Things don't sound good for Wendy Williams ... her battle with dementia has left the former talk show host "permanently incapacitated" ... at least according to her guardian.

In a new legal filing, obtained by TMZ, Wendy's guardian claims she "has been afflicted by early-onset dementia and, as a result, has become cognitively impaired and permanently incapacitated."

As we reported ... Wendy was diagnosed with aphasia and dementia back in May 2023, about one year after she was placed under a legal guardianship overseeing her health and finances.

Jim Abrahams -- one of the creators behind classic comedies like "Airplane!" and 'The Naked Gun' -- has died.

The writer, producer and director died early Tuesday morning at his home in Santa Monica ... according to his son, Joseph.

We're told Jim had been battling leukemia for 20 years, and the cancer was a contributing factor in his death. His son says Jim was in remission at one point during his cancer battle, but the disease came back and he was always battling the cancer.

Bishop T.D. Jakes, the founding pastor of a Texas megachurch, is getting tons of well wishes from folks concerned about his scary medical emergency during Sunday's sermon ... including calls from some celebrities.

Sources close to the situation tell TMZ ... Jakes is being inundated with calls from all over the world Monday, with people sending their best and hoping for a speedy recovery.

Our sources say Jakes has received thousands of messages ... including from parishioners, various organizations, media outlets, sitting presidents and even celebs.

Bhad Bhabie, who is also known as Danielle Bregoli, has spoken out for the first time since her cancer diagnosis made headlines.

The Internet personality issued a short update regarding her health while arriving at LAX Sunday, where she noted she was doing "OK" amid her cancer battle. However, she didn't provide more insight into her health journey, confessing she was "not prepared" to comment further on the situation.

Bhabie, who was dressed in a baby blue sweat set, kept a low profile while arriving at the Los Angeles-based airport ... clutching her tan and white jacket and her phone before making her way inside.

T.D. Jakes -- a popular Christian pastor -- seemed to have a medical emergency during his Sunday sermon ... convulsing onstage.

The preacher and motivational speaker was speaking to his audience both in the church and at home via streaming ... and, while his voice seemed quiet and he wiped sweat from his brow, nothing appeared out of the ordinary at first.

Check out the vid ... Jakes suddenly stops speaking -- letting his hands fall to his sides, and he begins to shake. Several people from backstage rush to his aid, and the stream cuts out.
