Flo Rida failed to physically appear in NYC Family Court Tuesday, instead opting to attend virtually ... and that move did not go over well with the judge.

The "Good Feeling" rapper was previously ordered to pay 100% of the medical bills, education, and child support for Zohar, his 6-year-old son with his ex, Alexis Adams.

Flo recently won a huge $82.5 million award in an energy drink lawsuit ... and Alexis requested the judge order him to set aside $400k in a bank account to pay various expenses for their special-needs son.

Zohar is autistic and suffers from a rare disorder known as hydrocephalus. He also recently suffered a near-death experience when he accidentally fell 5 stories from his mother's New Jersey apartment on March 4.

While Alexis was able to make her case to the judge, Flo Rida didn't get that chance. We're told the judge wouldn't allow him to testify over Zoom.

Alexis claims Flo stopped paying the insurance at this crucial time, forcing her to file for Medicaid and Department of Education funding to cover Zohar's bills.

Alexis's attorney Dror Bikel tells TMZ... “He just got an $80 million judgment and his child is on Medicaid, it’s outrageous.”

She claims Flo has never even met Zohar, and all his social media postings such as Zohar "getting the best medical care" are all for show.

Edmonton Oilers star Evander Kane says a number of Kings supporters turned a dream trip into a complete nightmare for a young fan last week ... accusing L.A. backers of harassing and spitting on her jersey during a Stanley Cup playoff game.

Evander shared the allegations via social media ... saying 10-year-old Cecily Eklund -- who is battling cancer -- was singled out for wearing a Kane jersey during Game 3 of the Kings vs. Oilers series at Crypto.com Arena on Friday.

"I'm disgusted and appalled at what happened to this amazing little girl in the stands and in a women's restroom where she was harassed for wearing her jersey and was spit on by a LA fan for doing so," Kane said.

"This type of behavior is gross and unacceptable."

Kane went on to call the alleged conduct "pathetic" -- especially considering Cecily is a young warrior going through challenging times.

What makes things even worse -- Kane later shared a follow-up from someone DEFENDING Kings fans over the whole thing ... stating the awful human beings behind the alleged hateful actions had no other choice because he's "such a f***in scum bag."

"You make us spit on kids for being a dirty mother f***er," the user added.

Evander and Cecily have been tight for some time now -- the two met through the Ben Stelter Fund, which helps young kids battling illness have once-in-a-lifetime experiences.

Michael Blackson is rejecting Desiigner's "mental health" apology/explanation for his recent indecent exposure charges -- instead, he thinks it's simply a sign American culture is too soft!

On Tuesday, Desiigner posted a video of himself bumping a new tune while claiming he was moments from checking himself into a treatment facility as the aftermath of his bizarre Delta flight unfolds.

TMZ Hip Hop broke the story, Desiigner is charged with indecent exposure for masturbating in plain sight of multiple flight attendants during a flight from Tokyo to Minneapolis. The FBI says he was even armed with a jar of Vaseline.

Michael thinks Desiigner used mental health as a cop-out for his horniness after he got busted and compared American culture to his native homeland of Africa ... a place he says everything gets blamed on the devil!!!

We recently spoke to G Perico, who doesn't have a dog in the fight in the convo, but unlike Michael, says he can see obvious mental health issues in Desiigner's sitch and wished him well.

Everybody loves Ray Romano's wide open arteries ... especially him, after undergoing a potentially lifesaving procedure, which is why he's out and about in L.A. getting some exercise.

The actor/comedian got in his steps during a vigorous walk in casual athletic wear, along with his headphones and Apple Watch to monitor his progress and, likely, his heart rate too.

The reason Ray taking a pretty basic walk is significant is ... he just revealed last week he had to have a stent implanted to clear serious blockage in a major artery.

He made the confession on Marc Maron's podcast -- this as he was in the middle of a press run for his new movie, 'Somewhere in Queens' -- and it sounded pretty scary.

RR explained he'd been fighting for years to keep his cholesterol levels down ... and that, for a long time, he'd insisted on doing it on his own terms -- only to come up short time and again, despite doctors repeatedly telling him he was teetering in dangerous territory.

Now, after getting the procedure done -- which he says cleared a 90% blockage -- Ray says he wishes he would've taken his doctor's advice from 2 decades ago.

Shane McMahon is back in the gym just weeks after tearing his quad at WrestleMania 39 ... and the WWE talent was in great company -- 'cause he was sweatin' it out with All-Pro Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry!!

Shane -- donning a large brace on his left leg -- posted video of his workout on Tuesday ... showing him going through a series of exercises as he attacks his rehab.

The two were accompanied by famous athletic trainer Melvin Sanders -- who works with all the biggest names in the NFL -- as well as Luke Miller, who is Dak Prescott and Zeke Elliott's physical therapist.

Remember, Shane-O-Mac -- who hadn't appeared on WWE programming since the 2022 Royal Rumble -- came out during a segment featuring The Miz and Snoop Dogg at WrestleMania at SoFi Stadium.

Snoop set up an impromptu match between Shane and The Miz ... but it was called off after McMahon tore his quadriceps.

53-year-old McMahon suffered the injury after his knee buckled following a leapfrog -- but thankfully, WWE's medical team was able to intervene swiftly.

Snoop Dogg ended up saving the day -- he fought Miz in place of Shane ... and defeated the former WWE champion using The Rock's signature "People's Elbow" finisher.

Shane has a reputation for his death-defying stunts over his career -- and has always prided himself on staying in shape in case the moment arises to entertain WWE fans.

G Perico recently shook off his own run-ins with the law ... and hopes Desiigner does the same after landing himself in hot water last week.

We caught Perico promoting his new DJ Drama-led album, "Hot Shot" outside the "Dub C and Cj Mac Show" in Hollywood ... and picked his brain about Desiigner's current dilemma.

TMZ Hip Hop broke the story ... the "Panda" rapper was recently arrested and charged with indecent exposure for allegedly masturbating in front of flight attendants.

Perico tells us he doesn't know Desiigner personally but says he's witnessed people with mental health issues as a result of his background ... and hopes he gets the necessary treatment.

Desiigner told the FBI agent who interviewed him after the transpacific flight to Minneapolis, he was masturbating because he "didn't really get much cootie" while in Japan.

Conor McGregor feared it was curtains for his UFC career after breaking his leg against Dustin Poirier nearly two years ago ... admitting he thought the injury would force him into an early retirement.

McGregor made the revelation in the trailer for his new Netflix documentary, "McGregor Forever," which dropped this week ... where he spoke about the severity of his injury from the hospital bed shortly after the July 2021 bout.

When the interviewer points out many experts thought the break would be impossible to return from, McGregor agreed ... which he says explains his bizarre post-fight rant.

"I thought it was over as well, that’s why I flipped into a different mode," 34-year-old McGregor told the cameras.

"Now, it was the adrenaline as well and I know it would’ve calmed down and part of me is thinking 'Jesus, imagine it was just taken from me like that.'"

"I would be a different person and it was a bit scary, to be honest. But, it’s McGregor forever. That’s it. It’s done. It’s McGregor forever and don’t you forget it."

Bam Margera's friends are trying to get him help as his alarming behavior continues, but an attempted intervention on his behalf didn't take ... TMZ has learned.

Sources close to Bam tell us ... a couple of Bam's longtime friends organized the intervention earlier this month, while he was in San Diego, on the heels of his L.A.-area arrest for public intoxication.

Our sources say Bam's buddies told him they loved him and were worried about him and wanted to help get him back into rehab.

We're told Bam seemed receptive at first, but ultimately a couple of factors blew the whole thing up.

For starters, our sources say Bam's current girlfriend was not receptive to the idea, and didn't want him to leave for treatment, because she would have nowhere to live if he went to rehab.

What's more, we're told Bam's estranged wife Nikki was called during the intervention and made it clear she was willing to let him back into her and their son Phoenix's life, contingent on Bam getting sober. Our sources say this upset the girlfriend, and she kicked everyone out.

The failed intervention went down shortly after we obtained video of Bam screaming at Nikki as she ate with Phoenix in a Burbank restaurant ... an outburst that came minutes before Bam was busted for public intoxication.

The former 'Jackass' star -- who has been in and out of rehab for years due to addiction and substance abuse issues -- is in more legal trouble, this time on the other side of the country.

Aaron Hernandez's brother, D.J. Hernandez, has just put one of his most recent legal troubles in the rearview mirror ... TMZ Sports has learned he cut a deal with prosecutors Monday to close out his reckless driving case.

A Connecticut court official tells us ... D.J. pled guilty to one count of failure to drive in a proper lane and one count of failure to use traffic control signals. In exchange, prosecutors dropped the other charges against him -- which included reckless driving and engaging police in pursuit.

The court official said D.J. was ordered to pay $100 in fines ... and the matter is now considered closed. We reached out to D.J. for comment, but he declined.

We broke the story ... the 36-year-old was initially hit with the charges in late March after he had been involved in what police said was a wild car chase through Connecticut roadways on March 8.

According to cops, officers attempted to pull over D.J. for a routine traffic stop -- but he allegedly bolted, shaking cops as he traveled at a high rate of speed.

He was eventually stopped and put in custody following a brief foot chase, cops said. Officers wrote in police documents that D.J. told them he had been driving around the state in an effort to get arrested because "he no longer wanted to stay at his mom's house."

Cops said in the docs they believed he was having a bipolar episode.

Just days later, on March 23, D.J. found himself in more legal trouble ... after authorities accused him of throwing a large brick at ESPN's campus in Bristol.

Morgan Wallen fans in Mississippi aren't waking up singing his songs, or his praises ... because he pulled the plug on a concert just minutes before he was set to get onstage.

The country singer was about to jump into night 2 of his shows Sunday night at the University of Mississippi and the crowd was ready to hear some hits before screens around the stadium displayed the last thing they wanted to see.

The message told concert-goers that Morgan's voice was shot and he wouldn't be able to perform, adding they'd get refunded ... but that didn't seem to help, because people obviously were still pissed -- sharing some outrage on social media after they were left high and dry.

Morgan took to Instagram after the last-minute cancelation ... telling fans he spent the day resting up after his voice started to go -- adding "I really thought I'd be able to take the stage and it kills me to deliver this so close to showtime."

That didn't seem to make much difference to upset fans, especially some young kids in the crowd who left in tears.

As we reported, Morgan had some more trouble at his Louisville show Thursday ... taking a hard fall after all the fog onstage made it practically impossible to see where to step. Some people in the audience also said there were technical issues during that show, too.

Clearly, some bad juju surrounding Morgan's concerts in the last week. Maybe a reset's exactly what the doctor ordered!

Frank Ocean's Coachella performance was originally set to feature an ice rink ... and while those plans were ultimately scrapped, TMZ has the first look at what could have been.

We obtained photos and videos of Frank's ice rink, which was set up about 50 yards from the main stage before he pulled the plug on the elaborate performance.

The images are from ice rink rehearsals on the Tuesday before Coachella Weekend 1 ... and folks who were there say security around the rink was very tight, with Frank not wanting anything about the frozen set to be spoiled beforehand.

It looks pretty cool ... and it may turn out to be one of the biggest "what ifs" in Coachella history ... because the ice rink didn't get worked into Frank's Sunday headlining set.

TMZ broke the story ... Frank hurt his ankle on festival grounds leading up to his show, causing some last-minute set changes, including putting the ice rink on ice.

Sources close to production tell TMZ ... ice skaters who had rehearsed for Frank's performance found out 3 hours before he was set to take the stage Sunday the rink plans were being scrapped.

Frank ended up performing without the ice rink, showing up an hour late and delivering what many festivalgoers felt was a lackluster performance.

TMZ broke the story ... Frank dropped out as a Weekend 2 headliner Wednesday, citing a fractured leg and sprained ankle.

We're told the ice skaters got an email Thursday informing them they would not be performing Weekend 2. They will only be paid for a month's worth of rehearsals, plus the Weekend 1 rehearsal and performance.

It's interesting ... sources say Frank was super nice, hands on and amazing to work with during the first half of the monthlong rehearsals leading up to Coachella, but about halfway through everything changed and Frank became very reserved and would just sit in the corner and not interact with the performers.

Sage Northcutt is about to fight for the first time in 4 years, and the MMA star says it won't be a one-time deal -- he's back, and it's for good.

"I'm planning on being back. I have this fight set for May 5th, I got my eyes zoned in on this fight. But after this fight I'd like to be super active for ONE Championship. You know I like having fights and trying to put on a show."

27-year-old Northcutt will return to the cage early next month against Ahmen Mujtaba ... Sage's first fight since he lost to Cosmo Alexandre in May 2019. In the loss, SN's face was broken in 8 places, requiring nearly 10 hours of surgery.

Many fans doubted Sage, who is 11-3 as a pro, would ever fight again. But, he says he actually was supposed to return long ago, but COVID had other plans.

"As the 4 years went by, it's been longer than what I expected. I was planning on coming back, I actually had a fight set to come back a couple years after, just about 2 years ago I had a fight set to come back," Northcutt told us.

"You know how the world's been with COVID, shutting things down. I caught COVID as I had a fight scheduled, literally, a week before flying overseas, I caught COVID. That was unfortunate timing. But coming back, it's about time."

Come May 5, Sage believes he'll open the eyes of many MMA fans.

"For ONE Championship, I haven't really had the chance to show all the hard work that I've been putting in," Northcutt says, adding, "I've been training very hard. Training with a great team, great coaches, great fighters, so I'm looking forward to displaying stuff that I've been putting a lot of hard work into."

We also asked Sage what advice he'd offer Raul Rosas Jr. ... the 18-year-old who became the youngest fighter to sign with the promotion. Rosas Jr. recently lost his first fight. We asked Northcutt, who fought as a 19-year-old, what advice he'd offer the young man.

As for his upcoming fight ... it's less than 2 weeks away, and he's ready to roll.

Drake Bell is at his breaking point with internet trolls calling him a pedophile, saying they're driving him to the point of suicide, and will have "blood on their hands" if things don't stop.

Bell's been replying to various Twitter accounts over the last few days -- specifically, those calling him "pedo" and claiming he's a registered sex offender -- and trying to defend himself against the false allegations.

Bell tweeted, "Noooo Immmm Nooooooottttt!!!! You people are going to kill me" in reply to someone who called him a sex offender. He responded to another with ... "Nooooo I wasn't!! You people are destroying my life."

In another back-and-forth, one fan wrote, "Let’s not forget he’s a pedo" ... but another actually defended Bell by saying, "He's not though."

Bell eventually chimed in on that convo with, "Do a second of research This is what I have to live with everyday they are literally going to kill me. Bloods on their hands..."

The examples are endless, and clearly, something that's had a serious effect on the actor/singer ... especially in the wake of going missing last week, and his wife filing for divorce.

As for why the trolls are teeing off on him -- remember, Drake was sentenced to 2 years probation back in 2021 after pleading guilty to one felony charge of attempted endangering children. A woman claimed she and Bell started exchanging sexual messages and photos when she was just 15, and eventually met at one of his shows, where she alleges she performed oral sex on him.

Bell did not have to register as a sex offender as a result of that case ... which is why he's so pissed about the repeated tweets accusing him of that.

TMZ broke the story, Bell was reported missing last Friday, and cops considered him "endangered" before they located him several hours later.

Bell's brother had told cops Drake threatened suicide over child custody issues.

His month got worse when we broke the story his estranged wife, Janet, filed for divorce Thursday.

Interestingly enough, Bell also sounded off about his divorce, tweeting, "I found out my wife filed for divorce from TMZ...check out my new song" and dropping a link to his song "Going Away."

A humongous cat just found a home, and hopefully it's a big one!

Patches the cat was caged at the Richmond Animal Care and Control Center in Virginia, dreaming of adoption but apparently with little hope.

The zoftig creature was actually a hit at the shelter ... folks there loved his belly. That said, there was no room for body positivity, because it just wasn't healthy, so Patches went on a diet and exercise regimen.

A local saw pics of Patches and that was it ... she loved the cat and the cat was super into her, so Patches can now destroy living room furniture in a loving home.

BTW ... not the biggest cat on record. Himmy tipped the scales back in 1986 at 46 lbs.

Interestingly ... in '98, Guinness 86'd the record for fattest cat ... to stop owners from overfeeding the felines for the sake of getting in the record books.

Shannen Doherty is pulling the plug on her 11-year marriage, filing for divorce from Kurt Iswarienko ... and we're told things are nasty behind the scenes.

Shannen filed docs, obtained by TMZ, Friday in L.A. stating the two have been split up since back in January ... they were married in October 2011 and did not have any kids together.

Shannen's rep, Leslie Sloane, tells TMZ ... "Divorce is the last thing Shannen wanted. Unfortunately, she felt she was left with no other option. You can contact Kurt's agent, Collier Grimm at PICTUREKID as she is intimately involved." Not hard to read between the lines.

Sources close to the estranged couple tell us Shannen's living with stage 4 cancer and the divorce is very acrimonious ... which makes things all the more difficult.

According to the docs, filed by Disso Queen Laura Wasser, Shannen is asking for spousal support, but for it not to be awarded to Kurt. We're told there was no prenup.

Desiigner is having problems with his mental health, a struggle he says has been made abundantly clear after we're told he exposed himself on an international flight.

Sources with direct knowledge tell us the "Panda" rapper was on an international flight over the weekend coming back to the United States after a trip with stops in Thailand and Tokyo. We're told during the flight he exposed himself, and was scolded by a flight attendant.

Once Desiigner's plane landed Monday in Minneapolis, he was met by cops, questioned and eventually released.

As for what led to the incident ... our sources say while he was on his trip, Desiigner got ill and was prescribed meds, he believes the medication caused some sort of chemical imbalance.

In a statement to TMZ, Desiigner tells us, "For the past few months i have not been ok, and i have been struggling to come to terms with what is going on. While overseas for a concert i performed at, i had to be admitted in to a hospital, i was not thinking clearly."
