The actor's mom, Dru, joined him on his 'Armie HammerTime Podcast,' explaining that while she knows loads of women would love to have his baby, as a Catholic, she’d prefer he wait until marriage.

Realistically, though, she knows that the ship has sailed -- he's already got 2 kids with his ex-wife -- so she gifted him the ultimate "just in case" gesture to avoid any surprises.

Kathy Bates is getting real about why she skipped breast reconstruction surgery after her cancer diagnosis and double mastectomy, and her reasoning is simple -- less is more.

The actress explained on the "MeSsy" podcast with Christina Applegate and Jamie-Lynn Sigler that her breasts were so heavy -- in fact, 10 lbs when they were removed during her double mastectomy in 2012 – that getting rid of them felt like a huge relief.

Jason says Bert was struggling to move, and also was bleeding from his head.

12:18 PM PT -- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) tells TMZ ... the Spirit flight landed safely in the Dominican Republic at about 11:30 AM local time today, after it was damaged by gunfire while attempting to land in Port-au-Prince.

Two other U.S. flights were diverted as a precaution, and Haiti's Toussaint Louverture International Airport has since been closed, the FAA confirms.

The flight, which was coming in from Fort Lauderdale, was diverted from Toussaint Louverture International Airport after bullets pierced the cabin ... and it made a safe landing in nearby Santiago, in the Dominican Republic.

A flight attendant was reportedly grazed by a bullet ... and a clip circulating online shows the aircraft riddled with bullet holes inside the plane.

An Oklahoma City cop is facing backlash after he aggressively threw an elderly man to the ground during a traffic dispute ... reportedly causing a number of upsetting injuries.

In a new video making the rounds online ... the officer is seen issuing a traffic ticket to a 70-year-old man, named Lich Vu, and his wife in Oklahoma City. The scene starts off calmly enough ... with the officer explaining to Vu that he was being cited for an "improper U-turn," even though another driver struck his vehicle.

While Vu tries to explain himself, he is repeatedly interrupted by the officer ... leading the elderly man to tap the cop on the chest and say, "Shut up."

Kevin DiCicco, the man who owned Buddy -- star of the popular "Air Bud" movies -- and helped create the film series is in dire straits ... he's homeless, about to be kicked out of the shelter where he's staying.

Bhabie, AKA Danielle Bregoli, hopped on Instagram Thursday and posted, "I'm Sorry my cancer medicine made me loose [sic] weight. I'm slowly gaining it back. So stop running w the worst narratives."

Of course, it's a mystery what all that means ... but Bhabie recently revealed her dramatic weight loss in photos she posted to her social media accounts.

Donald Trump is on his way back to the White House ... and his former chef hopes he cuts back on the crap and really takes eating healthier seriously.

Prince's sister Tyka Nelson had serious health issues that led to multiple calls to paramedics in the weeks leading up to her death ... TMZ has learned.

According to emergency call logs, EMTs were called to her house at least six times beginning in September this year ... with the most recent call on November 1 -- three days before she passed away.

While her name isn't listed on every call sheet, we've confirmed these calls were all made either by her or on her behalf ... dealing with issues like bleeding in the GI tract, heart health issues and pain from infection. She was rushed from her Minneapolis home to North Memorial Health Hospital in Robbinsdale, Minnesota on September 14.

10:32 AM PT -- Great news ... Dylan Holloway is back at the St. Louis Blues' facility following his scary incident Tuesday night -- and it seems he could return to the ice as early as this week.

Holloway addressed media members Wednesday morning -- roughly 12 or so hours after he was rushed to the hospital -- and he looked to be in good spirits.

He told reporters the puck hit a major nerve in his neck, which caused him to lose consciousness -- but tests have all come back OK since.
