Amber Heard says her million-dollar insurance policy does, in fact, have to cover her in the Johnny Depp trial and verdict ... and she's asking a judge to confirm it.

The actress countersued New York Marine and General Insurance Co. after they first asked a judge to let 'em off the hook for a $1 million liability policy she'd taken out to protect her from defamation claims.

Their argument was based on the fact the jury found Amber's committed willful misconduct in her defamation of Johnny -- and under California law, they say that gives them an out in having to fulfill the policy. In other words, they believe they're not responsible.

In new court docs, obtained by TMZ, Amber argues the exact opposite ... namely, that New York Marine promised to pay her defense costs and judgments against her up to a million dollars, no matter what. That's the unconditional deal she claims they struck with her, and she says they haven't lived up to their end of the bargain.

AH says that in trying to wipe their hands clean, they're turning their back on that agreement ... including breach of contract, among other claims.

Antonio Brown is continuing to cross the line in his feud with Tom Brady -- this time, he posted a clearly photoshopped nude pic of Gisele Bündchen on social media.

The troubled ex-NFL receiver shared the image to his Snapchat on Monday ... showing Gisele's face edited on top of another woman's naked body.

A caption was not included, so there's no explanation behind the decision to take another shot at Brady's ex-wife. The slide was later deleted ... but screenshots of AB's post quickly made rounds on Twitter.

It's yet another example of AB burning his Brady bridge to a crisp -- he's completely turned his back on his former teammate in recent months, despite TB12's continuous support throughout his off-field troubles.

Brown has also posted several times about Brady's divorce from Gisele after 13 years together ... including a pic hugging Bündchen after the Bucs' Super Bowl win in 2021.

He also went the bad photoshop route another time ... by putting his face onto Brady's body as Gisele had her arms wrapped around him.

AB seemingly tried to expose Brady by sharing a text conversation from 2021 last week ... in which the 7-time champ called Brown out for acting like "a young immature man that is selfish, self serving, irrational and irresponsible."

The entire 'Power Rangers' fandom is reeling over the death of star Jason David Frank, and we've learned about the sequence of events in the hours leading up to his suicide.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Jason and his wife, Tammie, checked into a Texas hotel Friday. We're told the two -- who are in the middle of a divorce -- got separate rooms, but at some point the estranged couple got into an argument in Tammie's room. We're told staffers were called to calm things down, and peace was restored.

Our law enforcement sources say at some point either late Friday night or early Saturday morning, the two got into another argument and Jason locked Tammie out of his room.

Our sources say Tammie was apparently concerned for his safety and called the cops around 5 AM Saturday morning. When officers couldn't make contact with Jason, we're told hotel management let them in and they discovered the actor hanged himself in the bathroom.

TMZ broke the story of the 49-year-old's death ... we're told Jason died by suicide.

Jason is survived by his 4 kids. His rep told us, "He loved his family, friends and fans very much. He will truly be missed."

Kanye West continues to be anything but cooperative in his divorce proceedings with Kim Kardashian, blowing off a recently scheduled deposition ... and now he's got one more shot to get it right.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Kanye was supposed to get grilled by Kim's attorneys November 16 -- but for whatever reason, he never showed up. The docs state the parties agree the deposition will now happen November 29 at 9:30 AM.

If Kanye misses that date, it could be a serious issue for him, mainly because it won't sit well with the judge during trial ... which is set for December 14.

Of course, Kim and Kanye could hammer out a settlement agreement before the 14th, but as we said, he hasn't been cooperative, so at this point, a settlement seems like a long shot.

Kim's been represented by Disso Queen Laura Wasser throughout the proceedings, while Kanye's gone through at least 5 attorneys. It's clear ... Wasser wants Kanye's depo so she can figure out what the sources of conflict are and what witnesses she wants to call.

It's been nearly two years since Kim first filed for divorce. A judge has already signed the order making Kim and Kanye legally single, but there's still the issues of custody and the division of assets.

Mustard filed for divorce from his wife of less than 2 years back in May, but their relationship is still unraveling in the public eye.

Chanel Thierry took to IG to vent on Friday with claims her estranged producer hubby was being stingy with the spacious cars in their household … and left her with just a Lambo SUV to lug around their 3 kids.

She called the luxury whip a “ghetto birthday gift” and was likely referring to the 2021 Lamborghini Urus Mustard got for her birthday back when they were on happier terms.

Despite the rant, Chanel accused Mustard of being the bitter one who's refusing to pay child support and threatening to ruin her behind the scenes. She also admitted she signed a prenup, a tidbit Mustard had included in the divorce petition he filed in court.

TMZ Hip Hop broke the story … Mustard cited irreconcilable differences in filing for divorce and asked for joint custody of their children.

Pete Davidson and Emily Ratajkowski are very much a thing, but the relationship may cause a serious riff among Pete and his buddies -- namely because he used to pal around with Emily's ex-husband.

Emily filed for divorce from Sebastian Bear-McClard earlier this year after 4 years of marriage ... reports alleged he was unfaithful. Interestingly enough, Pete and Sebastian used to be buddies -- taking in a Knicks game in NYC back in 2020 -- while Sebastian and Emily were still married.

Unclear just how close Sebastian and Pete were, but if there was a legit friendship, you gotta think Pete's new relationship might ruffle some feathers.

Interestingly enough, Emily was on "Late Night with Seth Meyers" last year and gushed about working with Pete on a previous photoshoot -- saying, "He's got the height, obviously women find him very attractive ... He seems super charming, he's vulnerable, he's lovely."

As we reported, Emily was spotted entering Pete's NYC apartment Wednesday night -- the comedian greeted her with a hug before bringing her inside.

Pete Davidson might've been busy hanging out with Emily Ratajkowski, but Kim Kardashian had no problem reminding the world just how hot she is with a series of lingerie pics ... showing off her billion-dollar SKIMS brand in the process.

Kim just opened up her online SKIMS holiday shop, and to christen the launch she modeled some of the lingerie pieces available for customers -- and she looks incredible.

While the shop did just open up, the timing of Kim's post is interesting -- considering it came just a few hours after we posted photos and video of her ex, Pete Davidson, hanging out with Emily Ratajkowski in NYC.

First, Pete attempted to pick Emily up at her place, but when paps foiled that plan, she took an Uber to his place before entering a back door to be greeted by the comedian with a hug. We should also note -- it was Pete's bday.

A new episode of "The Kardashians" also launched Thursday -- and in a cute exchange between Pete and Kim (when they were still dating) -- they joke about the time Pete asked Kim for her number at The Met Gala and she politely denied him, saying she couldn't type it into his phone with her gloves on.

Kim's going to be plenty busy this holiday season, not only with her 4 kids, but she also just opened up a SKKN BY KIM holiday shop at The Westfield Century City in L.A.

Gisele Bündchen and jiu-jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente have raised a lot of suspicion as to possible romantic ties, but we at least now know one of the reasons he's traveled with her to Costa Rica ... he's training her and Tom Brady's kids.

Sources close to Gisele tell us the kids, Benjamin and Vivian, are homeschooled and have a team travel with them to make sure they're receiving all the necessities for their education. We're told there's a full-time teacher who travels to teach the kids their basics -- and Valente as well -- it's also not the first time the group has made the trip to Costa Rica together.

Our sources say Valente handles the physical education aspect of the homeschooling -- which makes sense considering he's trained them in jiu-jitsu -- after connecting in Miami.

Nonetheless, it does feel odd Valente was able to up and leave his jiu-jitsu biz back home for several weeks while he's with Gisele and crew ... though you gotta imagine the money is good.

While it's not 100% clear where Gisele and Joaquim stand, we still haven't seen any PDA, and our Gisele sources are adamant -- there's nothing romantic. However, one source close to the former couple still believes the timing of the trip is interesting considering her and Tom just finalized their divorce.

Gisele Bündchen is makin' moves ... setting up her homestead right next to her ex-hubby.

TMZ has confirmed ... Gisele closed on an $11.5M home in the Miami Beach area, right across the creek where Tom Brady is building a house.

Sources connected with the former couple tell TMZ ... Tom knew Gisele was buying the house and it all has to do with co-parenting -- making it easy for the kids to go back and forth.

Gisele's home is 6,600 square feet and has all the bells and whistles ... a home theater, a gym and a playroom for the kids. It has a dock out back, just like Tom's. Page Six first broke the story of Gisele's purchase.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are back on speaking terms ... they just had a sideline chat during their son's flag football game.

Ye and Kim K both showed up for Saint's game Saturday at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, and they looked pretty chatty with one another.

It was a big game for Saint .... his Sierra Canyon School was playing in the season finale of the NFL Flag Football season, where all the leagues come together and play games in the home of the NFL's Rams and Chargers.

When Saint was on the field, North was chatting with her parents on the sidelines.

It seems the ice is beginning to thaw a bit between Kim and Kanye ... as we previously told you, they weren't talking to each other before this and were basically ignoring each other when they were at other recent events for the kiddos.

As you know ... there were numerous reasons Kim was exasperated with Kanye.

On this occasion, Kim seemed happy talking with Ye ... the photos don't reveal tension between the former husband and wife.

Kanye wasn't wearing his "White Lives Matter" shirt ... like the one he wore at one of North's basketball games last month, when Kim wouldn't even look in his direction.

Fans of R&B and soul music could be livin' it up in a pretty monumental home ... if, of course, you can cough up a ton of cash for Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown's former pad.

The 8,022-square-foot property is out in Alpharetta, GA ... hitting the market last Thursday for $1.9M -- a big chunk of change for this piece of music history.

The entrance is pretty dramatic ... fit with huge iron doors and a sweeping staircase. There's also a library, a terrace upstairs, a mahogany bar and a spa outside.

It's got the obligatory resort-style swimming pool, too ... and those views around the property are fit for legends like Whitney and Bobby.

Whitney bought the place back in 2003, ponying up $1.38M ... she sold the spot 5 years later at a loss for $1.349M. It sold just days after Whitney and Bobby finalized their divorce.

Bravo also shot Bobby's 2005 reality show, "Being Bobby Brown," at the GA property ... so the home's got some screen time under its belt, too.

Drake wasn't only going after Megan Thee Stallion on his new album ... Serena Williams' husband was also name-dropped -- getting called a straight-up "groupie" in a new song.

The OVO rapper released his 16-track joint album, "Her Loss," with 21 Savage on Friday ... and the superstar's hubby, Alexis Ohanian, might not be a fan of a certain track called "Middle of the Ocean."

Here's what he says around the 3:35 mark:

Fans went crazy over the bars on social media -- one person called Drake petty and another said Ohanian deserved it, as he's seemingly taken subtle jabs at the rapper in the past.

Remember, Drake and Serena were a thing back in the day -- TMZ Sports obtained pictures of them kissing in a fancy restaurant in 2015 ... before Ohanian was in the picture.

Drake also went to Williams' Wimbledon match in 2018 ... cheering her on from the crowd.

FYI, this ain't the first time Drake has mentioned Williams in his lyrics -- in his "Worst Behavior" song from 2013, he talks about the tennis legend:

"I'm with my whole set, tennis matches at the crib
I swear I could beat Serena when she playin' with her left."

Williams and Ohanian have not responded to Drake's diss ... but Meg did call him out for targeting her in the "Circo Loco" track.

Scott Disick is doing something we rarely see anymore -- spending some one-on-one time with Kim Kardashian -- as cameras for the family's reality show trailed close behind.

Scott and Kim had a late-night dinner together at Il Fornaio in Woodland Hills Thursday ... where you have to imagine they caught up on the latest family drama, and Kourtney's marriage with Travis Barker.

Fans of "The Kardashians" know Scott's been notably absent from the show lately.

Scott's spoken up about not getting invited to family functions -- for those unaware, he was a big part of Kourtney's life post-breakup, but that changed after she and Travis got hitched.

Selena Gomez has turned her pain into purpose ... looking back, she's calling her breakup with Justin Bieber the best thing that ever happened to her.

The singer opened up about her heartbreak, following her long-term relationship with JB ... in her new doc "Selena Gomez: My Mind & Me."

Selena admitted it was extremely hard ending her relationship in the public eye, saying ... "I felt haunted by a past relationship that no one wanted to let go of, but then I just moved past it. I wasn't afraid anymore."

She went on ... "I feel like I had to go through the worst possible heartbreak ever and then just forgetting everything at the drop of a hand, it was really confusing ... but I just think that needed to happen and ultimately, it was the best thing that ever happened to me."

Selena and Justin dated on and off from 2011 to 2018. There's been all sorts of drama following their split, especially once he got with Hailey Bieber. Selena fans screamed "overlap!!!"

Hailey called BS on that on the "Call Her Daddy" podcast.

It seems Hailey and Selena have moved past all the fan-fueled drama ... even flicking it up together at the Academy Museum Gala in L.A. the following month.

Selena told Rolling Stone ... this kinda drama would've set her back in the past, given her mental health struggles ... but she was able to defuse it with kindness.

Khloe Kardashian is putting her foot down with Tristan Thompson when it comes to footing the bill for their daughter's lavish parties ... something she made clear on True's 4th birthday.

Khloe's approach -- basically, "thanks but no thanks," Tristan -- comes through loud and clear in the latest episode of "The Kardashians." She was throwing a huge birthday bash for their daughter when Kris pulled Khloe aside to let her know Tristan had paid for the whole party behind her back ... and KK wasn't having it.

Khloe immediately shut down the idea, and was adamant she's paying for the entire baby banger by herself.

She told her momager .. "No, he's not taking care of the whole party."

Kris actually defended Tristan, and insisted Khloe should let him pay -- but after going back and forth, Khloe said, "That's nice, but I won't let that happen."

As you know, their relationship has seen a lot of turmoil before they split.

We broke the story ... they had a baby boy via surrogate, but Khloe later found out Tristan had cheated on her again, and had gotten another woman pregnant -- all behind her back.

In recent episodes of the show, she called TT a "liar." They've since been focused on co-parenting and denied rumors about rekindling.

As for the party, he apparently had a game and couldn't attend, but Khloe still wasn't about to let him pay for the whole party.

In her confessional, she said, "I work really hard to do elaborate things for True and I don't need anyone's help."

Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson have moved on -- at least for the time being -- from being a couple ... and are not still in communication, despite some recent reports.

Sources close to the former pair tell us stories that Pete's been reaching out to Kim in light of Kanye's latest episodes are flat-out false. In fact, we're told the two have not seen each other or been in communication at all lately.

Our sources say Kim and Pete would remain friendly if they came face to face, there's no bad blood, but each has their own things going on right now ... Kim with her work and kids and Pete with various movie and TV projects.

As for whether or not the two will ever get back together as a couple -- we're told that scenario is "highly unlikely."

It was back in August when we reported Kim and Pete were calling it quits after dating for 9 months. During their relationship, we saw them date bi-coastal while Pete got closer to Kim's 4 kids, they attended big events together and shared cute pics through social media.

Kim has not been dating anyone, at least publicly, since the split ... and we're told her attention has fully been on her kids while Kanye West continues to fall from public favor after his antisemitic rants, dragging of George Floyd and his family as well as wearing a "White Lives Matter" shirt.
