Kylie Jenner dressed up as Elvira for Halloween -- and she's got the horror queen's stamp of approval, with one proviso.

Elvira tells TMZ ... "I didn’t get a heads up that Kylie was doing the costume, but she did the costume justice and it was very flattering." While it sounds like Elvira was digging the shout-out, she goes on to say an actual digital name-drop would've been appreciated.

She adds, "It would have been even more flattering if she tagged me."

Kylie threw up at least 4 different Instagram posts showing off her costume -- which was recreated to match Elvira's iconic look to a T. You can tell she respects the one and only, but as Elvira mentions ... Kylie never really connected the virtual dots for a notification.

She did tag the studio that shot these, and even gave herself a nickname ... "kyvira." Kylie got a lot of love in the comments, but it doesn't appear that Elvira herself said anything. It's also unclear if she officially "liked" any of Kylie's posts.

The Bad Boy Records mogul was making his rounds in Los Angeles over the weekend ... when he almost came to blows with actor Michael J. Ferguson, who plays "2Bit" in 50 Cent's "Power" series.

You can see things get tense between the two, though it's unclear what the problem is. Michael is surrounded by plenty of Diddy's entourage, some of who are wearing the same clown masks as Joker's henchman from "The Dark Knight" ... but Michael doesn't back down.

Diddy cackles like a madman and it appears Michael doesn't recognize him, but challenges him to step. Finally, Diddy breaks character ... revealing his real voice ... causing Michael to laugh and the two men to embrace as cooler heads prevail.

Diddy invited Michael to cool off further at his after-party ... as he's all about spreading "love" these days ... much like his interaction with Tyler, The Creator earlier in the evening.

Tyler called Diddy's performance "next-level" ... mirroring reactions from the likes of Tamar Braxton, who 👑 him king of Halloween, to his own son Quincy, who couldn't believe the entire fight almost happened!!!

Jonathan Owens had full control of Simone Biles' flames on Halloween ... grabbing a handful of his future wife in some steamy fireman-costumed pics!!

They went to the Casamigos party looking like this, which is all fine and good -- but a video Kelly posted Saturday is stirring controversy ... namely, a clip of him snorting a powdery substance off MF's chest with a rolled dollar bill. He licks her boob and kisses her afterward.

The so-called "cocaine" is probably fake, but nonetheless ... there's a good amount of people online who expressed shock he would film himself doing this, even if it is a gag.

It doesn't seem like he or Megan really care  ... his caption telegraphs as much. It reads, "happy Halloween virgins." Frankly, this fits their MO as a couple -- tons of shock value stunts, including confessions about drinking each other's blood and whatnot.

The bigger issue though, in this particular instance, is MGK's younger fan base -- including teens who might be susceptible to seeing him partake in something objectively bad for you.

Of course, both Machine Gun Kelly and Megan Fox each have young children of their own ... so there's that too.

It's really the first real post-COVID Halloween party night, and celebs were out in force!!!

Kim Kardashian and Lala Anthony hit up Karrueche and Lenny S.'s soiree, along with Diddy and Kelly Rowland. Kim was Mystique from the "X-Men" flicks, covered in skin-tight blue latex.

Vas Morgan's party drew tons of celebs, including Paris Hilton, Justin and Hailey Bieber, Megan Fox, Machine Gun Kelly, Winnie Harlow, Ashley Benson and Caylee Cowan, Jared Leto, Shawn Mendes and Rebel Wilson.

The defensive backs decided to face their fears at the Bennett's Curse Haunted House out in B-More ... which has been voted one of the scariest in the world.

You can see Pepe and Hamilton try to "make it out alive" while wearing 3D glasses ... and it only took a first few steps in before the two were screaming for dear life.

Keep in mind, these two are NFL players ... but being some of the toughest dudes on the planet couldn't save them in the haunted house.

"Bro, I gotta take these glasses off," 24-year-old Williams hilariously said. "Why the walls coming out at me bro?!"

It became too much for Hamilton as monsters started jumping out of nowhere ... so, he decided to close his eyes and hold on to Pepe.

But, the best part had to be when the two were chased into a corner by a fearsome psychopath in a straight jacket during the asylum-themed portion of the maze.

"Watch out! Watch out!" Pepe yelled, "Get out my face! Don't look at him!"

Luckily, the two made it out safe and sound, but they were clearly stressed out from the whole ordeal.

"It was too dark in there for me," Pepe said. "Never thought I'd see the sunshine again, man."

"It was good, but it was bad," Hamilton added.

The folks at "Ghost Adventures" are kicking things up a notch for spooky season -- we've got an exclusive clip of the moment a "ghost chair" seemingly appears and then disappears.

The apparent finding comes in a two-part episode about the abandoned and infamous Los Feliz Murder House, where Dr. Harold Perelson murdered his wife in 1959 with a ball-peen hammer and severely beat his daughter before killing himself.

The equipment the 'GA' crew used in the creepy mansion makes it all the more fascinating.

Zak Bagans tells TMZ the ghost chair was captured during a moment where chairs were the focus of an experiment -- "Everybody had a chair that was set on different floors of the house, and we connected everybody’s energy together using these chairs in a summoning experiment."

His take on what you're seeing here is, "It’s as if Dr. Perelson, who we called upon, literally pulled up a chair himself to join our experiment."

They used a method called LiDAR which uses a laser to scan objects or surfaces, by measuring the time it takes for the reflected light to bounce back ... basically, 3-D laser scanning.

The chair seemed to appear and then disappear on the laser scan, despite there being no seat in the actual scanned room.

The hunters stress the fact that the equipment is down to the "millimeter in accuracy" of scanning actual objects ... which makes said ghost chair like nothing they've ever seen before.

Zak says "This is one of the most astounding pieces of scientific evidence we have ever captured in the history of 'Ghost Adventures,' made even stronger due to the fact that it was captured by an accredited third-party LiDAR scanning company."

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck's newlywed bliss is showing again -- this time on a family shopping trip that's gonna leave the city slickers looking real country and western.
