Raquel Leviss and her family are so terrified after a wave of death threats stemming from her affair with Tom Sandoval, they've contacted the country's top law enforcement source for help ... TMZ has learned.

The "Vanderpump Rules" star's rep tells TMZ ... Raquel and her family have been on the receiving end of violent and graphic death threats both online and over the phone that has gotten so bad they've had to contact the FBI.

We're told some of the alleged threats include messages sent to Raquel through social media, saying ... "Tear you limb from limb" and "Un-alive and dump the body."

A source close to Raquel tells TMZ ... it's understandable why people hate her for the Scandoval, but to elevate that hate to the point of threatening Raquel and her family takes things too far and is disturbing.

A spokesperson for the FBI tells TMZ ... "FBI neither confirms nor denies investigations. Obviously, we review all allegations reported to us and encourage anyone who believes their life is in imminent danger to call 911."

As we reported, Raquel's getting mental health treatment in the wake of the cheating scandal, and we haven't seen her out in public in weeks ... so she's clearly in a bad spot, and the alleged threats aren't helping.

As we reported ... Tom and Raquel were raked over the coals during part one of the "VPR" reunion, with some of their fellow costars threatening Tom with violence.

But death threats are on a whole other level.

Kim Kardashian is clearly seein' red, at times, when it comes to her ex-husband Kanye West ... ripping into him for publicly talking about her sex tape, and cooking up rumors she was hooking up with Drake behind his back.

KK went off about Ye during the season 3 premiere of "The Kardashians," telling Kris Jenner how "exhausted" she's been with her ex-hubby's behavior ... saying he spread the rumor she was having an extramarital affair with Drake -- with whom Kanye's had beef.

Remember, Kanye put Kim, their family and friends through hell for weeks on social media. Not only did he attack Pete Davidson, but he also took racist shots at Trevor Noah -- eventually getting him suspended from Instagram.

At the time, it seemed like Kanye found a new victim almost daily, but Kim remained his most sought-after target. Something that understandably was weighing on the mother of 4. He also posted videos accusing Kim of keeping the kids from him -- something that just wasn't true.

As Kim sees it ... Ye, who once bragged he's her ultimate protector, is doing the opposite these days, which she says includes uncomfortably bringing up her sex tape with Ray J all those years ago.

Kim goes on to say his "insane" narratives are a common occurrence, but believes all the stuff he's been spewing will mess up their kids more than her tape ever could. She even says Ye wants to approve what she says about him on the show ... which, obviously, didn't go his way.

As we reported, Kim and Ye called it quits in 2021 and finalized their divorce the following year. Since the split, we've seen him call out his ex-wife quite a bit over co-parenting -- especially when she was at the heat of her relationship with Pete Davidson.

Back in December, Kim said she tries her best to keep the parental drama away from her 4 kids' eyes ... jumping to great lengths to keep the noise to a minimum around them.

Tom Sandoval can't catch a break from a single one of his castmates, including Tom Schwartz ... who's now revealed he knew about his friend's affair much sooner than Sandoval let on.

Andy Cohen got down to the nitty gritty with the "Vanderpump Rules" cast Wednesday on part 1 of the show's highly-anticipated reunion ... asking Schwartz when Sandoval told him about his affair with Raquel Leviss.

Schwartz says August, which seems to catch Sandoval by surprise because he'd maintained a different timeline. But, the folks at Bravo were quick to cut to a prior sit-down interview between Andy and Sandoval, where he says he told his friend in January ... a whole 5 months later.

The entire 'VPR' gang was sure to call out Sandoval on his lie. Lala Kent straight up asked, "What you guys didn't get your timelines straight before this?!"

As we reported, Sandoval got destroyed on Wednesday's episode for blowing up his 10-year relationship with Ariana and cheating with Raquel.

What's more interesting about the timeline mix-up ... in front of cameras, Sandoval had urged Schwartz to hook up with Raquel, despite the fact he'd already had sex with her -- and Raquel and Schwartz actually did kiss in August.

Sandoval tried making it clear, he and Raquel had only had a "one night stand" at that point, and later rekindled their flame. Strange turn of events, to say the least ... and there are 2 more parts of this reunion to come!

Ariana Madix says Tom Sandoval cheated on her with Raquel Leviss while they were all in the same house -- and even when Ariana was sleeping in another room!!!

The "Vanderpump Rules" star made the stunning revelation in her new interview with host Alexandra Cooper on the "Call Her Daddy" podcast.

In Wednesday's episode, Ariana explains Tom -- her former boyfriend -- and Raquel -- her ex-best friend -- were sneaking around behind her back and jumping into the sack with each other. And it was all secretly going on as the three were filming 'VPR' this past season.

Ariana put it like this ... "I think they had sex in my guest room while I was sleeping in my own bed that he and I went to bed in together and then he left the bed and went to the guest room and f***ed her."

Ariana also addressed speculation she and Tom had an open 9-year relationship. She said, "Honestly, I think [that rumor] came from him," meaning Tom.

She added Tom never told her they were not monogamous ... and, according to Ariana, they were still romantic, sleeping in the same bed and going out on dates -- even on Valentine's Day.

Then Ariana tackled Tom's claim he repeatedly tried to put the kibosh on their relationship. She says the two discussed calling it quits during an "hours-long" convo in which she threatened to abandon the reality show, move out of L.A. and deactivate her Instagram account.

And Ariana made one point abundantly clear ... she never wanted to kill herself even though Tom claimed she threatened suicide after their breakup. She said, "I was saying that this life will be over for me, because I'll go do something else... I'm not talking about physically harming myself."

Despite warning signs, Ariana admitted she ignored the fact Tom was hanging out more with friends at bars while she was sitting home alone.

Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix's late friend, Ali Rafiq, collapsed in his parents' house before he was eventually found dead ... TMZ has learned.

Ali's sister, Rabia Rafiq, tells us her mother found Ali on the floor of their St. Louis home Friday afternoon, and she says it appears he had fallen and hit his head on a table.

We're told Ali was found dead on the floor around 4 PM Friday ... about 3 hours after they believe he passed. He had called his father from the house about 4 hours earlier.

Ali's sister says her brother had no known illnesses, other than asthma ... and the family didn't believe that was ever a serious issue for him. We're told there were no signs of foul play, and no indicators as to why he collapsed.

Ali was a big foodie who loved to post pictures of his meals, but his sister says he was not overweight or unhealthy.

The Rafiqs are Muslim and Ali's sister says their religion calls for bodies to be buried ASAP ... so the family buried Ali on Saturday, right after his body was released to the family.

Because Ali died Friday and was buried the next day, we're told Tom did not have a chance to fly out to St. Louis in time for the burial. We're told Tom got to his hometown Sunday and has been spending time with Ali's parents, and visiting the gravesite to say goodbye to his friend.

Ali's sister says Tom's parents attended Saturday's funeral and FaceTimed with Tom so he could feel like he was there ... and Ariana sent flowers.

As we reported ... Ariana looked somber Saturday when she got back into town from her trip to NYC, paying tribute to Ali with a social media post. Tom also shared a remembrance post.

Ali's sister says his death certificate cites "organ failure" as the cause of death, but the family is waiting for toxicology reports to learn what really happened.

Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello are definitely giving their relationship a real second chance ... because they're still going strong after making out at Coachella.

Shawn and Camila were out for a coffee date Tuesday in New York City, holding hands and looking super happy as they strolled around the Big Apple.

The rendezvous comes a little over a month after we last saw Shawn and Camila together ... when they were holding hands in Santa Monica on the heels of their music festival hookup.

Remember ... Shawn and Camila started dating back in 2019 and they stuck together through the pandemic, even quarantining together.

But, they broke up in November 2021, and there were plenty of rumors -- and some photos -- suggesting Shawn was moving on ... potentially with his chiropractor, Dr. Jocelyne Miranda.

That is until last month when the exes met up at Coachella and ended up kissing, hugging, and dancing in the desert.

BTW, Dr. Miranda had a front-row seat for the couple's Coachella PDA ... so, that rumor looks like it was empty calories.

Ariana Madix is officially saying goodbye to the last major tie she had to her ex-boyfriend, Tom Sandoval ... moving out of the place they once called home together.

The "Vanderpump Rules" star was spotted Monday at their Valley Village crib, gathering some of her things and loading up a U-Haul moving truck. Ariana had a few folks on hand, helping her put items into different vehicles.

Ariana certainly looks happy to move on, sporting a huge smile on her face, even pausing to relish in the moment on IG with a cheery selfie vid captioned, "ready to dip out 😏."

Remember, Tom and Ariana were still living under the same roof, up until now ... despite their 10-year relationship coming to an explosive end once she found out Tom cheated on her with their 'VPR' costar Raquel Leviss.

The two each owned 50 percent of the home, per property records. As we reported, they were sleeping in separate rooms and pretty much avoiding any communication as much as possible.

Kroy Biermann says his estranged wife, Kim Zolciak, spends so much time gambling their money away online, she can't take care of their kids ... and now he's asking the judge to order a mental evaluation for her.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Kroy says Kim's been showing some "very troubling behavior" that's accelerated in the months leading up to their divorce.

Kroy claims Kim has admitted to him that she's spending a lot of time and money on online gambling and other games of chance, and he claims her "compulsion" has devastated the family financially.

What's more, Kroy claims Kim is so consumed with online gambling she's unable to properly care for the couple's four minor children ... and as a result, he says he's concerned for the kiddos' safety and well-being.

Kroy says it's in the best interest of their kids for Kim to sit for a psych exam ... he suspects her alleged gambling problem may be the result of underlying mental health issues like depression, anxiety, narcissistic personality disorder, bipolar disorder or ADHD.

TMZ broke the story ... Kim and Kroy are deep in the hole, owing more than $1 million to the IRS.

The divorce is getting uglier by the day ... Kroy's legal papers come on the heels of Kim asking a judge to step in and force Kroy to get a drug test.

As we first reported ... both Kim and Kroy filed separate divorce petitions earlier this month, and they are both seeking custody of the kids ... and the recent filings indicate things are getting nasty.

Anwar Hadid seems to be sending shots at his ex-girlfriend, Dua Lipa, after she stepped out with her new boyfriend, Romain Gavras, for the first time.

Anwar made a bunch of Instagram posts on Sunday with some concerning messages that seemingly were directed at Dua, who made her public debut with her new boo over the weekend. In one post, the 23-year-old model posted a selfie and captioned it, "Trying to not to find and kill him."

Anwar didn't say who he was directly referring to, but it took fans no time to conclude he was taking aim at his ex. Dua and Romain -- a 41-year-old French director -- made a big splash Friday at the Cannes Film Film Festival.

In a mirror selfie, he wrote "I can't breath," followed by random posts of the ground -- one included the words, "I hate the way you say my name," ... and another said, "Have fun."

As fans started assuming Anwar was talking about Dua, one commented ... "he's obsessed... WHAT OMG... Oh What does he want from her."

Dua and Anwar were first tied together back in 2019 ... they wound up calling it quits about 2 years later. They reportedly split up because they were both traveling too much.

Dua and her new guy have reportedly been getting to know each other over the last several months.

Ariana Madix looked exhausted Saturday leaving LAX ... emotionally drained after losing her close friend Ali Rafiq.

The Vanderpump Rules star kept her shades on as she made her way through the terminal in a brown sweatshirt and matching pants.

She arrived back in L.A. the same day she paid tribute to Rafiq, sharing a photo of them on Instagram.

"I keep wanting to text you. It feels like this can't even be real. We were just planning your trip to LA. Talking about our futures and all the things we were looking forward to,' she wrote, before ticking off the things she missed about her late friend.

While the two were obviously close, Madix actually met Rafiq through her ex, Tom Sandoval. The duo were childhood besties, and Tom also shared a post in remembrance.

Madix's life has been full of change recently, starting with the end of her nine-year relationship with Sandoval after discovering he cheated on her with her close friend, Raquel Leviss.

She's dealt with the fallout from the breakup for the last two months and even seemed to be putting the drama in her rearview by firing up a new relationship with fitness coach Daniel Wai.

Matt Healy is learning ... when you're Taylor Swift's boyfriend, it's virtually impossible to escape the limelight.

The 1975 frontman found that out recently ... he was caught on video dashing up a flight of stairs at Taylor's Manhattan townhouse with what appeared to be an overnight bag gripped tightly in his hand.

When Matt got to the entrance, a man -- presumably a security guard -- threw open the front door. Matt zipped inside, heading through the lobby as the guard shut the door and followed.

The video started to spread on social media Friday, but it was purportedly shot Thursday night by a mysterious shutterbug. It's clear that Matt was trying to be inconspicuous as he rushed inside Taylor's building, but obviously it didn't work.

Safe to say, though, Matt was probably not sweatin' it given the fact he's dating the biggest pop star in the world. This kinda thing just goes with the territory.

As we reported, Matt and Taylor became an item after Taylor called it quits with her longtime boyfriend, actor Joe Alwyn, in April. Since then, the two have been almost inseparable with Matt accompanying Taylor on her Eras Tour to cheer her on as she performs.

Matt has also spent some time with Taylor's dad, Scott Swift, at one of her recent concerts in Philadelphia. The couple have also been on a double date with friends and recording in the music studio together.

Amber Heard and Johnny Depp are both thriving in Europe, but leading very different lives -- while he's getting standing ovations in Cannes, she's keeping things lowkey as she goes about another day in Spain.

Priscilla tells TMZ ... "Although I don't plan on going anywhere anytime soon. It is my family's and my wish for me to be laid to rest with my daughter and the love of my life when that time comes. We appreciate the love from all of the fans."

Ariana Madix isn't buying the whole idea her ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval and their costar Raquel Leviss called it quits ... insisting it's all part of a PR stunt.

Ariana opened up during Wednesday's episode of "Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen”, shortly after the explosive finale of "Vanderpump Rules" aired ... and following news reports Tom and Ariana pulled the plug on their relationship.

Ariana tells Andy, "I don’t buy that at all. She was sending letters to my house like four days ago.” When asked if the letters were sent from Raquel's "treatment facility" AM responded, "I guess. I don’t know."

AM, who still lives with her ex, insists she never opened the letters because, after all, that would be illegal, but she's certain they are Raquel's handwriting.

The 'Scandoval' played out on-and-off screen during Wednesday's final episode ... and some think not coincidentally, reports surfaced that very same day Tom and Raquel broke up.

Ariana makes it really clear she and Tom are not communicating, but sees RL's letters to Tom as a clear sign the two are still together.

There's still a 3-part reunion in the can to unpack all the drama ... as far as if Tom and Raquel are really dunzo, only time will tell.

Billie Eilish and Jesse Rutherford have broken up ... TMZ has confirmed.

The "lovely" singer's rep tells us ... "We can confirm Billie and Jesse did split amicably and remain good friends. All cheating rumors are false. Both are currently single."

The breakup marks the end of a short-lived relationship ... we first saw Billie and Jesse hanging out -- and making out -- back in October, and in November they went Instagram official.

But Billie and Jesse, the lead singer for the band The Neighbourhood, had not been seen together in public since last month when they went to Coachella.

Billie seemed to signal trouble with the relationship earlier this month, when she showed up to the Met Gala without Jesse, dressed in all black.

While Billie was reportedly seen cozying up to "Love, Victor" actress Ava Capri at a Met Gala after-party, we're told neither Billie nor Jesse was unfaithful when they were dating.

Still, it's unclear what led to the split ... Page Six was first to report it.

Remember ... Billie and Jesse first sparked dating rumors in October 2022 when a viral video showed them walking out of a haunted house together, holding hands.

TMZ broke the story ... the Hollywood Horror Nights outing came the night after Billie and Jesse went on a dinner date at a famous Los Angeles vegan restaurant, where they also looked like a couple.

A couple days later, Billie and Jesse showed off some PDA, kissing in front of cameras.
