Jack Doherty is being sued for assault and battery by a man who claims Doherty and another man beat him up at a party a few days before Halloween.

According to new court docs, obtained by TMZ, a man named Chase Gardella is suing YouTuber and bodyguard Kane Kongg -- real name Justin Goslee -- for an incident that was apparently caught on video showing Kane punching a person squarely in the face.

Remember ... back in October, Jack posted a clip from David Dobrik's Halloween party in L.A. where it looked like he was involved in an altercation with several partygoers. In the clip, you see Kane punch someone standing by YouTuber Corinna Kopf, who then falls on the brick path underneath him hard.

Gardella claims he was at this Halloween party on October 29 and was talking to Jack and Kane at around 12:30 AM. According to the docs, Jack said "We’re gonna fight. Us two versus you two, alright go" -- which lines up with the YouTube clip — and moments later Chase says Kongg punched him.

Chase is saying he did not consent to being punched and suffered injuries to his head, neck and face when he fell. Gardella claims Jack has posted a number of vids to his YouTube account where his bodyguards intimidate people who react poorly to his pranks.

He also claims Goslee has been in legal trouble for assaults in the past -- you’ll recall, we reported an earlier alleged incident where he was accused of knocking out a woman while working security for DaBaby.

Chase's attorney Greyson Goody tells TMZ... “This was a disgusting, unprovoked assault on a young man by a professional boxer at the direction of his social media influencer employer. Chase was minding his own business, enjoying a fun Halloween Party with friends when he was brutally attacked by a man several times larger than him. This sort of behavior by Jack Doherty and his cronies needs to end. Chase suffered serious injuries that could de-rail his life and career.”

Myles Turner pulled out all the stops for the Pacers' Star Wars night on Wednesday ... showing up to the arena decked out in a Han Solo costume -- and enlisting a stunning Princess Leia to join him!!

Of course, the Pacers center is a big-time nerd (we say that with love) ... so it's no surprise he was planning to go full send when the team announced the Dec. 20 matchup against the Charlotte Hornets would be all about the wildly successful movie franchise.

Myles is pretty open about his fandom for all things fantasy ... and takes advantage of any opportunity to put it on display for his followers -- like when he and his lady threw on some Hogwarts garb for their Harry Potter-themed Halloween costumes this year.

A Hollywood stuntman, whose film credits include "Black Panther" and "Avengers: Endgame," was killed along with three of his children in a car crash in Georgia.

Taraja Ramsess was driving his 5 kids in a pickup truck on the Interstate in DeKalb County Halloween night when he turned onto an exit ramp and collided with a tractor-trailer, according to WSB-TV News. The cause of the accident is under investigation.

Ramsess was declared dead at the scene with two of his daughters -- a 13-year-old and the other just 8 weeks old.

His mom, Akili, confirmed their deaths on Instagram and later revealed in a second IG post his 10-year-old son -- who was on life support -- had also passed away.

Akili wrote that Ramsess' two other daughters survived, but the 3-year-old was hospitalized with minor injuries.

Akili also honored Ramsess, talking about his love for his children, martial arts, motorcycles and especially filmmaking.

In Hollywood, Ramsess was known for his roles in "Black Panther" and "Avengers: Endgame," but his stunt work was also featured in "Avengers: Infinity War," "The Suicide Squad" and "Creed III," as well as other movies.

He also worked in the art department on "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire," "The Walking Dead" and "The Vampire Diaries."

Ramsess was 41.

If you think just using a porta-potty is rough ... grab some TP, because you're about to see a woman get crushed by a porta-potty on wheels, and it's definitely a memory she'd love to flush!!!

A group of stuntmen, known as the @madhouseboys on IG, took part in a Thrasher Magazine event called The Halloween Hellbomb skating/costume competition -- and the video from last week's wild event shows them hurtling down a skate park in L.A.'s Griffith Park in their mobile toilet.

Anyway, things were running smoothly until a woman in the crowd named Katrina Ponce De Leon got distracted while filming on her phone. She told us she couldn't gauge how close she was to the potty shot because she was viewing through a wide-angle lens.

She also didn't see the door hanging off the side, which ended up taking her out as the porta-potty slammed into her. Oh s**t, was never more appropriate! 💩

Katrina only suffered minor injuries in the crash, but check out the guy standing near her who took a street sign to the dome. He went to a hospital to treat a cut on his head.

Playboi Carti blocked out all distractions recording his new album -- and likely much of the world -- 'cause he was belting out rhymes inside a freakin' cave!!!

The reclusive rap star told German pub Numéro Berlin he dedicated 3 months of his life recording his latest album inside a hole in Mother Earth -- this while out in Paris, and he says the end results are "chaotic and crazy" ... pretty much his musical MO.

Carti says the key is to stay outta his head ... and his phone in order to make music that meets his standards.

Fans have been drooling for new Carti music since he topped the charts on Christmas Day 2020 with his cult classic album "Whole Lotta Red" and they'll be happy to know he didn't solely rely on cave-dwelling for quality control.

The "Magnolia" rapper explained he tested the album's sonics inside a glass house in the hills, as well as his Atlanta habitat and suggested it met his approval ... although he didn't give a timeline on when he was dropping.

Carti recently pushed his Antagonist Tour back to 2024 so there's a good indicator the album release date will align but fans still have his back -- just ask Jaden Smith, who dressed up like him for Halloween.

Khloe Kardashian seems to be responding to the backlash over what many took as her blackfishing for Halloween ... and assuming she is, you could argue she's keeping calm and carrying on.

The youngest Kardashian sister took to IG late Thursday with a handful of cryptic quotes that appear to address the controversy head-on ... and based on the words she's throwing up, it sounds like she's saying this indignation is up for debate and in the eye of the beholder.

The quote reads, "You can't control how others interpret your actions our words. Everyone perceives things based on their current situations and mindset. Just keep acting with honesty, love and a good heart." In other words ... Khloe's intimating she meant no harm.

There are additional quotes she posted that seemed to further elaborate ... including one where she references answering the universe's call to help people and another that says not to entertain negativity while choosing inner peace over turmoil. Very kumbaya, indeed.

It might not be the reaction some were seeking from Khloe ... but she appears content with letting this outrage fizzle out, 'cause from her POV -- or at least, from what we can glean here -- her conscience is clear when it comes to intent.

Worth noting ... Khloe tends to post these kinds of enlightening quotes all the time on her social media -- so this could just be her regular dump, but considering the latest noise aimed at her, it could easily be meant to speak on that as well. Eye of the beholder, right?

Remember, this isn't the first time Khloe and her sisters have been accused of blackfishing -- which is, perhaps, why there was so much uproar this time around for the Bratz lineup.

We'd be remiss not to mention this ... there are some who feel like the heat she took was unfair, but by and large -- the majority of people seemed to take offense over this.

Puede que no sea la reacción que algunos estaban buscando, pero ella parece contenta con dejar que este escándalo se desvanezca, porque desde su punto de vista -o al menos por lo que podemos deducir aquí- su conciencia está tranquila cuando se trata de la intención.

Vale la pena señalar, Khloe tiende a publicar este tipo de citas esclarecedoras todo el tiempo en sus redes sociales, por lo que se podría decir que este es solo su estilo regular, pero teniendo en cuenta el último ruido en torno a ella, podría fácilmente haberlo subido con la intención de hablar de eso también. Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has come under fire for his son's "insensitive" headless Halloween costume ... with followers pointing out how tone-deaf the PM is given the situation in the Middle East.

In snaps shared to Instagram Tuesday, the PM gleefully posed with his nine-year-old son Hadrien, whose head pops out of his black robe to give the illusion of him carrying his own severed head in his hands.

Justin joked about nothing stopping Hadrien from trick-or-treating, even though he "seems to have misplaced something," -- but users on the platform argue it's Justin whose forgotten something -- that a few weeks back, babies and others were beheaded.

Political commentator Tyler Popp labeled Justin's post as "tone-deaf," while Toronto-based Saba Khan, who runs the page @fictionallyflawless, said online that her "heart says this is the most tone deaf thing he can do at a time when children are getting their heads blown off in Palestine."

Others branded Justin's Halloween snaps as "disgusting, insensitive and disrespectful" as well as "mightily inappropriate" and "callousness is beyond belief."

Some folks weren't as disapproving ... criticizing those who turned Hadrien's Halloween costume into something political.

This isn't the first time Justin has come under fire for an insensitive costume. We all remember his apology tour in 2019 when snaps emerged of him sporting a darkened complexion in an Aladdin costume back in 2001.

Cody, que toca la guitarra en la banda de rock Whiskey Myers, estaba bastante devastado y publicó el video y dijo "por eso no se puede confiar en la gente", y agregó que estaba particularmente sorprendido de ver a adultos comportarse de esa manera.

De todos modos, Cody está reclamando justicia y le pidió a sus seguidores que compartieran el video para tratar de identificar a los autores, quienes, según señaló, arruinaron Halloween para todos los otros niños que no tuvieron posibilidad de tomar sus dulces.
