Jay Leno can't stop, won't stop -- unbelievably, he's back on the open road less than 2 weeks after he was severely burned in a car fire, and his first stop ... the same garage where it happened.

He briefly chatted with photogs as he pulled in at the gate ... tellin' them he'll back onstage telling jokes as soon as this weekend.

He also jokes around about a much-needed BBQ. Too soon, Jay!!!

As you know, Leno was working on a vintage car that had a clogged fuel line when he got sprayed with gasoline, which then ignited and set him on fire. Luckily, his friend was there at the time to extinguish the flames, and save Jay's life.

Jay was released from the Grossman Burn Center Monday, where he underwent 9 days of treatment. He seemed to be in great spirits in photos alongside the staff ... and this new video confirms he's continuing an amazing recovery.

Sinbad 2 Years Since Stroke ... Family Says He's Still Learning to Walk

Sinbad suffered a life-changing stroke 2 years ago ... and in the first update since his medical emergency, the star's family says he's got a long road ahead of him on the way to recovery.

The family put out a lengthy release Monday, saying Sinbad was in the hospital for 9 months before his July release. They say he's still "fighting for every inch," and his limbs that were said to be "dead" are coming back to life. They say he's taking all the steps he can to learn how to walk again.

Sinbad's family says the survival rate from a stroke like his is around 30% ... but they're celebrating him beating those odds. His family also says they're looking for some help in the process ... noting the costs of his therapy have "far exceeded" what insurance covers.

They say it's taken a financial toll on them, and they've set up a website for anyone looking to contribute in any way they can.

As we reported, the comedian was recovering from a stroke in November of 2020 ... with his family saying they were "faithful and optimistic that he will bring laughter into our hearts soon."

Jay Leno's Burn Accident Released from Hospital ... Surfaces with Scarring on Face

Jay Leno has been released from the hospital after suffering severe burns following a gasoline garage accident -- and you can already tell how badly he was hurt.

The "You Bet Your Life" host posed for a photo taken and posted by the Grossman Burn Center, where JL has been receiving treatment for the past nine days. In it, he seems to be in good spirits alongside the facility staff ... but there's noticeable scarring on his face and hands.

Still, he's well enough to have been discharged ... and GBC says they're encouraged by his recovery. In a statement, the burn center says Jay will receive follow-up care at their outpatient facility, this after receiving burns throughout his upper, including on his chest.

They add, "Jay would like to let everyone know how thankful he is for the care he received, and is very appreciative of all of the well wishes. He is looking forward to spending Thanksgiving with his family and friends and wishes everyone a wonderful holiday."

In addition to being placed in a hyperbaric chamber, JL is said to have undergone surgical excision and skin grafting ... removing unhealthy tissue and allowing the wounds to heal.

Remember ... this is all started while Jay was working on one of his vehicles in his Burbank garage. While trying to unclog a fuel line on a 1907 White Steam Car, he was sprayed with gasoline which erupted into flames. Jay's friend, who was present, saved his life.

Get well soon.

'Chrisley Knows Best' Grayson Badly Injured In Car Accident ... Rushed to Hospital

Grayson Chrisley from "Chrisley Knows Best" totaled his car when he rear-ended another truck on the interstate ... and he suffered injuries bad enough to send him to a hospital.

Police in Tennessee say Grayson was driving his Ford F-150 on I-65 in Nashville last Saturday around 5:30 PM when he drove into the back of a Dodge pickup truck that was stopped in heavy standstill traffic.

Cops say officers at the scene asked Grayson what happened. Todd and Julie Chrisley's son could not recall anything about the accident, possibly due to a potential head injury. He was rushed by ambulance to a hospital.

TMZ obtained photos of Grayson's truck after the incident ... and the bumper is mangled, the hood is cracked and the windshield shattered.

Cops say the driver of the truck Grayson rear-ended suffered injuries as well, but refused medical attention. We're told both vehicles were towed from the scene.

Police say there have been no arrests, charges or citations handed out.

Grayson's incident is another tough blow for the reality TV family ... as we reported, his parents were found guilty in June of bank fraud and tax evasion. Todd and Julie are awaiting sentencing and are facing up to 30 years in federal prison.

Grayson first got the truck back when he was 15 ... and Todd was super worried about him getting into a car accident, like his older sister.

"This has truly been a test of faith and I'm grateful. GOD has shown me he is faithful!" she added. "Please continue praying for Mike as he recovers and settles into his new life."

Brenda -- who attended the three players' funeral services on Sunday -- also calls for the community to keep their loved ones in their thoughts ... saying, "Please continue to pray for the Chandler, Davis, Perry families. They need us!!! GOD is amazing!"

IN GREAT SPIRITS
BACKGRID

Tim Allen just got done visiting Jay Leno in the hospital ... and he says his close friend's face isn't going to be disfigured by severe burns suffered in a car fire.

Tim saw Jay at the Grossman Burn Center in West Hills, CA Thursday and talked to the paparazzi on his way out ... telling photogs Jay is feeling better after suffering deep burns to his face, hands and chest.

Jay seems to be in good spirits in the hospital, despite undergoing treatment in a hyperbaric chamber for his burns ... Tim says Jay was happy and they cracked some jokes. Hey, laughter is the best medicine, right?

TMZ broke the story ... Jay got burned bad over the weekend when a car erupted into flames while he was working on fixing a clogged fuel line on his 1907 White Steam Car in his Burbank garage.

Jay's not shying away from cars despite the incident ... Tim says he brought JL some car magazines to pour over during his recovery.

Tim was in good spirits too, which probably says a lot about Jay's status ... joking his buddy is going to look like George Clooney when all is said and done.

LaMelo Ball Steps On Fan's Foot ... Badly Injures Ankle

LaMelo Ball might be out for the foreseeable future after he reinjured his ankle stepping on a courtside fan's foot ... and it's now got a lot of people wondering, is it time to push spectators back at NBA arenas??

Melo was attempting to corral a loose ball late in the Hornets' game against the Indiana Pacers on Wednesday night ... when he accidentally landed on a man's foot who was parked just inches away from the court.

You can see in broadcast replays of the incident, as Ball was coming down on the guy's shoe, his ankle turned awkwardly ... and he was left in a heap of pain.

The 21-year-old -- who had previously missed time this season due to an injury on the same ankle -- raced to his bench while grimacing, before he eventually needed assistance to get back into the locker room.

Charlotte ended up losing the game, 125-113. Afterward, Hornets coach Steve Clifford did not have an update on his star's status.

It's the second time in less than two weeks that a participant on an NBA floor has had a mishap with a courtside fan. You'll recall, on Nov. 7, Meek Mill accidentally tripped a ref while his legs were extended in his seat.

It all begs the question ... is it time for NBA officials to move courtside fans back in the interest of player safety? So far, Adam Silver hasn't made the call -- but seems it might be necessary.

Jay Leno Getting Hyperbaric Treatment ... In Good Condition

Jay Leno is on to a new stage of his recovery after his horrifying car fire accident -- he's undergoing treatment in a hyperbaric chamber for his burns.

As you can see, the procedure requires Jay to lie down on his back in a tube-like chamber ... with his arms and hands bandaged up.

The treatment helps with swelling and increases blood flow with good oxygenation to the burns on Jay's arms, shoulders, neck and face. Dr. Peter Grossman of the Grossman Burn Center told Inside Edition the process will also decrease bacteria around the injuries.

TMZ broke the story, JL suffered second and third-degree burns when a car erupted into flames while working on his 1907 White Steam Car in his Burbank garage, fixing a clogged fuel line.

Earlier this week, Grossman said Jay had already had one surgery to repair his skin, and would undergo another one at some point this week.

Most importantly, he said Jay was expected to make a full recovery.

Dr. Grossman said the patient remains in good condition and is up and moving ... even finding time to make a few jokes and pass out cookies to other patients.

As far as the scars, Doc says they will most likely be visible in the foreseeable future, but the hope is they won't remain apparent.

He has high hopes for Jay's healing journey ... saying he thinks the comedian could be back to work in no more than a couple months.

Good news for Jay!

Jay Leno Expected to Make Full Recovery ... Says Burn Center Doctor

Jay Leno might not be out of the woods yet regarding his scary car fire incident ... but the good news is the doctor who's giving him treatment says things should be A-OK for the comedian.

He confirms Jay suffered a mix of deep second and possibly third-degree burns to his face, hands, and chest ... but believes his patient is on his way to making a full recovery.

TMZ broke the story, Jay was seriously burned while working on his 1907 White Steam Car in his Burbank garage over the weekend, fixing a clogged fuel line.

The comedian told us, from his hospital bed, there was a fuel leak -- causing gas to spray on his face and hands. Almost simultaneously a spark triggered an explosion, setting the comedian on fire.

Bruce Arians Reveals Recent Health Scare ... 4-Day Hospital Stay

Super Bowl-winning NFL coach Bruce Arians was forced to take time away from his position with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last month ... after severe chest pain left him in the hospital for four days.

70-year-old Arians -- who has faced a number of health-related issues over the years -- revealed he experienced the most recent scare before a game against the Atlanta Falcons, when he had some friends over for dinner.

"We ate and I got these pains way up here, like two knives going in," Arians told Ira Kaufman. "The more I tried to take a breath, the worse it got."

The Bucs' special advisor says he took some antacids to try and ease the pain ... but when it continued to get worse, his wife, Christine, called 911.

Arians was then stretchered out of his home and taken to Tampa General Hospital.

The longtime coach says docs initially believed he suffered a mild heart attack or pericardial effusion ... before determining he had myocarditis -- an inflammation of the heart that makes it difficult to pump blood.

"Thankfully, the scans showed no fluid, no heart damage and absolutely no blockages," Arians added. "They had a cardiac radiologist look at everything and they ended up giving me anti-inflammatories."

The health scare kept him sidelined from the Bucs for a few weeks ... and he hasn't traveled to away games since.

Despite all he was going through, Arians says he stayed in contact with TB offensive coordinator Byron Leftwich to give his takes on the team's performance.

Feel better, coach!!!

Jay tells TMZ from his hospital bed ...  he was working on his 1907 White Steam Car in his famed garage this past Saturday, fixing a clogged fuel line. 'SNL' Star Chris Redd Getting Surgery for Busted Nose After Bloody NYC Attack

Chris Redd is about to enter the final stage of recovery after his brutal attack in NYC ... and this one will require him to go under the knife.

Sources close to the 'SNL' star tell TMZ ... Chris is scheduled to undergo surgery Tuesday in the Big Apple to finish the job of permanently repairing his busted nose. Now that it's been a couple weeks since the initial injury -- and the swelling's gone down -- our sources say a doctor will have a clear view to figure out how to fix it.

BLOODY MESS

We're told the procedure will consist of breaking Chris's nose back into the correct place ... and then letting it all heal in hopes the structure returns to its original form. There's a lot of damage ... remember, one of the bones in Chris' face was cracked into 3 pieces.

Our sources say he'll be under general anesthesia for about 2-3 hours, and a plastic surgeon who specializes in this sort of thing will be overseeing the operation. While it might sound cosmetic, we're told Chris isn't aiming to change anything about his appearance.

Remember, this all started after a guy punched Chris in the face with brass knuckles in a failed attempt to steal his chain. It left the comic in bad shape, with stitches in place as a temporary fix. No arrests have been made and cops are still looking for the assailant.

Although he's been recovering well, we're told this latest roadblock will postpone more shows of his, even though our sources say Chris is eager to get back on the stage.

Roberta Flack Announces ALS Diagnosis ... No Longer Able to Sing

Roberta Flack says she has ALS ... and, sadly, she says that means she won't be performing her classic hits anymore.

The announcement came down Monday through the Grammy-winning singer's rep, who explained Roberta has difficulty even speaking these days due to her condition. No word on how long she's been suffering with ALS ... often known as Lou Gehrig's disease.

ALS breaks down a person's nerves over time and significantly deteriorates their functionality, especially as it pertains to muscle use. It has proven fatal, with no known cure.

It seems the reason this news is coming out now is because Roberta has a few notable projects on the horizon that might normally require her to do interviews ... including the release of a children's book in January, and a simultaneous PBS doc about her.

Plus, she's coming up on a big milestone in her career -- next year marks the 50th anniversary of her album, "Killing Me Softly" ... featuring the eponymous title song which is perhaps her most famous hit.

Lauryn Hill's version is a direct homage to Flack's rendition.

Although 85-year-old Roberta will no longer be performing, her team says she'll continue to pursue musical/creative efforts through her foundation and other avenues.
