Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson certainly raised a lot of eyebrows this weekend with many wondering if the former couple had rekindled things yet again ... but we're told it simply isn't happening.

Kim Kardashian held a massive Halloween bash at her Hidden Hills estate for all of the youngins in the Kardashian/Jenner family. However, a video recap North posted from the party had everyone talking because you see Tristan front and center.

Sources connected to both Khloe and Tristan tell us ... he was only there to spend some time with his son and daughter -- he and Khloe aren't an item in any romantic capacity.

What's more, we're told he and Khloe have repaired their relationship to a point where it's easy to co-parent, and Khloe wants Tristan to be able to attend holidays and fun events for their kids for the rest of their lives without drama.

We're told at this time, there's not a chance Khloe would get back with Tristan romantically -- he's destroyed those chances -- they're in a really good place and he's a great dad.

TMZ broke the story, Khloe and Tristan hired a surrogate to bring another baby into the world. However, unbeknownst to Khloe, Tristan had gotten another woman pregnant ... embarrassing Khloe by cheating on her once again.

Quavo apparently isn't done rehashing his past relationship with Saweetie ... using their old elevator fight to create a new visual for a music video.

The 2 active Migos -- Quavo and Takeoff -- dropped the video Monday for their song "Messy" ... and they're dredging up the incident where the then-couple went at each other inside an elevator at LAX.

In the music video, Quavo is solo as he acts out his reimagined elevator scenario. While there's no female companion with him, there is an orange Call of Duty box ... just like the one Saweetie snatched from him during their 2021 altercation.

Quavo co-directed the video with DAPS -- he's clearly in control of the vision ... which refuels the fire from the songs lyrics where he raps, "I said, 'Caresha Please' ’cause she too messy/Bitch f****d my dog behind my back, but I ain’t stressin’/You wanted the gang, you should’ve just said it, we would’ve blessed it."

As we told you at the time, investigators decided not to pursue charges based on insufficient evidence to make a substantial case.

In the court of hip hop law ... Saweetie might want to drop a diss track or something because Quavo has been relentless.

Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady are done ... TMZ Sports has learned the supermodel just filed for divorce from the NFL superstar.

Bündchen just filed the docs in Florida Friday morning, and Tom is not contesting the divorce.

TMZ broke the story ... Tom and Gisele's lawyers were hammering out a settlement during most of the month of October and have reached an agreement on property and child custody. The settlement document was filed with the court as well, but will remain confidential.

Tom says, "In recent days, my wife and I finalized our divorce from one another after 13 years of marriage. We arrived at this decision amicably and with gratitude for the time we spent together. We are blessed with beautiful and wonderful children who will continue to be the center of our world in every way. We will continue to work together as parents to always ensure they receive the love and attention they deserve."

He continues, "We arrived at this decision to end our marriage after much consideration. Doing so is, of course painful, and difficult, like it is for so many people who go through the same thing every day around the world. However, we wish only the best for each other as we pursue whatever new chapters in our lives that are yet to be written."

Similarly, Gisele says ... "The decision to end a marriage is never easy, but we have grown apart and while it is, of course, difficult to go through something like this, I feel blessed for the time we had together and only wish the best for Tom always."

Brady and Gisele began dating back in 2006. They got married in 2009 and went on to have two kids together, Benjamin and Vivian. They've become one of the biggest power couples in Hollywood ... with Tom's net worth estimated at $330 million and Gisele's at around $400 mil.

They've attended countless red carpets together over the years -- especially at the Met Gala, where they've been a constant presence, serving up killer looks and showing off major PDA. In other words, they've always attracted attention on and off the field.

Gisele and Tom have an extensive real estate portfolio ... including at least 3 homes they currently own together, even though they've bought and sold countless properties during their marriage. At the moment, it's known they have mansions in Miami, NYC and Montana.

The properties are just part of a robust list of assets that are certainly going to have to be divvied up as the divorce proceeds. It's been reported they have an ironclad prenup.

Gisele had been a constant in-person supporter of Brady's at his football games throughout his career -- especially at big games, Super Bowls included. However, she's said publicly of late that she was hoping for him to retire. In fact, following his Super Bowl win in Tampa in 2021, Brady said she told him on the field, "What more do you have to prove?"

She's also said repeatedly that she worries about Tom's health as it pertains to pro football.

Brady did retire in 2022 -- but came back months later. Marital issues between the two first started to trickle out thereafter, but it's become clear there have been issues well before this.

The first signs of trouble cropped up earlier this year, ahead of the 2022-2023 season. Remember, Tom took some personal time off this year ahead of the 2022 season, missing upwards of 11 days during training camp in August ... which have mostly gone unexplained. At the time, different sources said he was dealing with his private life -- without elaboration.

In the wake of that, it was reported that Gisele and Brady had lawyered up and were heading down the path of divorce, with no chance of reconciliation. Tom also continued to make comments about his commitment to football -- and his apparent inability to divide his focus during the playing season ... seemingly telegraphing his BTS thought process.

Gisele, for her part, has also taken some not-so-veiled shots at Tom -- taking to social media and saying she can't be in a committed relationship with someone who's inconsistent. She hasn't been showing up to his games this year, although their kids occasionally have.

Tom -- who's yet to publicly address the reported troubles with his wife -- is having a bit of a down season to start the year ... the Bucs are at 3-5 this season, and aren't playing especially well. TB12 has shown signs of frustration with his players during games.

Brady's head coach, Todd Bowles, said Friday he didn't notice the marital issues affecting the quarterback while he was in and around the facility.

"He does his job when he's out here, and he smiles a lot and that's really all you can go by," Bowles said.

Gisele, meanwhile, has been relaxing and spending a lot of time focusing on herself. She's constantly seen out at the gym and looking unbothered, while Tom's season unravels.

Kanye West has lost his shirt over his hateful antisemitic rants, but we've learned he still has his divorce lawyer, and that attorney is working with Kim Kardashian's lawyer to hammer out a settlement so the case doesn't end up in a trial.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... although New York attorney Bob Cohen withdrew as divorce counsel amid Kanye's despicable comments about Jews, he still has attorney Nick Salick repping him. Salick is a Beverly Hills lawyer who Ye hired at the same time as Cohen.

We're told Salick is trying to work out both a custody and property settlement agreement with Kim's longtime divorce lawyer, "disso queen" Laura Wasser. The goal is to avert a trial that is scheduled for December.

It's interesting ... one of the sticking points in the case was that Kanye wanted their 4 kids to attend the Donda Academy, but Kim said no way -- especially since the children were all rooted in an accredited school. If Kanye got his way, the kids would have no place to go since he just shut down Donda.

As for custody ... our sources say although Kanye has been present at several sporting events with the kids, he has not exercised any custodial rights in months. He said last month Kim has 80% custody, but it sounds like she has more.

La La Anthony is spillin' more tea on her marriage to Carmelo ... revealing this week that the Knicks trade for her former NBA superstar hubby led to the couple's "demise."

The T.V. personality went on Alex Cooper's "Call Her Daddy" podcast on Wednesday to talk about the difficulties of being a wife of a 10-time NBA All-Star ... and she unveiled that everything was good between the two -- until New York got involved.

La La -- who married Melo in July 2010 -- says their relationship was gravy when the basketball player was starring for the Denver Nuggets ... but got dicey when he was traded to the Knicks in February 2011.

“When we lived here [in New York] under all of that [attention], that's when things became complicated," La La said.

"I think that was kind of the start. Now that I look back, that was kind of the start of the demise of the marriage."

The NY native says the bright lights of the city weren't the only things that started the problems between her and Melo, but they were some of the hardest things to deal with.

"That's not the only reason things didn't work out, but things got tough with New York. Just constantly being under the spotlight and people watching every little thing."

La La ultimately filed for divorce from Melo in 2021, citing irreconcilable differences, but she told Cooper they're still friends ... and are co-parenting their 15-year-old son, Kiyan, without issues.

"It wasn't all bad," she said. "Like, we had great, great times."

La La says she is dating again ... but is not open to NBA players anymore.

Kim Kardashian is joining members of her family and millions of others in condemning hate against the Jewish community ... coming on the heels of Kanye West's antisemitic words sparking controversy across the country.

Kim just posted on social media ... writing, "Hate speech is never OK or excusable. I stand together with the Jewish community and call on the terrible violence and hateful rhetoric towards them to come to an immediate end."

Of course, the comments come just days after Kanye's "death con 3" comments towards Jewish people ... something that's cost him a number of job opportunities.

As we reported, Kim met with Ivanka Trump for a 3-hour dinner in Beverly Hills Sunday night. An insider at the restaurant told us Kim shared how deeply concerned she's been about Kanye's recent antisemitic statements.

What's more, a rally in L.A. Saturday supported the rapper's comments, with members of the group throwing up Nazi salutes at passing drivers.

Olivia Wilde ain't gonna talk about her elusive salad dressing ... but she does have an important message that she wants the whole world to know.

We got Olivia Thursday at Tracy Anderson's fitness studio in Brentwood, CA ... takin' off after getting a good sweat in. Of course, there was one thing on our photog's mind -- even if it wasn't on Olivia's.

We try and get some answers about her making some more of that dressing, but mum's the word ... instead, she's hoping for people to get out there and vote in the U.S. midterms, coming up in just a few weeks.

As we reported -- OW's former nanny, Erika Genaro, told DailyMail of an incident when Olivia was whipping up her special salad dressing, getting ready to go see Harry Styles for a dinner date -- which allegedly triggered Jason Sudeikis.

After the nanny story spread, Olivia posted an excerpt from Nora Ephron's memoir "Heartburn" which details a salad dressing ... which many believe to be the one Olivia made.

Lamar Odom says he had nothing to do with the post on his personal Facebook page about missing Khloe Kardashian ... 'cause as it turns out, he hasn't had access to that social media account in YEARS.

A recent update on the ex-Lakers superstar's verified page made rounds this week ... with many assuming the 42-year-old was publicly expressing his prolonged feelings for his ex-wife.

"Missing my best friend #memories for life," the post read alongside a throwback pic of the couple cuddled up together.

The account also went on to defend the post ... saying, "Didn't know we not allowed to miss someone regardless if mistakes were made. I'm human just like everyone else but I get it I let people down and I will pay for it forever and that's okay too."

Lamar's current rep, Gina Rodriguez, tells TMZ Sports an old manager is actually behind the Khloe posts ... as well as anything else popping up on his page.

As we previously reported, Lamar fought like hell to regain access to his socials after cutting ties with his old management ... but his Facebook is the last one he still hasn't gotten back.

The former nanny to Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis' kids claims they were nothing but toxic to each other, and listed off alleged reasons why ... but Jason and Olivia say she's telling nothing but lies.

Reports started flying Monday after the ex-nanny told DailyMail the alleged drama ... including how Olivia apparently left Jason for Harry Styles. She also said the two would get into explosive fights -- claiming Jason laid in front of Olivia's car once to prevent her from leaving to go see Harry.

The nanny also claimed Jason once got very upset when Olivia made her "special salad dressing" for Harry.

Olivia and Jason are calling BS, though -- telling TMZ ... "As parents, it is incredibly upsetting to learn that a former nanny of our two young children would choose to make such false and scurrilous accusations about us publicly."

They go on to call their former nanny's claims an "18 month long campaign of harassing us, as well as loved ones, close friends and colleagues" ... something they say they've reached their limit with.

OW and JS tell us they'll continue to focus on raising and protecting their kids ... "with the sincere hope that she will now choose to leave our family alone."

As for Harry and Olivia, all seems well ... we got shots of them grabbing dinner in NYC just a few weeks ago, and she's been spotted at his shows.

The perceived drama between Hailey Bieber and Selena Gomez is all water under a bridge -- something HB confirmed in an interview ... and is now double confirming with a photo.

The two stars cheesed it up Saturday night ... posing together for a photo taken by professional BTS party photog Tyrell Hampton at the Academy Museum Gala in L.A., where the stars were out in force and dressed to the nines amid Oscar season.

Both women looked stunning in their outfits, with Selena walking the red carpet solo in a suit ... and ditto for Hailey, who was in a cropped dress. Justin Bieber wasn't there.

It seems they crossed paths either inside the museum at an after-party, and apparently felt chummy enough for a joint snap. Selena's holding Hailey's leg and they're both leaned in close. Tyrell's caption ... "plot twist" -- obviously referencing Hailey's recent sit-down.

You'll recall ... Hailey dished about the fan-fueled notion that she'd stolen Justin away from Selena, a narrative that's been going on for years now -- which she shot down completely.

She said she respected Justin and Selena's relationship while it was going on, and didn't interfere at all.

Eventually, JB and SG fizzled out and he got with Hailey ... and she even said she thinks he needed closure from his history with Selena to formally move on.

Hailey also said she and Selena were on good terms, and had even spoken since she and Justin got together ... and eventually hitched. As for the toxic fans pitting the two ladies against each other, HB had some choice words for them too.

"Teen Mom" star Leah Messer's now ex-fiancé Jaylan Mobley is movin' out of the place they once called home together ... this coming days after putting an end to their brief engagement.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Jaylan took his stuff Thursday from the West Virginia home where he lived with Leah and her kids.

We're told he moved his belongings -- including some of the furniture -- into his new apartment, about 45 minutes from Leah's place.

As for Leah, our sources say she's going to stay put in the house with her 3 kids, 9-year-old Adalynn and 12-year-old twins Aliannah & Aleeah -- after all, Leah bought the pad herself back in April for $515k.

We're told Leah's telling people around her she's saddened by the breakup, but won't budge on what caused the split -- only to say she really thought Jaylan would be her happily ever after.

Mary Jo worried they did the deed in the lobby where a fireplace is front and center, but KK assured her it was inside a room.

'RHOA' alum Cynthia Bailey and her husband Mike Hill have gone their separate ways ... splitting after two years of marriage.

A source close to the former couple tells us the two came to a cordial mutual decision to end things, after determining things just weren't working out and they were growing apart. Obviously, Cynthia's career has taken off since leaving 'Real Housewives of Atlanta' ... and we're told she will continue to grow. We're told the two have also filed for divorce, though we have not yet confirmed.

Our source says Mike only wishes the best for Cynthia, and will continue to further his own career. Mike and Cynthia tied the knot back in 2020, but there have been recent reports that the two were struggling in their marriage.

Cynthia has dropped his last name on her Instagram ... no longer going by Cynthia Bailey-Hill. What's more, their two-year anniversary was supposedly on Monday, but neither seemed to acknowledge it on social media ... naturally raising eyebrows of some curious fans.

ICYMI, the former couple exchanged vows in a lavish wedding at Governors Towne Club in Georgia, and some of the events around the extravaganza were aired on season 13 of the Bravo series.

Their pair do not share any children together.

Kim Kardashian is opening her wallet to pay for heightened security at her kids' private school ... all because Kanye West has blasted the name of the school to the world, creating a heightened security risk.

Ye has been on a tear, trying to get their 4 kids to enroll at his Donda Academy. He's been Instagramming the name of the school where the kids are currently enrolled, and that means any random person now knows exactly where the school is located.

And there's more ... Kanye's made a lot of people angry over the last week, wearing his "White Lives Matter" shirt. Kanye even made an incendiary comment about school shootings, attacking Boosie Badazz who called him out over the shirt.

Ye wrote on Insta, "DON'T SPEAK ON ME LIL BOOSIE SPEAK TO ME YEAH LITTLE NERD ASS ME COME SMACK ME OR COME SHOOT ME IM THE ONE THAT GOT BULLIED BY THE ENTIRE BLACK CELEBRITY COMMUNITY NO IM BACK TO SHOOT THE SCHOOL UP."

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the school recently hired additional security as an extra precaution, and Kim is footing the bill. We're told the increased security presence isn't because Kanye himself poses a threat, but there's concern someone could see his messages about the school and show up on campus ... posing a risk to students.

Kanye has been putting a full-court press on Kim to enroll the kids at Donda. Kim has resisted, in no small part because it's not an accredited school. A recent Rolling Stone story said Donda offers, "Parkour classes, a cone of silence, and a principal with no apparent formal teaching experience."

Kim Kardashian is still showin' support for her kids while Kanye West appears to be at war on social media ... carrying out soccer mom duties at her son's game in the midst of the drama.

Kim whipped out a folding chair, some sunglasses and a jersey for Saint's soccer game in Los Angeles Wednesday ... parking herself front row as his #1 fan.

The outfit's interesting -- she's got Yeezy slides on, and paired it with an Adidas jersey ... as we reported, Kanye's partnership with that brand was apparently placed "under review" Thursday, in the wake of his controversial "White Lives Matter" fashion statement.

Doesn't look like anything's gonna slow Kim down from giving her kids the support they deserve, even if Kanye's pointing the blame back at her on social media.

For those unaware, Ye echoed his complaints about Kim's "secret" birthday party for their daughter, Chicago, earlier this year as he faces cancel culture for his 'WLM' apparel.

Kourtney Kardashian's got beef with "The Kardashians" producers who ignored her direction, and chose to focus on the wrong reality, in her eyes -- highlighting Scott Disick's reaction to her engagement, instead of her actual engagement.

She spoke her truth on Amanda Hirsch's "Not Skinny But Not Fat" podcast ... saying the show's focus on Scott during her "fairy tale" marriage proposal from Travis Barker was something she wasn't cool with.

Kourt says she gave notes to production about how to rework the episodes as she watched them -- notes that were never addressed, according to her.

She also says she has no clue if Scott will ever return to the series.

What's interesting here is Kourtney's saying even on reality TV, there are often at least 2 realities -- so, even though it's a "slice of life" ... it's not necessarily the slice she's living.

In fact, she's admitting they're kinda conditioned to this problem -- Kourt said she didn't initially have issues with the edits because she's so used to producers opting for messy drama.

It obviously bothered her over time, though ... believing the rest of the family wasn't getting edited the same way she was. 🤔
