Kate Middleton just came out and confirmed TMZ's reporting -- namely, that her cancer treatments are going well ... and more importantly, that she'll be out in public tomorrow.

The Princess of Wales just posted a lengthy statement, in which she provides a pretty extensive health update after she announced she's battling cancer earlier this year. It's good news here ... as KM says she'll be in attendance for the Trooping of Colour parade Saturday.

Kate writes, "I am making good progress, but as anyone going through chemotherapy will know, there are good days and bad days. On those bad days you feel weak, tired and you have to give in to your body resting. But on the good days, when you feel stronger, you want to make the most of feeling well."

Delonte West has resurfaced following his most recent arrest ... appearing completely strung out while walking through a parking lot in Virginia -- and the video is heartbreaking.

TMZ Sports has obtained footage of the former Boston Celtics guard roaming around Alexandria around 7 PM on Thursday ...wobbling and putting his hand to his head.

We're told West -- who was wearing a t-shirt, basketball shorts, slides and a red cap in the video -- frequents the area ... and it's not necessarily a great part of town.

A child died Thursday after suffering a medical emergency aboard a flight ... despite the crew's best efforts to resuscitate her.

There's good news about Kate Middleton's health as she battles cancer ... and the bottom line is, she'll be back in the public eye soon.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Kate's treatments -- which included chemotherapy -- have gone well over the last 3 months. So well, in fact, that she and the Palace are planning for her to resurface in public ... possibly as soon as this weekend.

The big question for folks in the UK has been, "Where's Kate?" ... as she's rarely been seen since she made the announcement in March that she's battling a form of cancer.

The two people who were electrocuted at a Mexican resort hot tub have now been identified -- and sadly, one of them has died as a result of the incident ... so say local officials.

According to the attorney general's office for the state of Sonora ... the individuals who were shocked while in the jacuzzi at a hotel in Puerto Peñasco are actually a married American couple from El Paso, TX ... and their names are Jorge Guillen and Lizzette Zambrano.
