Ronnie Ortiz-Magro is under an emergency protective order, which LAPD issued immediately following his arrest for an alleged domestic violence incident with Jen Harley.

Law enforcement sources tell us the 'Jersey Shore' star must now stay 100 yards away from his on-again, off-again girlfriend and mother of his daughter, Ariana. If, for whatever reason, Ronnie has belongings at Jen's place in Vegas, he must have police escort him.

The order is in place until Oct. 11 ... which will be one week after his arrest.

Of course, Jen can go to court to request a temporary restraining order if she wants Ronnie to stay away beyond the 11.

Kylie Jenner and Tyga are definitely hooking up again, or they just HAPPEN to keep showing up at the same places -- in a huge city, mind you -- by total coincidence. You make the call.

The exes' latest close encounter went down Saturday night at Hyde Lounge on the Sunset Strip. KJ arrived on a party bus with her sis, Khloe Kardashian, around 1 AM -- and, as you can see, she was beaming from the second she stepped off the bus. Hmmm, wonder why?

Tyga was already inside at that point. We don't know exactly what time he arrived, but we know it was before 1 AM ... and we know he left at 2 AM.

Miley Cyrus got spooked over how quickly her relationship with Kaitlynn Carter was developing ... so she pulled the plug and bailed.

Sources connected to the former couple tell TMZ ... there was no cheating or fighting involved in Miley's decision to break things off after a 2-month whirlwind romance where she and Kaitlynn were practically inseparable.

We're told the two women "got along like a house on fire," and before long they were living together ... and there was even talk of marriage.

However ... as things got increasingly hot and heavy, our sources say Miley realized she wasn't ready to hop back into another committed relationship so soon.

Jen Harley showed serious signs of distress and appeared to be hiding from Ronnie Ortiz-Magro while holding her baby girl during their domestic violence incident ... as this security footage shows.

TMZ's obtained video from a neighbor who witnessed a portion of the frightening scene early Friday morning. It picks up as a barefooted Harley approaches the neighbor's home and activates the motion light ... then tries to open the gate.

Jen appears to check the trunk of neighbor's car to see if it's open -- possibly to hide her daughter -- before walking away.

The neighbor tells us Harley ended up pounding on her glass door asking for help, but the neighbor was scared to let her in so she called the police instead.

According to the neighbor, she looked out her window and witnessed Harley try to drop the baby over her fence as a shirtless Ronnie approached up the driveway. She claims he struggled with Harley, grabbed the baby, then hit Harley before leaving the premises.

The neighbor says Harley returned a short while later without their daughter asking to use the phone, but she informed her cops were already on the way. We're told they arrived around 2:50 AM.

Ronnie Ortiz-Magro from "Jersey Shore" is in police custody after allegedly striking Jen Harley, chasing her with a knife and, eventually, forcing cops to tase him ... TMZ has learned.

Ronnie and his GF, Jen -- who've been on and off due to several violent incidents -- got into another heated argument early Friday morning, shortly after 2:30 AM, at an Airbnb they're renting in L.A. ... according to our law enforcement sources.

The cute little kid who became a little brother to Gary Coleman on "Diff'rent Strokes" is all grown up ... and now, he's about to get divorced.

Actor Danny Cooksey's wife of over 20 years, Amber, just filed legal docs asking a judge to make the split official. According to her divorce petition, obtained by TMZ, she's citing irreconcilable differences ... and says their date of separation is June 1, 2019.

Danny -- who played little Sam McKinney on the hit sitcom in the later seasons, and also starred on Nickelodeon's "Salute Your Shorts" -- got hitched to Amber in 1998 ... and the couple had 2 children together, Jackson Paul and Zoe Leigh.

Zoe is 21, but Jackson is only 8 years old. Amber is asking for sole legal and physical custody of him, with visitation rights for Danny. She also wants the court to award her spousal support, and to block any attempt by Danny to get spousal support from her.

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott have separated -- either temporarily or permanently -- but they don't see the need for a child custody agreement, and that follows a long tradition in the Kardashian clan.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us, none of the sisters have ever put pen to paper to set the ground rules for custody. Our sources say Khloe and Tristan don't have a written custody agreement regarding True, and Kourtney and Scott also don't have anything in writing -- mind you, they have 3 kids.

When relationships hit the rocks and kids are involved, it's typical for parents to run to their lawyers and to court with a very specific custody arrangement -- how much physical and legal custody does each parent get, who gets the kid(s) for various holidays, who pays child support, etc. There are no such agreements with Kylie, Khloe and Kourtney.

'Real Housewives of Atlanta' star Eva Marcille's got some baby daddy drama on her hands ... he claims she's blocking his QT with their daughter, so he wants a judge's help.

Kevin McCall Jr.'s attorney -- Adamma Mckinnon -- filed legal docs, obtained by TMZ, claiming Eva's tried to alienate their daughter from him ever since she moved from Los Angeles to Georgia in October 2015.

According to docs, Kevin's requesting a change to their previous custody order, so they can share joint physical and legal custody of 5-year-old Marley Rae.

Kevin says it's in Marley's best interest for them to spend more time together and "foster a parental bond." Kevin also wants Marley to take his last name. Right now she's Marley Sterling -- the last name of Eva's current husband, Michael Sterling.

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo and his longtime girlfriend, reality TV star Sandra Lee, are calling it quits.

The Governor and Sandra released a joint statement Wednesday announcing their split, saying, "Over the recent past, we have realized that our lives have gone in different directions and our romantic relationship has turned into a deep friendship."

They continued, "We will always be family and are fully supportive of each other and dedicated to the girls. Our personal lives remain personal and there will be no further comment."

Rumors they'd ended things were swirling earlier this year after the couple put their luxurious colonial mansion on the market, but Sandra denied a breakup at the time ... saying they just didn't need that much space anymore.

Terrence Howard says he's taking a stand for men when he battles his ex-wife, and even though he recently took an 'L' -- he still thinks he has a secret weapon on his side.

We ran into Terrence Tuesday at Crustacean in Bev Hills -- right after he got his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame -- and asked him about the ruling last month ... when the judge ordered him to pay Michelle Ghent $1.3 million in their years-long spousal support feud.

We asked if Terrence intended to challenge it, and although he says he'll pay ... he clearly isn't conceding Michelle is right. In fact, he accuses her of playing dirty with "deceit and lies." Watch the clip, but know that Michelle's team says Terrence is delusional.

As a rep for his ex put it, "Apparently the courts don’t agree with his version of events and he seems to have a hard time sticking to the facts and the reality of what the rulings have been in this case."

Still, Terrence told us he'll come out on top in the end ... thanks to karma. And, then we got into some strange philosophical territory with him.

When we tried asking about "Empire" coming to an end, Terrence pivoted into something he's way more passionate about -- his belief that one times one is TWO. We know ... come again???

Michael Strahan is going to war with one of his ex-wives over child support -- and the ex-NFL superstar just arrived to court in Manhattan for a hearing on the issue.

Our sources connected to Michael say he is NOT behind on his child support payments to his ex-wife, Jean Muggli Strahan. However, she is presumably seeking to increase his monthly payments.

The standoff is between Michael and Jean -- his second ex-wife -- who have twin daughters together, Sophia and Isabella, who are now almost 15 years old. Jean and her attorney Shannon Simpson, from the law firm Cohen Clair, was also present for Monday's hearing.

Michael is obviously doing very well for himself -- following his lucrative Hall of Fame career in the NFL, he's now hosting "Good Morning America" and 2 other shows on ABC. It seems likely Jean is seeking an increase based on his increased income.

Michael and Jean married way back in 1999, but they split in 2006, and the divorce was nasty. Their divorce proceedings dragged on for months, and the judge eventually awarded Jean $15.3 million and set Michael's child support for their daughters at $18,000 per month.

Cybill Shepherd -- one of Elvis Presley's famous exes -- says Austin Butler will probably kill as the King, but it won't be a walk through Graceland based on what she remembers.

The famous actress, singer and model -- who was an "It" girl in the '70s, and who briefly dated Elvis during his Vegas days -- told a photog at LAX Saturday that Austin will likely be great as her old flame. She's seen a photo of him, and suggests he's a dead-ringer.

However, when it comes to portraying the life of Elvis on the big screen ... Cybill says it best here -- "I think it's a rough row to hoe." That means it ain't gonna be an easy role.

As to why, Cybill shares an interesting story that she played a role in -- and that she later learned the full alleged details about. She says she read a book that detailed Elvis' life and, allegedly, while the King had her in one room of his Sin City hotel ... he'd also have two other women on the same floor. Cybill makes a crack about that ... seems like she believes it.

Speaking of womanizers in Hollywood, Cybill sheds some light on some of the most famous men she turned down -- including Jack Nicholson, De Niro and Les Moonves -- and gives an interesting reason as to why she snubbed those dudes in their heyday.

Ronnie Ortiz-Magro's ex has it twisted, he couldn't have cheated 'cause there was never a so-called mystery girl -- she was just a friend ... according to people close to Ronnie.

Sources close to the 'Jersey Shore' star tell us the girl Jen Harley accused Ronnie of cheating with ... is a friend he was hanging out with Monday during a boat party. Our sources insist it was NOT a cheating sitch -- still, Jen went off Thursday night in a series of IG Sory posts. She's since deleted most of them, but left one about her and Ron's 1-year-old daughter, Ariana Sky.

We've also learned the on-again, off-again couple has been broken up for a little over a week now. TMZ's confirmed Jen moved out of Ronnie's Vegas crib. Our Ronnie sources say he's got just one priority right now ... Ariana. And, he's completely focused on her well-being.

ICYMI ... Jen posted this Story showing a girl and Ronnie on a boat. You can see her hand is on his back as they look into the horizon. Jen asked in a poll, "Is this love???!!" She claimed it was Ron "with another girl again." That girl? We're told it was a friend consoling a bummed Ronnie.

Jen made other claims ... pointing to Ronnie's short-lived relationship with Malika Haqq as proof Ronnie's the problem when it comes to relationships and not her. She also alleges he's abusive and a bully, who MTV protects because he's one of the network's "assets."

As we've reported over and over and over again ... Ronnie and Jen have had major issues and multiple breakups. She was busted back in May for allegedly chucking an ashtray at Ronnie's face, but prosecutors dropped the case because Ronnie wouldn't cooperate.

He also accused her of punching him and giving him a black eye back in October. He was told, if he wanted her arrested, he needed to press charges in the state where the alleged attack went down, but it appears Ronnie never did.

Cassie and her fiance, Alex Fine, won't be having one of those long-drawn-out engagements ... TMZ's learned the clock's already ticking fast on their big day.

Sources close to the couple tell us ... Diddy's ex-girlfriend and her beau obtained their marriage license last week, and word is they're speeding toward a wedding celebration.

At the very latest, Cassie and Alex have 90 days to tie the knot ... that's the expiration date for Cali marriage licenses.

We're told she'll be taking his last name and go by Cassie Fine ... which has a nice ring to it.

The pregnant "Me & U" singer just revealed she and her personal trainer BF got engaged over the weekend, via a video of the proposal. Cassie captioned it, "My favorite day ever!" and added the date, "8.24" and "#MrsFine."

Considering the marriage license was obtained before that date and the highly-produced vid, it seems it wasn't much of a surprise ... still beautiful, though.

As we've reported ... Cassie and Alex announced they were expecting their first child together in June, about 8 months after she and Diddy broke up.

Our sources say Diddy felt betrayed -- he hired Fine to be Cassie's personal trainer after all.  Nevertheless, he took the high road and congratulated the couple on the pregnancy and wished them love and happiness.

Looks like his wish came true.

Mel B's ex-husband says she needs to share the fat wad she earned on tour with her Girls, 'cause it's A LOT ... and he deserves a cut to help care for their kid.

Stephen Belafonte filed new docs asking a judge to modify how much Mel pays him monthly for child support -- currently $5,000/mo. -- because he says she recently raked in a massive amount of money from this year's Spice Girls reunion tour.

How much we talkin'? Stephen says Mel alone, by her own admission in court records, made around $2.4 million.

We broke the story ... all the singers stood to make upwards of $3 million each by getting together again on the road. Scary Spice's payday was a little short of that, but still enough for Stephen to come a-knockin'.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Stephen claims Mel has tried to skirt including that dough as part of her regular income. He says, instead, she reported it as a one-time sum. Stephen's calling BS and wants some of that income increase should translate to a child support boost to $17,394 per month. He's also demanding she cover his attorney's fee.

Of course, Mel and Stephen already settled their divorce with agreed-upon payments and a custody schedule, but they're going back to court next month to hash this one out.

Kylie Jenner was in the same room and enjoying the same good vibes as her ex-boyfriend, Tyga, while raging in Sin City this weekend -- but the reunion was short on warmth or fuzziness.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Kylie and Tyga crossed paths Saturday night and even ended up mingling in the same crowd at the massive strip joint, Sapphire Club. We're told Kylie's crew (sans Travis) collided with Tyga's as they celebrated Sofia Richie's 21st birthday.

Tyga was there first -- he was in town performing at JEWEL Nightclub, and stopped by Sapphire afterward -- and we're told Kylie and co. rolled in shortly afterward. The groups ended up coming together in the Karaoke Room to party.

Now, our sources tell us that while Kylie and Tyga did exchange friendly greetings and some chitchat, they didn't hang for very long ... as Kylie eventually bowed out early. Her pals stayed through much of the night into morning.

We're told Kylie wasn't ducking out because of any awkwardness with Tyga -- our sources insist she harbors no ill toward her ex-BF and they're actually on relatively good terms.

And, for the petty among us who might be keeping score, we're told Kylie did not seek out Tyga -- they just have mutual friends, and the meetup just happened coincidentally.

As we told you ... Kylie was bouncing around Saturday night ringing in the big 2-1 for Sofia, who got treated to cake, cars and a private jet to the strip.
