One greedy mom is getting blasted by the internet for emptying an entire bowl of Halloween candy left outside a Texas home ... a heist she pulled with her children in a matter of seconds!!!

The spooky season mercenaries were caught on musician Cody Tate's ring camera after he put out a generous helping of candy for trick-or-treaters ... so he could settle in at home, undisturbed, to watch the World Series.

However, an unidentified woman paid little attention to his sign clearly instructing people to take just ONE piece of candy.

You can see in the video she races to the bowl with a group of kids ... and they all frantically grab handfuls of sweet treats and shove them in their bags.

Seemingly oblivious to the camera, the smirking woman in a gray hoodie -- potentially the kids' mother -- ensures everyone's bags are full to the brim, takes one last look at the bowl and then leads her fleeing crew.

Cody, who plays guitar in the southern rock band Whiskey Myers, was pretty devastated and posted the vid and said "this is why you can't trust people" -- and added he was particularly shocked to see adults behaving like this.

He wants justice, though, and asked his followers to repost the video, and try to identify the perpetrators, who, he pointed out, ruined Halloween for all the other kids who hadn't come by yet for candy.

Luckily, it wasn't a lost cause as one of Cody's kind-hearted neighbors saw the candy grabbing caper in real time, and came over to restock the bowl with candy.

"Schitt's Creek" star Emily Hampshire is saying sorry for this year's Halloween costume, for which she's catching a lot of flak -- she dressed as Johnny Depp and her friend was Amber Heard.

ICYMI, Emily and her pal mimicked the infamous exes, pairing their outfits with a bottle of wine and even a fake poop -- referencing a low point in Johnny and Amber's trial, when they testified about feces being left in their bed.

The post has been scrubbed from Emily's Instagram and was replaced with a full-throated apology -- "I want to address what is one of the most thoughtless, insensitive, and ignorant things I've ever done" ...  referring to her costume.

She said she's "ashamed for putting something that awful out in the universe," and also condemned domestic abuse and promised she'll "do better" in the future.

Emily was met with some heat online after posting the costume, and some are now thanking her for her apology ... while others are claiming it just wasn't as offensive as she, and her critics, are making out to be.

Diddy gives zero f****, and proved it with a Batman costume -- complete with a real Batmobile -- that's so dead-on to the 'Dark Knight' movies, it's sure to piss off Warner Bros. ... and maybe even SAG-AFTRA.

Check out the artist's killer look from Tuesday night's festivities -- the dude's a spitting image of the big screen Batman, and on top of his picture-perfect costume, he was riding around Hollywood in Batman's Tumbler ... the Batmobile of choice in the Christopher Nolan movies.

Diddy rented the iconic ride from TV Show Cars out of New Jersey and had it transported across the United States.

As we reported, Diddy told Jimmy Kimmel he was going to step up his Halloween game this year -- after saying last year's insanely good Joker costume resulted in WB claiming it was a copyright violation.

Kimmel told him to just dress up as Heath Ledger's character again, despite the heat, but Diddy warned his costume this year would also have WB lawyers working overtime ... and he was true to his word.

And then there's the actor's union -- SAG said it didn't want its members dressing up as movie characters for Halloween, but Diddy, and several others, are clearly ignoring that demand.

Batman was tripped up by one Halloween goblin ... fuel mileage. His Batmobile ran outta gas on Sunset Blvd!!! Of course, he's got people for that, and one of 'em fetched a gas canister for a refill -- not the hero Diddy deserved, but the one he needed!

But, unfortunately for Khloe, the attention was not on her outfit -- it was on her skin tone, which, according to many of her horrified followers, was "10 times darker."

"How is this not blackfishing?" one person fumed, while another claimed that she wanted to "see what she would look like black." Others chimed in they don't even recognize her questioning, "so khloe is doing blackface?"

For those who don't know, the term "blackfishing" is used to describe white people using filters, makeup, or excessive tan to masquerade as Black for monetary value and personal gain.

Khloe hasn't been the only one of her sisters accused of blackfishing ... Kylie Jenner has also come under fire over the years -- most recently when she announced her Bratz doll collection back in August.

Obviously, word got 'round that Ari was catching the show on Halloween, because loads of folks greeted her once the musical was over, and a lot wanted to snap pics with the singer ... but it sounded like she was a bit nervous for people's safety and instead took to the car.

Ethan plays The Historian & Prince Herbert in the Broadway revival -- it officially opens later this month, so Ari and co. were on hand for the musical's first preview. Always good to be in the with the cast.

Her friend really got into the Halloween spirit, BTW ... taking in the show while dressed as Sir Galahad!

Sources close to Ariana tell TMZ ... she's been having more fun, and going out more often lately -- we're told it's clear she feels safer and more able to be herself in this new relationship.

The "Old Town Road" rapper revealed the shocking look on Instagram Tuesday night as celebs took to the platform to show off their looks. Nas' video starts out with a homemade vagina before panning out to the rest of his look ... complete with a blonde wig and high white boots.

Most of his fans found humor in the costume, with comments like, "Really said PERIOD." and "Some would say you have a heavy flow."

However some took offense to the outfit, writing, "I enjoy this look but the fact that you personally have never experienced the stigma, shame or pain involved with having a period makes me pause and think……. But why though?"

Another said, "Not funny. Actually quite misogynistic. And being gay does not give u pass."

Lil Nas X is no stranger to pushing the PC boundaries, especially on social media, so the look shouldn't be THAT shocking ... but clearly, he's still causing a divide.

Bradley Cooper and his ex-fiancée Irina Shayk can't show a more united front than this -- rocking his and hers costumes for their Halloween night candy run ... with their daughter Lea, of course.

Despite ending their romance 4 years earlier, the actor and supermodel have always come together to co-parent, and they took that up a notch Tuesday night in Manhattan as they both dressed as Rocket Raccoon ... Bradley's "Guardians of the Galaxy" character!

However, little Lea branched out on her own from mom and dad ... making the swift decision to transform into pop star Taylor Swift from her "22" era.

The ex-CNN anchor and Malone reimagined the moment President Joe Biden and VP Kamala Harris famously announced their victory in the 2020 election over Donald Trump and Mike Pence.

The image shows Lemon as Harris in a blue pants suit with a brown wig, and Malone as Biden in a crisp black suit and tie with white hair. Both are triumphantly holding each other's hands up while gripping American flags in their other fists. Lemon wrote in the caption, "We did it, Tim!!! Happy Halloween."

Of course, the couple was imitating Biden and Harris speaking to one another by phone while congratulating themselves on their huge White House win. In a vid, Harris proudly proclaimed, "We did it, Joe!"

All in all, it's very funny stuff. Don and Tim get major kudos for creativity as well. And the real Joe and Kamala will probably get a couple of belly laughs out of it, too.

Heidi Klum was completely unrecognizable at her Halloween bash Tuesday night ... transforming herself into a giant blue peacock!!!

The iconic supermodel was the center of attention as she put on a dazzling show for the cameras at her 22nd Annual "Heidi Halloween" soiree at Marquee Nightclub in NYC.

For her nearly two-minute performance, Heidi squeezed into a tight blue velvet bodysuit complete with a yellow beak and feathers sprouting from her head.

Ten dancers in spooky green and blue catsuits -- some spreading their elaborate wings -- gave Heidi an assist, twice propping her up before the flashing lights of the photogs.

Heidi and Co. posed for some group shots and then went to party inside the club. Of course, Heidi's family was also there dressed in their own Halloween getups.

Her hubby, Tom Kaulitz, gave Heidi a run for her money, converting himself into a jumbo egg. Heidi didn't seem to mind, as she planted a huge kiss on his white-painted face peeking out of the fake shell.

Their teen daughter, Leni, looked stunning in a sexy strawberry-inspired outfit, while Heidi's brother-in-law, Bill Kaulitz, dressed up as a unicorn.

Plenty of celebs rolled in to show off their costumes. Notables included Rachel Zegler, Taylor Lautner, Camila Cabello, H.E.R., Ice-T and his wife, Coco, as well as Elon Musk's mother, Maye.

Questlove provided the DJ music for the night.  And everyone had an amazing time.

"Barbie" was a big hit at the box office and at costume parties ... celebs dressing up as the iconic doll (and movie character) include Kelsea Ballerini and YouTuber Sierra Furtado ... and we just can't get Kenough.

Drew Barrymore went old school with an ode to Bob Ross ... complete with a hairy chest, afro and a goatee. Get Drew an easel, some paint and a fresh canvas, STAT!!!

The most timely duo costume was definitely Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, and we saw versions from 2 IRL couples -- Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos and Rachel Zoe and hubby Rodger Berman.

The Casamigos party was littered with celebs who went all out with their costumes. Most of 'em hit home runs, but Heidi Klum just might take the cake here.

As is her tradition ... Heidi got super creative and intricate with her Halloween costume -- a flowing pink cape, tons of makeup, facial prosthetics and a very spooky vibe. Ya gotta imagine it took hours to finish, so props to HK for pulling off another unique look.
