seen her kids in well over a year, and we're told that's not going to change before Kevin moves the boys out of California, where their mother lives.

TMZ broke the story ... Kevin was encouraging the boys to see Britney before they left, but he wasn't going to force them to sit down with their mom if they weren't up for it.

Our sources say Kevin's relieved Britney didn't fight the move in court, and he feels she did the right thing by allowing the boys to relocate to Hawaii.

Harry Styles is sailing off into the sunset after wrapping his nearly 2-year-long tour -- but it seems he can't quite shake everything that came with it ... like, perhaps, Olivia Wilde.

The singer is still out in Italy, enjoying a little R&R after completing his final show in Reggio Emilia. On Friday, he went on a little boat trip on a lake in Bolsena -- where he and some pals (James Corden included) were soaking up the sun. And, yes ... HS went shirtless.

Besides the fact that he's got a ripped bod, he's also got a ton of tattoos all over his torso. More importantly, though, he has leg tats as well -- one in particular here stands out.

Peep ... it's ink on his thigh, of all places, and it clearly reads "Olivia." There's another word right underneath that, but it's harder to make out what that one is, or what the connection is. Of course, for the Olivia tat ... folks are obviously assuming it's related to his recent ex.

There's another possible explanation ... in 2015, One Direction put out a song called 'Olivia,' so this could be related to that. Considering we haven't seen this tat on him before, though -- many are speculating it's fairly recent. If it is ... well, that's certainly interesting.

As you know ... Harry and Olivia dated for the better part of a year or so, and they seemed head over heels for quite a long time. Of course, their relationship wasn't without drama.

Seeing how Harry dating Olivia caused a lot of strife (at least among his fans) ... ya gotta wonder if he'll have this removed at some point -- again, assuming it is in fact related to her.

Jeremy Allen White might be getting divorced, but he's still on great terms with his estranged wife -- as seen in these pics ... which show them playing nice with their cubs.

The 'Bear' star hit up a park in L.A. Saturday, where he reunited with Addison Timlin and their 2 young daughters, Ezer and Dolores. We're hearing there was some kind of soccer practice going down ... and that Jeremy showed up for what seems to be a little daddy time.

As you can see, he was playing with their kids ... and the 4 of them actually walked to the parking lot together. More importantly, though -- JAW embraced Addison ... quite lovingly.

The exes were seen hugging it out a few different times, and it looks like Jeremy even planted a kiss on Addison's head at one point as they were departing. On its face, it looked like they were all kumbaya -- and yes, this is a very clear example of solid co-parenting.

We know that, for now, they're going their separate ways ... but it's just evidence that not every Hollywood divorce has to be ugly. They oftentimes are (see Costner), but it looks like Jeremy and Addison got this thing figured out, at least when it comes to their little ones.

Jeremy and Addison married in 2019, but were together for a while before that. Of course, Jeremy's star is on the rise because of his hit show ... but it's still all love for the fam.

12:55 PM PT -- As it turns out, there's a perfectly good explanation for why Kyle is hanging with Morgan in Aspen of all places -- and it's strictly business, as TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us Morgan's actually got a show in town later this weekend, which explains why she's there herself. As for Kyle, we're hearing she's actually shooting a docuseries in Aspen as well ... so, it seems like their paths naturally crossed.

Folks are, no doubt, going to still speculate about KR and MW -- seeing how they've been hanging out a lot lately -- but on its face, it would appear they're just good friends.

Kyle Richards isn't putting out the fire over speculation about her and Morgan Wade -- in fact, she's kinda throwing gas on ... 'cause now, they're out in Colorado, just the 2 of 'em.

The 'RHOBH' star was spotted hitting the town in Aspen Friday with none other than Morgan tagging along, right by her side. In photos obtained by TMZ, you can see them cruising into a shop and perusing the shelves ... eyeing jewelry and other knickknacks strewn about.

We're told that while Kyle and Morgan did have a little entourage with them ... they were mostly left to their own devices, and didn't really leave each other's side during the pop-in.

Now, while they were definitely rolling together ... eyewitnesses say there were no clear signs of PDA between them during this outing. Still, though -- them continuing to hang out as much as they do (which is a lot) is further fueling rumors that they're a romantic item.

They've publicized their close friendship for about a year and a half now -- going on vacays together and whatnot ... but folks are thinking they're actually dating now, especially in the wake of Kyle's current separation with her longtime husband, Mauricio Umansky.

Kyle recently made it seem like she and Mauricio were working things out -- but in this instance ... the guy is nowhere to be found. So it's unclear where things stand, TBH.

Whether Morgan is Kyle's girlfriend or not ... at least she's in good company through all this.

Ariana Grande hasn't seen her boyfriend Ethan Slater in person for awhile ... because he's preoccupied with his estranged wife and their divorce, and she's giving him space to work things out.

.Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Ariana and her 'Wicked' costar haven't been in the same city for several weeks. Ethan's currently in New York, trying to navigate the end of his marriage with estranged wife, Lilly Jay.

Our sources say Ariana is coming to Los Angeles this weekend. We're told she and Ethan want to see each other, but that's not in the cards for the immediate future.

Ethan's got a lot to work out with Lilly ... they share a child together and, as we first reported, he "desperately" wants to co-parent their baby son. We've been told Ethan and Lilly have been talking daily, mostly about their little boy.

Remember ... Ariana and Ethan started dating several months ago while filming 'Wicked' together, a romance that came as a surprise to Lilly, who is feeling betrayed and heartbroken.

To be clear, sources close to Ariana and Ethan have maintained they were both split from their spouses -- Dalton Gomez and Lilly -- when they first got together.

Ethan's since filed for divorce ... and divorce docs are on the horizon for Ariana and Dalton.
