Lisa Vanderpump has some big decisions to make about Tom Sandoval and her restaurant empire -- in light of his Raquel Leviss affair -- and she says their public apologies aren't enough to make things right.

The "Vanderpump Rules" boss lady shared her thoughts on "Watch What Happens Live" Wednesday night, telling Andy Cohen ... Tom's second public apology to Ariana Madix didn't even seem like something he wanted to do.

She isn't fond of Raquel's mea culpa, either ... and, for LV's money, a situation this messy requires a proper sit-down and discussion -- she says that's the only way things can get back on track.

She also tells Andy about her thoughts on future business ventures, now that the backlash on Tom and Raquel is in full swing -- and you gotta see her take on Scheana Shay allegedly punching Raquel last week.

Lisa's not necessarily advocating violence ... but, she fully understands!

BTW -- we got Lisa as she was heading into 'WWHL' in NYC. She says she's been chatting with Ariana since we broke the news about the cheating scandal ... it doesn't sound like she's doing too well.

"Vanderpump Rules" star Tom Sandoval has finally issued an apology to Ariana Madix nearly a week after he blew up their 10-year relationship over an affair he had with castmate Raquel Leviss.

Tom took to Instagram Tuesday night and directly addressed Ariana -- something he didn't do the first time he apologized for his romance with Raquel.

He wrote, "I want to first and foremost apologize to everyone I've hurt through this process. Most of all, I want to apologize to Ariana. I made mistakes, I was selfish, and made reckless decisions that hurt somebody I love. No one deserves to feel that pain so traumatically and publicly."

Tom continued, "I can only imagine how devastating this has been for Ariana and everyone around us. I feel really horrible about that. My biggest regret is that I dishonored Ariana."

He also went down memory lane, discussing the love he had for Ariana over the years, particularly behind the cameras of "Vanderpump Rules." He continues, "Some of our best times together were never filmed," adding, "The same goes for some of our biggest struggles."

Tom also said he was "beyond sad" for hurting so many people and acting in a way that doesn't reflect who he really is.  He ended with this, "I will continue to reflect and work on myself. I have work to do. I always have, and I always will."

Hours before issuing his second apology, Tom was spotted heading inside an L.A. building that houses many psychotherapy offices, apparently to talk things out with a shrink. His therapy sesh seemingly worked because he corrected his first apology in which he said sorry to everyone except Ariana.

As you know, Ariana found out about Tom's affair after reading his sexually explicit text messages with Raquel. Ariana then confronted Tom and the situation turned ugly, bringing their longtime relationship to a screeching halt.

Avril Lavigne's looking carefree with her new BF, but her ex-fiancé, Mod Sun, is having a hard time watching her move on so quickly and so publicly.

Sources close to Mod Sun tell TMZ … he's been down in the dumps since his split from Avril, which, as we first reported, was far from a mutual decision. As if being blindsided by the abrupt end to their engagement wasn't bad enough -- we're told he feels absolutely devastated by her budding romance with Tyga.

Avril and Tyga have been together all over Paris for Fashion Week, and they're pouring on the PDA pretty heavily... we just shared shots of them locking lips Monday night at one event.

Those pics are especially triggering for Mod.

Our sources pointed out Avril and her new guy are making out in the same city where Mod got down on bended knee to propose almost a year ago -- so, he views Avril parading around Paris as a huge slap in the face ... or even vengeful toward him.

We're told he feels he did nothing wrong, which is what makes Avril's new relationship a tough pill to swallow.

TMZ broke the story ... Avril recently called off their engagement, just a few days after Mod started touring in support of his "God Save The Teen" album.

According to sources close to Avril, they'd been "off and on" for months, and it just wasn't working -- but Mod sources claim they were together without interruption and living together.

You'll recall, MS recently opened up about the breakup on IG ... saying his fans and tour life were helping him get through it all.

Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix seemed to be very much a couple just days before TMZ broke the story of their split ... and we've now learned more details about what specifically led to the couple's sudden end.

Sources close to the former pair tell us it was a series of text messages Ariana discovered Wednesday night between Tom and Raquel Leviss that caused her to believe he was cheating. We're told the messages and video were "sexual in nature" ... leading to a confrontation between Ariana and Tom.

Our sources tell us from there, Ariana told friends she found out Tom and Raquel had actually been seeing each other secretly for months -- as far back as the summer.

We're told there was growing suspicion between the former couple's friends that something may have been going on between Sandoval and Raquel ... but it was totally a surprise to Ariana.

As we told you, Ariana was spotted supporting Tom Wednesday night while he performed with his band and debuted a new single. In fact, eyewitnesses at the show say they were kissing and having a good time together -- very much still a couple.

Apparently, Tom has a different version ... a source close to Tom told us things had been unraveling between him and Ariana for quite some time ... but gotta say, that wasn't evidenced Wednesday before she'd discovered the text messages.

Tom and Ariana got together back in 2013 when she joined "Vanderpump Rules" as a full-time cast member ... while they never got married, they were certainly one of the anchor couples on the reality show for years.

The Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras frontman took the stage with his band on Friday night at the City National Grove in Anaheim, CA ... and made a few comments to the crowd during his performance about the split.

Sandoval takes a sip of his drink after finishing up his new hit single, and you can hear some cheers ... but also others chanting, "Cheater, Cheater" or "Ariana!" from the audience.

In a TikTok video, you hear him respond, "We love her," while at another moment he addressed how most are choosing Ariana's side saying, -- "Have you ever been one of the most hated people in America?" according to Us Weekly.

The show comes just hours after TMZ broke the story of Tom and Ariana calling it quits after she discovered texts on his phone Wednesday night between Tom and costar Raquel Leviss. The messages and video were described as "sexual in nature" leading Ariana to confront him about his alleged cheating.

"Vanderpump Rules" producers are wasting no time in documenting the split and fallout between Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix after he cheated on her with a costar ... already getting the two in front of show cameras.

Our 'VPR' sources say both Tom and Ariana got together at their home Friday morning to talk about the end of their relationship. We're told cameras were rolling through the whole thing, and it was, at times, an emotionally charged situation.

The goal, our sources say, is to work the content into season 10 of 'Vanderpump' -- it's already airing episodes weekly -- but producers think they can get segments edited and pushed out before the end of the season.

TMZ broke the story, Ariana called it quits with Tom after discovering he'd been cheating with their costar, Raquel Leviss.

Interestingly enough, Ariana was out supporting Tom as recently as Wednesday night when he and his band performed and released a new single.

Show sources tell us Ariana found out about the alleged cheating in the last couple days and ended things with Tom shortly thereafter. We're told producers got word of what went down, and made the decision to fire up the cameras with the entire cast to document the fallout in the coming days ... and the hope is they'll be able to get it in the season currently airing.

What's interesting, Ariana was with Tom as recently as Wednesday to celebrate the release of his new single and perform with his band. However, sources close to Tom tell us the two have been on the outs for some time now.

In the promo for season 10 of 'VPR' it was suggested Tom and Ariana were in an open relationship, but Ariana later shut that down, tweeting, "We dont have an open relationship. i'm really not that cool. thought that was obvious. bisexual ≠ polyamorous."

However, it's been a storyline this season that Raquel has wanted to hook up with the show's other Tom, Tom Schwartz ... the two made out at Scheana Shay's wedding.

Tom and Ariana first got together back in 2013 when she joined the show as a full-time cast member.

Neither Tom or Ariana has addressed the split or what led up to it publicly ... though Ariana deleted her Instagram account.

Mod Sun is breaking his silence for the first time since Avril Lavigne called off the now-former couple's engagement ... saying he's dealing with a broken heart.

The singer took to his Instagram Tuesday to say, "In 1 week my entire life completely changed…I just know there’s a plan for it all. I’ll keep my head up + always listen to my heart, even when it feels broken 💔"

Mod was on tour, promoting his "God Save The Teen" album when TMZ broke the story that his and Avril's relationship was over ... and it appears road life and seeing his fans has worked as therapy.

Mod continues, "Being surrounded by love every night on tour has been an absolute blessing. I have the best friends in the entire world, thanks for always having my back. See you on stage."

Sources connected to the couple told us they'd been "off and on" for several months before Avril decided to pull the plug.

Kristin was adamant about not having more kids unless she met the "love of my freaking life and he wanted one and didn’t have any, maybe, but like, I don’t think so."

She says she's been dating a bit, but nothing serious. "I’m just not in a place for it right now, which is fine.”

Morgan Evans is pointin' fingers at his ex-wife Kelsea Ballerini, claiming what she's been saying about their relationship as it crumbled is far from the truth.

The Australian county singer shared his concerns Tuesday night, saying the things Kelsea has been touting "aren't reality" ... and adding she left out "what really happened."

He doesn't go too much into detail about his side of the story, but notes "If this is what she needs to heal, I hope it helps." He then asks fans to not be mean to him, Kelsea, or each other.

For those unaware, Morgan's post came soon after the trailer dropped for Kelsea's episode on the "Call Her Daddy" podcast ... which highlights the lead-up to their divorce from her perspective, and she calls it a nasty split.

The interview follows the Valentine's Day release of her new EP, "Rolling Up the Welcome Mat," which digs deeper into the collapse of their marriage. To be fair, Morgan dropped a breakup song of his own last year, too.

Avril Lavigne and Mod Sun are no longer together, she's made the tough decision to call off their engagement almost a year after he proposed ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to the now-former couple tell us the two had tried to make things work recently, going "on and off" over the last few months, but it just wasn't right. We're told not only have they hit the brakes on getting married -- they're no longer together as a couple, either.

At this time, it's unclear what led to the split ... but we're told there was no cheating on either side.

The news comes on the heels of photos of Avril out to dinner with Tyga and a group of friends Sunday night at NOBU.

We're told Tyga and Avril appeared extremely comfortable hanging out, and shared a hug in the parking lot before leaving in the same vehicle. The sources we've spoken to say the two are good friends, and have been for some time, but it's nothing romantic.

An interesting note, however, is Mod's rep tells us, "They were together and engaged as of 3 days ago when he left for tour so if anything has changed that's news to him."

Avril and Mod got engaged last year in March during a trip to Paris. He recently released a new album titled "God Save the Teen" with a handful of songs dedicated to Avril.

Bam Margera's wife has tried for years to make things work with her estranged husband, but has apparently decided there's nothing more she can do ... filing for legal separation.

Nicole Boyd filed separation papers Wednesday in L.A. citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the breakdown in her marriage with Bam.

The two have a 5-year-old son, Phoenix, together -- Nicole's asking for both legal and physical custody -- but will allow for Bam to get supervised visitation as long as he foots the bill and it happens in L.A. County.

Nicole is also asking the court to award her spousal support.

Bam and Nicole got hitched in October 2013, and she lists the date of their separation as September 2021.

TMZ broke the story, Nicole filed legal docs back in September 2021 asking the court to award her custody of Phoenix, however, at the time, she didn't file divorce documents.

Jason Sudeikis and Olivia Wilde's former nanny -- who allegedly blabbed to the media about them -- is now taking the ex-couple to court ... claiming they drove her to her wit's end and then some.

The woman's name is Ericka Genaro, and she just filed suit against both actors -- for whom she previously worked between 2018 and 2021. In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Genaro makes even more allegations about the dynamic during this rocky time in the partnership.

According to her ... Olivia abandoned the household, by and large, in 2020 -- around the time she reportedly started her romance with Harry Styles -- and it was because of this that Genaro claims a lot of pressure was put on her to fill in on multiple fronts.

Beyond just being the primary live-in nanny caring for OW and JS's two kids ... Genaro claims she also started to become a shoulder for Jason to lean on -- staying after hours for him to vent and talk about the delicate situation.

While Genaro says she gave Jason her ear, she also says this lopped on an incredible amount of stress and anxiety that she claims became debilitating -- on top of this, she also says her work duties started to be in way more demand, allegedly working round-the-clock.

Genaro says Olivia's absence from the home forced her to fill in on mom duties Olivia would normally undertake -- and she even says she confronted Olivia about this in person while she was filming "Don't Worry Darling" -- claiming Olivia came off as sympathetic and understanding.

However, Genaro says she flipped on a dime ... because she says Jason confronted her about this convo she allegedly had with Olivia, and that increased the tension in the household -- as Genaro says she felt she had to pick sides. Genaro says this anxiety became unbearable and that she was advised by medical professionals that she had to stop working ... essentially, she was given doctor's orders to take a 3-day break from the job.

But Genaro claims Jason wasn't receptive of this ... and allegedly fired her on the spot when she made this known to him.

Genaro claims she was wrongfully terminated, and alleges that Jason and Olivia violated several employment laws in California -- now asking for major damages under FEHA.

We've reached out to reps for Jason and Olivia on the lawsuit ... so far, no word back. But in October, Jason and Olivia told us of the nanny, "As parents, it is incredibly upsetting to learn that a former nanny of our two young children would choose to make such false and scurrilous accusations about us publicly."

Pamela Anderson reached out to Tommy Lee to make things right, and to let him know how she really feels before her Netflix doc aired ... and told her ex-husband he's still her "one true love."

In the text messages, to which Tommy hasn't responded, we're told ... Pamela told the Mötley Crüe drummer how cute their family used to be when they were still together raising their sons ... and she blames the paparazzi for tearing them apart.

We've heard 2 differing sides on Pamela's goal in texting Tommy -- a source close to her tells us she has zero intention of breaking up his marriage, and isn't trying to get back with him. That source says Pam only wanted to express her gratitude for their history.

On the other side, a source close to Tommy tells us while Pam's been portraying herself, at least in public, as being respectful of Tommy's marriage to Brittany Furlan -- in reality, Tommy and Brittany believe she's been trying to get back with him.

Our Tommy sources say Pamela's been repeatedly texting Tommy since he proposed to Brittany, but Tommy doesn't respond, and is respectful of Brittany and happily married.

Some of Pam's texts to Tommy surfaced online ... and we're told she also texts him flirty messages about how she still loves him, and how she believes they will be together when they're old. We're also told she sends Tommy apologies for things that happened in the past.

Our sources say Pam's most recent text to Tommy was in January, right before her documentary, "Pamela, A Love Story" premiered on Netflix. We're told she was expressing heartbreak over their divorce and how she was sorry for hurting Tommy.

It's worth noting ... Brittany recently posted and deleted a TikTok where she joked Pamela wouldn't care if she died. Brittany said she deleted it because she felt like it was going to get twisted, but was clearly just making a joke.

She has been getting attacked online since the documentary dropped and we're told she's had friends and family reaching out to see if she's ok because they feel the doc makes it crystal clear Pam is still very much in love with Tommy.
