Move over Johnny Depp ... Marshawn Lynch is now officially America's most favorite pirate -- 'cause he dressed up as "Captain Black Sparrow" this week, and it was hilarious!!!

The former NFL star got in his "Pirates of the Caribbean" role for a special segment prior to "Thursday Night Football" on Thursday -- after meeting up with Tampa Bay Buccaneers' mascot Captain Fear at Raymond James Stadium.

Lynch donned a Depp-like 'fit, and proclaimed, "I'm Captain Black Sparrow in this motherf*****, man!"

FYI, his locker was labeled as "Captain Beastmode" ... but seems Lynch called an audible on that one midway through the segment.

Lynch and the mascot headed to the Bucs' 100-foot-long pirate ship at the stadium -- just before Tampa took on the Ravens -- and, let's just say Lynch enjoyed climbing up to the boat with his big boots on.

"Watch how I hit these motherf***ing high steps with these thangs!" he yelled. "I bet you this thang ride like a Caddy."

Lynch also shot off the famous cannons from the ship.

"I thought I done lost, bust my wig, boy!" Lynch said. "I done lost my eye patch!"

This isn't the first time Lynch has garnered laughs on "TNF" ... just last week, he turned into "The Alligator Man" in New Orleans when the Saints played the Cardinals.

The 5-time Pro Bowler joined Amazon Prime's "Thursday Night Football" team earlier this year ... and part of his job is to do funny "N' Yo City" skits.

Halloween is just around the corner and Memphis rapper Duke Deuce is bringing the carnage ... with his new horror-themed mixtape "Memphis Massacre 3."

TMZ Hip Hop caught up with the Quality Control Music rapper on the hallowed eve ahead of his release -- one he's extremely proud of, considering he only used collaborators from his hometown Grind City.

Drumma Boy recently tripled down on the notion Memphis has surpassed Atlanta's long-running grip on hip hop ... and Duke agrees. He says there are plenty of superstars on the move -- Moneybagg Yo, GloRilla, Key Glock, Big Moochie Grape just to name a few -- and he adds ... social media has those artists and himself shining more than ever.

He does admit Memphis still has a little work to do in terms of infrastructure and popularity, but he's confident his crunk sound will create a ripple effect.

For this album, Duke is summoning power from his alter ego -- he says a doll he's dubbed "Deucifer" supplies all the dark energy used for the project. He's betting Deucifer will stir a little controversy in the space ... so, we'll just have to wait for the grand disruption.

Duke's been down with QC for several years now, and is starting to get recognition for his musical labor.

Earlier this week, he was honored by his Memphis alma mater high school ... where he received the Key to the School, was inducted into its Hall of Fame and got his own day. October 26 is now Duke Deuce Day on campus!!!

Ever seen two grown-ass men completely lose it in a haunted house?

Baltimore Ravens rookies Damarion "Pepe" Williams and Kyle Hamilton did exactly that when they bravely inched their way through a scary maze recently ... and it's all on video!!

The defensive backs decided to face their fears at the Bennett's Curse Haunted House out in B-More ... which has been voted one of the scariest in the world.

You can see Pepe and Hamilton try to "make it out alive" while wearing 3D glasses ... and it only took a first few steps in before the two were screaming for dear life.

Keep in mind, these two are NFL players ... but being some of the toughest dudes on the planet couldn't save them in the haunted house.

"Bro, I gotta take these glasses off," 24-year-old Williams hilariously said. "Why the walls coming out at me bro?!"

It became too much for Hamilton as monsters started jumping out of nowhere ... so, he decided to close his eyes and hold on to Pepe.

But, the best part had to be when the two were chased into a corner by a fearsome psychopath in a straight jacket during the asylum-themed portion of the maze.

"Watch out! Watch out!" Pepe yelled, "Get out my face! Don't look at him!"

Luckily, the two made it out safe and sound, but they were clearly stressed out from the whole ordeal.

"It was too dark in there for me," Pepe said. "Never thought I'd see the sunshine again, man."

"It was good, but it was bad," Hamilton added.

Celebrities usually like to hit up the club on Halloween wearing a costume that's too hot to handle ... but some take a different approach -- makin' the spooky season a family affair!!!

The folks at "Ghost Adventures" are kicking things up a notch for spooky season -- we've got an exclusive clip of the moment a "ghost chair" seemingly appears and then disappears.

The apparent finding comes in a two-part episode about the abandoned and infamous Los Feliz Murder House, where Dr. Harold Perelson murdered his wife in 1959 with a ball-peen hammer and severely beat his daughter before killing himself.

The equipment the 'GA' crew used in the creepy mansion makes it all the more fascinating.

Zak Bagans tells TMZ the ghost chair was captured during a moment where chairs were the focus of an experiment -- "Everybody had a chair that was set on different floors of the house, and we connected everybody’s energy together using these chairs in a summoning experiment."

His take on what you're seeing here is, "It’s as if Dr. Perelson, who we called upon, literally pulled up a chair himself to join our experiment."

They used a method called LiDAR which uses a laser to scan objects or surfaces, by measuring the time it takes for the reflected light to bounce back ... basically, 3-D laser scanning.

The chair seemed to appear and then disappear on the laser scan, despite there being no seat in the actual scanned room.

The hunters stress the fact that the equipment is down to the "millimeter in accuracy" of scanning actual objects ... which makes said ghost chair like nothing they've ever seen before.

Zak says "This is one of the most astounding pieces of scientific evidence we have ever captured in the history of 'Ghost Adventures,' made even stronger due to the fact that it was captured by an accredited third-party LiDAR scanning company."

Since Halloween is the one day a year a celeb can deck out as whoever they aspire to be ...  the stars are hanging up their Hollywood egos and busting out their best celebrity costumes!

American actor Jimmy Workman was just 11 years old when he was cast as Pugsley Addams -- the oldest Addams child who isn't necessarily the sharpest tool in the shed -- in the fantasy/comedy film "The Addams Family" back in 1991.

Jimmy shared the big screen with Anjelica Huston as the positive mother who sees the best in everyone, Morticia Addams and Raul Julia as the father and patriarch who loves a good sword fight Gomez Addams.

He reprised his role of Pugsley in "Addams Family Values" in 1993.

The Mississippi day care workers who put on horror masks to scare children deserve hard time for the pranks ... so says one of the children's mother.

Katelyn Johnson's 2-year-old son is one of the kids in the viral video showing day care workers scare the living crap out of toddlers, and she tells TMZ her boy and his classmates are all traumatized.

The parent says her son's too young to be able to communicate what he's feeling, but he's showing trauma by his actions ... Katelyn says the little guy's having a hard time going to bed at night and is regressing in potty training, which she blames on his strong reaction to the horror mask.

As we reported ... upset parents pushed hard for the day care workers to be hit with felony child abuse charges, and Katelyn tells us she agrees the charges are appropriate.

Katelyn says she wants the 4 women hit with felonies to serve between 6 and 12 months ... saying the video is just a tiny peek into what she says was a regular occurrence.

Katelyn says she's not considering filing a lawsuit, because she thinks the women won't ever be rehired and won't be able to pay a damage award. But, she says other parents want to wait and see what happens with the criminal case before deciding on legal action.

Katelyn says she's trying to help her son heal through positive reinforcement. She says she's using a sound machine and night light to try and help him sleep, reassuring him their home and their family are a safe place.

Katelyn says they're back to square one with potty training ... telling us her boy almost had it down before the trauma set him back.
