Brooke Shields' daughter's getting real about her health issues ... admitting she's quietly been dealing with diabetes for years -- beginning when she was just a high schooler.

Rowan Henchy, Brooke's 21-year-old daughter who she shares with director Chris Henchy, spoke with People in an article published Saturday ... and, she says she was diagnosed with the type 1 diabetes when she was in her first year of high school.

Henchy says she knew something was wrong when she lost weight rapidly despite eating twice as much at every meal.

8/31 5:28 AM PT -- New video from the concert obtained by TMZ shows Isaac Freeman, aka Fatman Scoop, walking around the stage without a shirt on before he collapses.

7:45 PM PT -- Hamden Mayor Lauren Garrett said via social media that Fatman Scoop was being transported by ambulance to the hospital. "Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers."

Scary scene at the Fatman Scoop concert ... after he passed out onstage and got CPR ... and TMZ has it all on video.

The legendary hip hop hype man was performing Friday at Town Center Park in Hamden, CT when he appeared to suffer a medical emergency.

Folks who were there say Fatman Scoop collapsed and passed out ... with people rushing over to administer CPR. Authorities tell us they were dispatched for a medical emergency at 8:33 PM.

Ricky Pearsall, the 49ers 2024 first-round draft pick, was shot earlier today during an attempted burglary in San Francisco, the city's mayor announced.

23-year-old Pearsall is in stable condition at a local hospital ... after reportedly being shot in the arm around 3:30 PM.

The alleged shooter was caught at the scene and is currently in custody.
