The MLB's best two-way player is down to just one arm for the time being ... Shohei Ohtani had shoulder surgery this week -- and as you can see, one of his wings is now immobilized by a sling.

Ohtani went under Dr. Neal ElAttrache's knife on Tuesday in L.A. to repair the labrum he tore while trying to steal a base in Game 2 of the World Series -- and on Thursday, he appeared in OK spirits.

Rockin' a burnt-orange cap and a pair of sweats, Ohtani's left arm was held close to his body by a big ol' brace -- but he didn't seem to be too hindered.

Bhad Bhabie Has Cancer Under Doctor's Care

10:15 AM PT -- A family source confirms to TMZ ... Bhad Bhabie does have cancer. She's currently under the care of a doctor.

Bhad Bhabie issued a cryptic message that has many of her fans concerned, implying that she may have cancer.

Bhabie, AKA Danielle Bregoli, hopped on Instagram Thursday and posted, "I'm Sorry my cancer medicine made me loose [sic] weight. I'm slowly gaining it back. So stop running w the worst narratives."

Of course, it's a mystery what all that means ... but Bhabie recently revealed her dramatic weight loss in photos she posted to her social media accounts.

Prince's sister Tyka Nelson had serious health issues that led to multiple calls to paramedics in the weeks leading up to her death ... TMZ has learned.

According to emergency call logs, EMTs were called to her house at least six times beginning in September this year ... with the most recent call on November 1 -- three days before she passed away.

While her name isn't listed on every call sheet, we've confirmed these calls were all made either by her or on her behalf ... dealing with issues like bleeding in the GI tract, heart health issues and pain from infection. She was rushed from her Minneapolis home to North Memorial Health Hospital in Robbinsdale, Minnesota on September 14.

10:32 AM PT -- Great news ... Dylan Holloway is back at the St. Louis Blues' facility following his scary incident Tuesday night -- and it seems he could return to the ice as early as this week.

Holloway addressed media members Wednesday morning -- roughly 12 or so hours after he was rushed to the hospital -- and he looked to be in good spirits.

He told reporters the puck hit a major nerve in his neck, which caused him to lose consciousness -- but tests have all come back OK since.
